Later the same day, Billy came over to take a look at it. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He ran a diagnostic at my place and my harddrive was fried. So he took my laptop and external hd to try to get the data from it. Unfortunately, it was fried pretty badly, but they work with another company that specializes in data recovery. I had my important data backed up already, so i decided to get a new computer all together bc i compromised on the original one that fried out. Figured i would just get the one i really wanted. They recycled the old computer and returned my external hd the same day i made the decision. Throughout the process, i was completely informed of their progress via email. If i wanted to replace my hd and recover windows, i wouldve gladly given them my business. I ended up paying only for the diagnosis I would wholeheartedly recommend these folks to anyone with computer issues, both to diagnose and fix
