(Highly recommended as burglars love to shimmy a screwdriver between your door and lock & open into your place easier than a SPAM can.) Pro Video Security let us select the guard. They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. Rather than haggle and hassle, they came right out and fixed it at ZERO extra cost. (As expected.) On top of that: The fix came right on time. The guys from ST did a quality job and ensured the area was clean when done. The placement of cameras and equipment is well thought out and their cabling is neat and trim. The guys were also super polite and did their best to minimize the amount of time they had to go in-and-out for tools, parts, etc. From the inquiry, to quote, to installation, they were super communicative about where they would be and when. When they arrived, they took me around and explained how the deployment would go and then gave a good amount of time to ensure I understood how to use/operate what they installed before they left. My only regret, after having the system a week, is that I didn't listen to their recommendation and get a few more cameras. Jose and his team were absolutely great and I can't thank them enough. Jose came out same day…read more(literally within a hour of our call) to see my house and go over camera installation ideas. I had a quote by the next day and the installation process started a few days later. Jose listened to all our concerns and made us feel super comfortable with the process. On installation day he and his coworker were here from 9am-6pm, they worked really hard with wiring and setting up 5 cameras for us. Once done he went over everything with us, moved camera angles as needed and explained how everything worked. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for camera installation, Jose is a true professional and a really nice guy!
