This company thinks it's ok to spoof the email address of a potential client in an effort to solicit business from their property manager. Their website erroneously reported that they provided service at the address I typed in, so I called them. They said that they didn't offer service, but asked for the name of the property management company, my email address, and my phone number to contact me when service would be available. A half hour later, my property management company replies to a canned email that appears to be sent from my email address. It was even signed with my name and included my phone number. "Hi Lincoln Property Management, I was hoping we could use Everywhere Wireless Internet as an alternative internet option at the property. They have a perfect 5 Star Yelp rating and here is their website: www.everywherewireless.com. I was hoping you could take a look, and see if we could use them here?" Email spoofing is illegal. My tech, Lee was great! He provided excellent service and was very friendly. Thank you! 212 E Cullerton St. Chicago, IL

We moved in to our apartment and discovered that the wifi didn't work. After troubleshooting with customer support, they decided to send someone out. We are working from home due to the virus, so we needed internet as soon as possible. Larney came early Monday morning and fixed it fast. He took precautions by wearing a mask and covering on his shoes, and kindly and quickly got us up and running. Larney rocks! read more

Great service from Larney. Professional and courteous. Showed up the exact time he had scheduled with us. If you need internet service don't hesitate to contact everywhere wireless and Request Larney if he's available. read more

Very, very pleased with everything. I read up on EW for a while, especially on Yelp, prior to actually signing up. They offer something like a 30-day free trial, so I thought if I didn't like it, cool, switch back to (gulp) Comcast/Xfinity. Needless to say, everything is perfect. The ease of signing up was great, the technician was friendly and efficient. But, what really matters above all is the actual service. When we had Comcast, it was a daily occurrence when we'd b*** and moan about how slow our internet was. It was spotty. It'd be fine for a couple hours, then just come to a crawl. I haven't experienced this once yet with EW, and have had EW for close to 3 months now. Bottom line. It's cheaper than Comcast, they have better customer service, and it's way more reliable. If EW is an option in your building, switch now. read more

I recently moved to a new building that uses Everywhere Wireless and I was already thrilled to find out internet speed is 500mpbs which is pretty fast. After moving in, the port I had to plug my router into was inside my bedroom but I wanted to move it to the living room because it made more sense. I got in touch with Xavier on the phone and he tried his best to help me on the phone before learning we had to schedule an on site appointment with a technician. Larny (spelling?), the technician showed up at 9am for our scheduled 9am-12pm window. He introduced himself and brought shoe sleeves to avoid getting our floor dirty. He finished what needed to be done very quickly and we had a great conversation. He also taught me something that is very useful for removing the plate of the wire box. He was very professional and kind. Both Xavier and Larny made my experience great with everywhere wireless. I'm enjoying my high speed Internet on multiple devices right now! read more

Matt S. did a great job installing my service... my internet speeds were up to 950 mbps never seen my internet that fast before... Great guy! read more

I had the misfortune of breaking the jack that gives me internet access. I called everywhere wireless, who answered quickly, and asked me to email a picture of the damage, and they were able to schedule someone to come the next morning (I called at 6 pm). My window was 9-11 am and the tech, Hector, arrived early in the window and he already knew what my issue was (they showed him the photo) and he immediately got to work, and finished so quickly! He even gave me advice about internet routers and helped me put the furniture back in place. I am very appreciative of the efficient and kind service that helped me get through this stressful situation. read more

Everywhere Wireless is fantastic. Feel like I'm getting the fastest internet possible at reasonable price. To be honest, the internet service is one of the main reasons I picked the apartment building I'm in. Worked with John K. in support today after buying a new mesh wireless network. I thought I had it set up fine on my own and was getting 50MB download and upload speeds. He said, "that's not good enough." Tweaked some settings and got me to 500MB. Made my day! read more

Terrible internet and unhelpful customer service. Incredibly disappointed. We recently moved into a new building where we only had two choices for internet coverage. We decided to go with Everywhere Wireless because the speed was better than our other option and the reviews seemed like we would get great service and have good internet. When we went to set up our router the jack was in the back bedroom and we could not get a strong enough signal to do anything in the living room. (A huge design flaw and a cheap choice when wiring the building, which was already wired for Everywhere Wireless). We assumed it was a range issue so we called to see if we could have the jack moved into the living room. I was told they could move it (we would have to pay for it) but rang extenders would also work. We already had range extenders from a previous apartment so we got those setup. After setting up the range extenders we were able to get a better signal in the living room but shortly after our single dropped completely. We unplugged the router, restarted it, reset it, connected and reconnected the ethernet chord and nothing worked. Around 4 pm we called Everywhere wireless and they had me try everything I had already done again- still didn't work. The less than helpful customer service agent told me he didn't know what was wrong and would have to send out a technician, who would not be able to arrive until 11 am the next day. I explained to him that this was a huge problem as I work from home and need to start my day before 11 am tomorrow. We are paying for highspeed internet and currently not receiving any signal, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Everywhere Wireless to anyone. Less than helpful customer service agents and internet with frequent and long drops. read more

Hector, the Everywhere technician who performed our installation, was excellent. I signed up for a 25/25 Mbps monthly service for $29/mo. I have not been charged a single penny more than that for the last year now and I constantly get 25 Mbps speeds. Their support team is very friendly and helpful as well. Got what I wanted for fixed price with a smile, can't get better than that! read more

5/5 stars for Matt who set up our wifi today. He was extremely transparent about speeds and pricing which I appreciate! Set up was fast and easy. Everywhere Wireless has been the easiest, most customer-friendly ISP I've ever had. read more

Hello! I had Larney as my technician and he was the nicest person I've encountered in months. We've used Everywhere Wireless for my theater company since we moved in 4 years ago and we've been very happy. We had some spotty service issues a couple years ago that they helped up work through and it has been smooth sailing ever since. I can forgive when things get spotty as the technology isn't always in their control - the real proof is in how they manage the client experience, which has always been super responsible and helpful. Hard to get better than that! read more

Been using EW for about a year now and it's awesome!! I have no complaints at all. It was a breeze to set-up, the speeds are fast and I can easily stream Netflix with no buffering. Also, you just can't beat the price! I was so happy when I could cancel service with my previous "big name" provider. read more

I just signed-up for SiverIP a few days ago and am very happy with it. I was a little worried because I cut the cord and got rid of cable and would be using SilverIP for streaming and internet connection. The process was easy and and everyone I had contact with was extremely professional and personable. Steve the technician who came to my apartment was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He answered a lot of questions for me and even helped with a couple non-SilverIP related questions I had about my work and personal laptops. He seemed to really enjoy his job and was customer focused! read more

Everywhere Wireless is the best internet service provider in all of Chicago. The speeds are the highest I have ever had and virtually zero downtime- ever! The prices are very affordable and as I said before, the service is very reliable. I had Comcast before this and the outages were too often and unscheduled, often disrupting my job working from home, and the prices were over double for the same speeds! If you have the ability to have EW service, go for it! read more

Definitely recommend! Excellent customer service. Hunter and Larney were prepared to arrive well before the original arrival window, which was great! I had actually resolved my issue on my own, so they were nice enough to cancel my appointment and reimburse the technician fee. The employees of Everywhere Wireless are dedicated to providing the highest quality internet possible while making sure you have absolutely no problems with setup. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to other internet service providers! read more

I had the pleasure of having my internet installed by Tech, Matt S. He was extremely professional. He was prompt, courteous and COVID friendly. He wore his mask & inquired if he should remove his shoes upon entering my residence. Matt took the time to ensure my Internet was installed correctly & functioned properly. He took the extra step to ensure the app on my phone was running as well. I would recommend this company & their great employees without hesitation. read more

Its like trading up from a girlfriend who nags and complains about everything...is never on time...never ever cuts you any slack...never returns the favor...to a girlfriend who just makes life better in every way and you want to introduce to your friends cuz you know they'll like her. Larney B. was such a great helper!!! He was very patient and nice! He didn't have to come to my place and set up the Wi-Fi, but he did. 5/5

Phenomenal service. they are quite generous with their pricing compared to the conglomerates and the installation service was exceptional. Hector out of Chicago was my technician that came to install the service and I couldn't be happier with his attention to detail and professionalism. He got the internet running with about an hour. read more

Larney Bush helped to set up the Ethernet jack. He was an amazing technician! He followed the COVID precautions and got the shoe covers on once he got in. He was quite informative and efficient. When we moved to downtown Chicago we had two options for internet, either SilverIP or ATT. I've had ATT before and thought we'd try a smaller company. I have been so impressed with this org's customer service. It's a lot like calling a friend to set up your internet, or emailing someone real quick for a question. The set up was SO easy, I called and didn't have to work through a machine or have more than a 2 minute wait time. Now we are moving, and I needed to cancel our service as it's not offered at the new place. I emailed last night in response to a billing reminder and by this morning Edwin had emailed me back saying I was good to go and nothing further was needed-on a Saturday morning! Try cancelling with any other provider that way. You'll be on the phone for over an hour, you'll try to speak with an actual person because what you need isn't an option in the number list, etc. Bottom line is, if you are looking for actual customer service and an easy set up and close out with good internet, this is the way to go. read more

Moved into new condo and needed help setting up my router. Was assisted by John via phone. He determined speed wasn't fast enough and scheduled for a technician to come to my place next day. Definitely recommend this company. read more

Matt came and helped us out and was terrific. Reset our network and changed our access points.

We've had their service in our building now for about 2 years and it has been phenomenal. From installation, to upgrading speeds, to changing credit cards, to scheduling a technician to move our wall jack....I am just more and more impressed with these guys at each encounter. In the 2 years we have had EW, I can only think of one internet outage and that was when a construction crew somewhere in the city cut a bunch of fiber lines! Service was restored within a few hours, and while a headache, EW alerted us to the issue via email which I thought was a nice touch. On top of all that, the price is great, too, even for higher speeds. Even better, they DELIVER on the speeds you pay for (Speedtest.com even shows a few Mbps more than my contracted speed). I can never think of a time with AT&T when they even came close to delivering on the speeds we were promised. What prompted this review was my recent experience with a technician (Alex I believe) who had to come move our wall jack from one room to another due to some renovations we are doing. While I had to pay a nominal fee for the service, EW got it scheduled within 1 week, our technician was on time (actually early), was friendly to talk to, quickly made the change, and was on his way out before I knew it. Just a great experience from beginning to end. Even if Comcast figures out a way to bring high speed internet to our building, I do not foresee us or anyone in our building changing providers. The internet service and customer service EW provides is top notch and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Keep up the great work guys and gals! read more

Was a bit skeptical going in but the installer, Jorge was knowledgeable, helpful and got things up and running despite a glitch at first. Internet seems plenty fast, I'll probably save 300 bucks this year compared to cable... 255 download 122 upload, Thanks Jorge J.! read more

I can't say enough about the level of service Everywhere Wireless. We recently moved and chalked the crappy service up to too many people on the same bandwidth (is that the right term?). Anyway, some representatives were in the lobby today (with wine!) and asked how our service was. When I said not great, they sent someone right up. Alex, a manager at Everywhere, was so helpful and didn't seem to mind that I knew next to nothing about where anything was set up or any real details about our connection. It turns out, the previous owners had things set up incorrectly. That was fixed and Alex secured our network (among a million other things he did to our router/connection that I cannot remember all the details of). Great service and great people! read more

I'm only a few days into the service but incredibly impressed! Cheaper and faster than the other internet options in my building. The speed test checked out I'm getting what was marketed (489 based on 500mbps), which is blazing fast! Sign up and installation was done so professionally and easily as well. Online sign-up took ~5-10 minutes, someone called me within 1-2 hours to set up an appointment same week to get the internet set up in-unit, my technician (Hector was his name! He's the best!) came on-time (called ahead of time and while in building to provide updates) and stayed in my unit even when I had router issues. I figured them out after he left and he still texted me and walked through everything with me and I was able to get someone in the office to get me across the finish line. Very happy and impressed! read more
