I'm using EW for almost three years, and I never had problems with my connection, pretty stable - and no cap! :) During an internet speed upgrade, I had to open a ticket with them due some cabling issues in my apartment, it was pretty fast and on-time, and I have to thanks Larney (friendly and funny guy!) for all the support, explanation, and for sure because he got me benefits for the time that they were not able to provide the full upgrade. Definitely it is a great company that provides the best Internet service that I have in years! read more

Luis Montano is the best! He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient & helpful. You would be lucky to have more Luises!

Got here very quickly, set up everything. Really happy with the work that Liz Deleon did.

I had a wiring issue in my building/unit that stopped me from receiving the speeds offered in Everywhere Wireless's new internet packages. They promptly sent out an internet technician, Larney, who was able to get everything sorted quickly. I also want to mention his demeanor which was extremely polite and informative. Overall, very easy and painless experience read more

I've reached out to this company 4 times now to get my service switched to my new location. They keep saying they created a ticket and someone will reach out within the hour and I have not received one call. It's stressful enough just to move but now not having internet for 2 days when I need to work is very disappointing. Not only that, they offered a plan stating that I would be paying more for less internet speed. Stay away. God forbid your a day late on a payment, you will receive about 10 calls in one day but zero urgency when a customer needs something. read more

moved into new apartment and matt installed the service fast and it's been working great, thanks! so far much better than xfinity but the service didn't work at first, I needed to schedule an appointment but they were booked 2 days solid which was inconvenient. they are a small company read more

After 5 miserable hours on the phone with Comcast, I called Everywhere Wireless (my condo association referred them). I spoke with Isaac in sales who was so informative and helpful. He talked me through all of my options and was quick, efficient and very professional. I spent maybe 15 minutes maximum on the phone with him to determine my needs. He was wonderful! Isaac set up an appointment for a service tech to come out (less than 24 hours later) and set up my internet (free of charge!!). Matt came to my condo the very next day to get my internet set up. I had a hard time locating my media box and Matt was so patient in our 45 minute search to locate where it was. I felt terrible, but Matt was so understanding and informative. He took the time to explain to me how everything works, physically showed me the internet speed I was receiving, and even taught me how to trouble shoot incase I ever experience an issue. The service I received from Matt and Isaac was Top Notch. I didn't know dealing with an internet provider could actually be hassle free and enjoyable! Thank you Matt and Isaac!! You've earned a long time customer! read more

Best internet company I have ever seen. very fast internet. When there is a problem they are right on the spot, 7 days a week! What other company works on Sundays? And they have a dedicated line for condo communities with contracts. Over the years I have used AT&T, Comcast and TimeWarner and they all have the worst customer service. I'm thrilled to find SilverIP. read more

If you are looking for wireless, I suggest you talk to Lionel at Everywhere wireless. He is helpful, informative and efficient. Plus, this is such an easy to deal with company. No hidden costs and great price offerings. I've been with them all Xffinity and RCN to name a couple and the best person I've spoken to with regards to Internet services is Lionel at Everywhere wireless. read more

Where do I start- this organization misrepresented their capabilities and the condo board took them at their word. I called 2 months prior to today's install and was assured the transition would be smooth. Well it wasn't, they had me leave instructions yet didn't follow them. Left no paperwork, or account info, etc. After calling I learn that they didn't leave the info they should have and that the cable (Direct TV) is a "dinosaur" in comparison. Because I wasn't prepared with a router, I asked what I needed prior to the appointment- I paid them $100 via my future bill on the spot for it to come home to internet that doesn't work. Lastly, someone at corporate should teach them how to wear a mask- goes over the nose and mouth- they also should wear gloves going unit to unit... i'm now washing all the surfaces with bleach because COVID-19. read more

Tom was extremely helpful and friendly! Great service!

Just wanted to keep it short: Parent is such a sweet person to work with to set up my internet. The customer support picks up my phone call. No long wait = great. read more

The only options for internet in our office building in Oak Park were slower AT&T DSL or Comcast. We had Comcast for a while, but their internet cut out intermittently without an obvious cause, and we all know how helpful their service was in solving that problem... We thought we were stuck. Then I discovered Everywhere Wireless. They worked with my office building manager to install their equipment, and brought a new internet provider to my office in a matter of a month or two. My building manager said it was pretty straight forward, that there was no expense, and that EW did all the preparation. All I can say is that I've now got a great internet provider with consistent internet service, high speed, and responsiveness. When I was having outage issues with Comcast before, I would have to wait for what seemed liked forever to get human on the phone whose best advice was to "unplug and plug it in again." Hours were wasted going in circles with those people. When I had an issue with EW, on the other hand, I made a phone call (got a human quick!), and the problem was SOLVED 5 minutes later. What I didn't realize I needed until now was EW's "symmetrical" connection, meaning my upload speeds are just as fast as my download speeds. Back when I had Comcast, I had 100MB download speeds by only 10MB upload. With EW, I have 100MB download and 100MB upload--that's 10x faster upload speed. We use Dropbox a lot in our office and the uploads always got bottlenecked with Comcast. EW solved a problem I didn't know I had, and I'll never go back! read more

Internet still not working - Ernesto at your customer service center tells us he knows there are issues with their service and is blaming it on power outages. I would highly recommend people stay far away from this company. Terrible product and bad customer service. read more

I was skeptical because I had never heard of everywhere wireless before but their customer service was quick. Took two days to get someone out to fix the problem, but Matt was very kind, on time, and quick to solve the problem. Very pleasant experience. Thanks Matt! read more

We are lucky enough to have multiple homes, but not lucky enough to have SilverIP in every location. They are SO reliable and quick to respond - every issue (and there haven't been many and they mostly revolve around our being gone for extended periods) is solved quickly and expertly! They ALWAYS answer their phone (a real person answers!!) and quickly direct you to the right party! Our internet connection is super fast. We love SilverIP read more

Well, it was a rough start to my new internet provider. However, it seems that the problem was the wiring in my building, not the EW service. While it was a frustrating process figuring out the source of the problem, now that it's fixed I am very happy with the service that comes at a very low price. The techs are very friendly and helpful. Larney, who came to my place more than once, is a super nice and knowledgeable guy. I think the problem I had was a unique one. The only advice I would have is to escalate sooner if you do have an issue. It feels good to support a local company trying a new mode of operating (and challenging some very large competitors) in this crazy economy. read more

I called in yesterday due to getting an email about upgrading my internet service for free for 30 days. I have had some issues with dropped connections and slow speeds recently so figured this would help since I was using multiple devices. Luckily, while getting the upgrade setup on the phone, a speed test was run and found some port issues that needed to be fixed. Today, Larney arrived prepared in a mask and willing to help. He did an amazing job as he repaired my internet port, tested my speeds, and even factory reset my router and put all my settings back to original. Larney, is definitely a down to earth guy and kept things light by having a few laughs but still being very professional. If I could, he would definitely be someone I would have a beer with. Much praise to him and the quick turn around that Everywhere Wireless provided me in these times. read more

Thank you for sending your technician Mr. Matt S. to my unit this morning! He connected Everywhere Wireless cables to the router and was very meticulous in placing the cables so that they are invisible. He patiently explained everything in detail which is so very helpful to me. He explained in detail the various options for a better router to deliver a higher speed, which again is so helpful to me. I highly appreciate and recommend the work and care for clients' concerns by your technician Mr. Matt S. Thanks again! read more

I was thrilled to hear that a new provider was coming to our building and providing a reliable alternative to the two industry giants. Matt came today to get us all set up and he was incredibly professional and courteous. Getting the system up and running took less than an hour and I am already seeing reliable speeds higher than what I was previously seeing. I am relieved to finally have a third option and believe that I made a great decision. read more

Larney did an excellent job with the install and running me through the web Interface of my router. Couldn't have asked for a nicer and more competent individual to set up my service. read more

Yes, the customer service is good, HOWEVER the products they sell - their internet and crappy DirectV are AWFUL..................... so I do not care how nice you are to me when I call, make my TV and internet work. Why ANYONE would "choose" DirectTV is beyond me??? Literally the WORST TV option there is. The worst. And Silver IP's internet does NOT give the speeds as promised, ever. That's what you get when you go with a no name provider to save a few pennies... can't wait until I move so I can go back to Xfinity, or quite frankly anything else will be better. read more

Larney was extremely helpful! He answered any questions I had about set up and was able to complete installation quickly.

My landlord switched over to Everywhere wireless to be included in our rent, so I switched. This company is smaller so the customer service is easy to reach, they are attentive and helpful. Larney is one that helped me get me set up and he's the best! So responsive, so helpful and very very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!! read more

Amazing Internet Provider!! - What a welcome change from typical Comcast and AT&T Shenanigans. With Comcast and AT&T, I have suffered through long outages, terrible customer service, and the same old kick the can down the street mentality. Welcome SilverIP. When I first learned of their service I thought great another provider, maybe they are a little better than the big 2. I was willing to accept even marginally better service for my business and my clients to not have to deal Comcast and AT&T. Let me tell you - I am blown away by SilverIP's exceptional customer service, blazing fast symmetrical internet service and follow up. In the 3 years we have been a customer, we've experienced 1 outage, which lasted less than 2 hours - try that with those other fools. I was not in the office, but SilverIP actually called us to inform us of the technical difficulties and followed up to make sure our service was restored. You will NEVER receive that level of customer service with Comcast or AT&T. I can't say enough good things about SilverIP - if they service your area, you owe it to yourself and your sanity to make the switch today. read more

Everything wireless have great customer service! Everyone who works there clearly loves what they are doing and are ready to help. The internet is fast and reliable. Haven't had any regrets since we switched! read more

We just moved into a new condo and EW came as part of the condo and association. The installer, Larney, was great. He explained how EW works, helped dial into the router, rename the wireless network, set up a password, and made sure everything was working before he left. Great customer service and installers. read more

I reached out to a representative and was not given the time of day as they only seem available to the upper class in luxury apartments who already live a privileged life. Said they don't service people otherwise. Goes to show nice things are only for the elite. Regular Chicago don't waste your time even trying because they don't care that you're stuck with villains like Comcast because they only care about making money. They literally showed no interest in helping me find a solution that works for me Good internet should be a utility we all have the right to so don't give these people money until they start offering internet everywhere and to everyone. Not just the people and places they deem worthy. Was a horrible customer service experience. And for the record they keep trying to remove this review because of course that's how they operate. read more

First and foremost, LB was the best technician I've ever met. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He's very personable and a joy to be around. Second, I've barely had Everywhere Wireless for a week and it is by far the best internet I've ever had for the past 20+ years (AT&T DSL at two separate residences, Time Warner/Spectrum Cable, Comcast Cable; I've not had fiber which I hear is great but costly). It is affordable with no need to lease or purchase a DSL or cable modem; has symmetric download AND upload, some companies only focus and advertise download speeds while upload is important for streamers, video conferencing, and network services; there has been no slow-down at peak hours which you sometimes get with cable internet; I've not experienced any latency issues which is a priority for me with time-critical cross-country networking. Overall, as someone who has been an engineer working in network security and with enterprise-level servers, I'm very happy with the service so far and will report back if I experience anything negative and not deserving of 5 stars. read more

Matt was very helpful and through. Setup was quick and they were able to answer any questions that I had.

Months ago, my condo building switched to Everywhere Wireless as its primary internet service provider. Larney was assigned as the service technician to install my high speed internet service. Larney demonstrated great knowledge, professionalism, patience, and problem solving skill. I highly recommend Larney. His service technician skills are a value add and asset to Everywhere Wireless. read more

I was given three day notice by my landlord that I had to switch to them under their old name - Everywhere Wireless. They offer one plan and claim gigabyte speed, but it doesn't even come close to that unless you buy a $500 router. Larney was very helpful, on time, and figured out the exact issue with my router. Truly couldn't recommend a better tech. He was very personable and professional. Thank you again! read more

We have been using Everywhere Wireless since 2016 and the service has been wonderful. Never an issue, until recently had a few dropped connections that lasted a few minutes. I called tech support and spoke with Blake. He informed me that it was possibly our router firmware that needs updating since some routers don't automatically update. We set up a more convenient time that I would call back. When I didn't call back due to being sidetracked with work, Blake called me later the same day. He spent time walking us through the process of downloading the newest firmware and setting it up. Blake was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you Blake and Everywhere Wireless! Nothing but great experiences with EW. Great consistent speed, easy to upgrade your package if you choose and no contracts or tricks. I've had to call their support techs a couple times, and each time it has been a pleasure and they've taken care of me promptly. I dread the thought of ever having to go back to Comcast or AT&T after using a service like this. read more

Was initially offered service at our building that met our needs, but when the contract was cancelled due to a miscommunication, the option that met our needs was taken away, seemingly in retaliation, and an unworkable solution was offered as the only option going forward. They acted as though it was my burden as a customer to earn the right to do business with them and that I essentially missed my chance. A very petulant way to do business. Do better. read more
