    Just for comparison, my download speed from Spectrum in Los Angeles is usually between 300 - 500 Mbps. 2.3 is pretty much comatose.

    For the love of god, PLEASE don't use ATT. First of all, I have never in my life since the days of dial-up had such slow internet service. This isn't rural Nebraska. AT&T is doing business in Chicago--the third largest city in America--and here's the most recent speed test on good ol' AT&T's "fiber" network (see attached photo). 2.3 mbps???? My internet service in LA gets speeds of over 300 mbps. Here in Chicago, you could send mail through the USPS faster than this AT&T service moves. Furthermore, millions of people just got their social security numbers and other personal information stolen thanks to AT&T's flawed cyber security, and AT&T sent an insane letter entitled "Keeping your account secure," and ended it with "We are committed to keeping your account secure." Irony? A joke? They suggest logging in or calling to change your passcode, but their site has been down intermittently ("It's not your fault, it's ours" they say. YES, I KNOW!) and it's impossible to reach customer service (of course no phone number was provided in the letter--because they're so committed to customer service). Was finally able to log in and none of the accounts (wireless, home internet, etc...) are actually even associated with my log in, so i was back on the phone trying to reach customer service. I have now spent 90 minutes on this and still no resolution.

    I have been a loyal customer, made payments on time, never made any fuss, troubleshoot by myself for years. One time, this one time I asked actual help as I no longer can troubleshoot or run speed test, (turns out the receiver just stopped working permanently. So basically it died.) I asked them for help as we still work at home and wifi is crucial. And they just dont wanna deal with you. Walked out twice and I finally got in touch with thick accented agent, henry, he was so rude. Didnt let me ask questions, basically he kept repeating " Ma'am ma'am shut up you will get service eventually." Disgusted with the amount of time and effort I had to put in to get receiver swapped. That technician is otw today I was told that I would be charged 99+. Disgusting.

    hate this company AT&T very much it is a scam it hurt me so much. I fought and argued with the staff who have bad english. I have been using AT&T for 10 years. I have problem with my bill every time I upgrade my phone. Recently I have plan 6 line. I want to change my number from Seattle number to Los Angeles area code. I just upgraded my phone to 16 pro max and got promotion 0.99 for iPad. I was interested so I upgraded. Then 2 months later I changed my number. The bad staff canceled my payment plan and charged me hold price for phone and iPad too my bills 2385. I called the line and fought with the inexperienced staff until I waited on the line for 4 hours. I took screenshot of the wait time and posted everything on Facebook and reviewed everywhere. I called every week and the staff promised to fix it and contact me. But no one contacted me. I called for 2 months and decided to cancel everything. They did not listen to my excuses or answer any questions about why I canceled. I want to write this review as a warning to everyone not to use this network. If you use it, do not use the promotion that the staff offered. I curse this network company to be great. They made a mistake and did not fix it. And make us feel stressed every time we call. I really hate the call center staff, they are inexperienced and brainless, they are cheaters, they have bad attitudes.

I had no idea what this new cable was, so he spent time explaining and showing us a few pointers to make sure we understood the software. It's like a no contract, no fee, amazing cable company that has even higher quality imaging. Plus virtually unlimited DVR space (Hello binge watching!) Oh and it's less expensive than what I'm paying for UGHHHHH. The Damage: I believe the price is different depending where you are, so worth calling to see. I stuck with them a little longer but the quality of their services quickly deteriorated. I used to consider them the gold standard but i had to switch after a mystery charge appeared on my bill that they couldn't explain to me. I told them i was leaving and they didn't even care. I also refuse to go to Comcast. I noticed an ad for Layer 3 tv online and decided to try it out. Let me preface by stating i have a 1gigabit internet thru the fine folks from RCN who also have excellent customer service. Layer3 TV is an internet based cable solution. Their feed runs thru your internet. and they have 4K. I admit i was skeptical at first but once i switched i have not looked back. The picture quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They are new to the Chicago area so there are a few kinks but you can tell with the technology they use they will become a force. Please keep doing what you are doing I enjoy your services immensely.

The icing on the cake was when we were cancelling our service the store manager took a picture of us on the sly to tell his associate we were cancelling. Who takes pictures of their customers. This store is the worst. Store manager I know you're going to comment and say let's talk and let's see how I can help. Just teach Jake how to tell the truth with customers. Teach Tramel to not take pictures of customers. Very unprofessional. This place sucks.

The pricing is very reasonable, and hasn't changed in the last four years -- which given inflation is remarkable. When the internet went out on Friday, I was out of town for the weekend. When I got back on Sunday, my internet was still down. Alex came over Sunday night after carving pumpkins with his kids. He diagnosed that there must have been a power surge that took 6 or 7 units offline on Friday. In the process, my router got toasted. I live in an old building and I'm embarrased to admit I didn't have a surge protector on it. He not only diagnosed my dead router, he gave me a new one I could have until I got another one. This is huge since I work from home. Can't recommend this company enough!
