Awesome place to visit, views are some of the best while having a meal for sure! Food was good all around, prices are a bit high for what you get. Soda was not quite right and service was slow to get food out in a decent time frame. Our server was nice, but not always present, might be because they were short handed. The menu needs more options for kids, pretty short list. read more

What an amazing place. Warm and vibrant atmosphere. The service was predictive and prompt. All of the staff were a delight. The food was amazing. I had the shrimp roll and it was a solid 5/5. The wife had the Alaskan snow crab and it did not disappoint. Parking is easy and the facility is sparkly clean. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. Solid 5 stars. read more

After we were seated outside, it took forever for a server to come and get us water. Once we placed our orders, things went fairly fast. The cobia was tasty, and the boiled seafood was great. However, my son ordered the scallops entree. The taste was awesome, but they only served 4 scallops!!! Are you kidding me at those prices!!!! C'mon... anyhow, this place was ok overall. Not a fan of places skimping on food and the scallops was a prime example!! read more

Gorgeous ambiance! We sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful sunset and ocean view. Service was fast and friendly, with solid recommendations on the dishes. My husband got the flash fried red snapper with a zesty Italian red sauce, along with mashed potatoes. There were a ton of potatoes, and he couldn't make a dent in them. He enjoyed the snapper. I had the traditional Greek salad along with the sesame crusted tuna with sticky rice and ponzu vegetables. Tye vegetables were phenomenal and when I paired the tuna, rice and veggies, it was absolutely delicious. The tuna on its own was just okay. The Greek salad was delicious. It was quite large, and honestly way too much food for me, but it was good. We tried the key lime pie, which always okay. Not a fan of almonds on key lime pie, so we wouldn't go that route next time. Overall a great night. read more

We have been wanting to try Zeke's for a while, and we finally decided to tonight with friends from out of town. I had one of the best wedge salads I've ever had--crisp and cold, with just the right balance of creamy dressing, pickled onions, blue cheese, and smoky bacon. The baked oysters were a rich delight, each bite a reminder that the Gulf (and Zeke's) knows how to do it right. My beautiful wife had the perfectly seared scallops. Even though our server, Isabella, was clearly juggling a busy section with a couple of large tables, she handled it with calm confidence. She exuded warmth and charm that made the night just a little brighter, too. We are looking forward to returning again soon--Zeke's is the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. read more

Seated promptly at 7:30 reservation. It was busy. Server Gabby was knowledable & accomdatingg. Wife & daughter had scallops, grandson had chicken tenders and all were most satisfied. I had a superior lobster roll and a side of one taste dirty rice. The roll was enough by itself, delicious & full of lobster chunks in a flavorful dressing. Desserts were key lime pie & creme brule.were top grade. GO TO ZEKE'S read more

Our waitress Isabella did a great job. Our Risotto was very flavorful but way under cooked The halibut was cooked perfectly. My wife's food didn't come out till we finished our dinners. Fun place to eat outside by the docks. read more

Went to dinner at Zeke's tonight party of 6. Space is nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. Starters were grouper bites and skillet cornbread, both were decent. For dinner, I had the halibut special with Gouda grits and it was fantastic. Hubs had ribeye and grouper, he said they were both okay, the grouper was a bit underwhelming. Another member had the scallops and she said they were maybe the best she'd ever had. 2 people had the surf n turf burger and said it was good. Coleslaw was fresh. Service was just okay. They were busy but not slammed, and it irritates me when I have to keep asking for a drink refill. We asked Bill for a drink refill and he asked if we wanted it in a to go cup. Some of us were still eating. Just felt rushed and not a priority. read more

Atmosphere 5 (Costal feel of course) Comfortable and plenty of seating inside or outside in a covered area Service 5 Our waitress was too notch. Very helpful and made great suggestions. perfect balance of attentiveness Food 5. We started with 1/2 dozen raw oysters came with all the fixins. We also had a 1/2 pound of warm peel and eat shrimp. So big and flavorful. For dinner we enjoyed the pecan encrusted Salmon (big hit) and the pan seared scallops. Very large and perfectly cooked. The skillet brownie and espresso Martini topped it of. The brownie is huge. More than enough for two or three people. Definitely on our visit list for next time. read more

Went Wednesday night and got the fried grouper. INCREDIBLE. Went back Friday and got it again. It was very very undercooked and greasy so I sent it back and got another and it came back identical. It was mushy and undercooked and greasy. The difference in the two nights were the number of people at the restaurant. Go when they're not slammed and you'll get a better meal. Service good, drinks good. read more

Excellent food and service. Right on the water outdoor seating was very nice and enjoyed strolling the marina.

This was our fourth time here and it's still very good. Not cheap, but service was excellent (Colleen was our server) and my food was excellent. I had shrimp scampi and it was delicious. My husband had the Maine Lobster roll and he was very disappointed. We were both expecting it to be similar to those we've had in Maine but instead it was a long bun with a slit down the center that had a long piece of lobster lying in it with some sauce. Won't order that again. Zekes is on the expensive end but usually everything we've had is excellent. We just didn't care for the lobster roll read more

Extremely long, wait with reservations they did get us in a little before but the place is really crowded, The service was OK could have been a little better. I had the grilled cobia, the fish was amazing but the sides were very bland and for some reason they put beans in the jambalaya .... Awful ! The second dish was the fried grouper and it was very bland as well, the fries were good and the cold slaw was ok. . If I were to go back I would go for the hamburger, I heard that was good , but I'd stay away from the fish dishes unless you like it bland. read more

Recommended by family who frequents this place. Great choice! Read some bad reviews but honestly I'm not sure why, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The young waitress who took care of us was very helpful with recommendations for apps and entrees as well as drinks even though my pregnant wife and I were not drinking anything. We were wanting a meal in between seafood meals so she had the wedge salad and I had the surf and turf burger. They were both delicious as was the calamari (the red sauce is the best!). Definitely worth stopping in! read more

Overall, we had a nice dinner at Zeke's. It is a large open format restaurant with lots of outdoor seating too. We made a reservation for four. We were offered a table right near the service station. We refused and we were seated at an open round table instead. Ben was our server. He was friendly and efficient. We placed drink orders, one was a glass of Prosecco, I guess they don't have champagne glasses as it was served in a wine glass. We placed our entree orders, shrimp scampi, whole red snapper, fish and chips and scallops. The scallops were only okay, slightly rubbery. . Warm not hot. Why not prepare these last they take such a short period of time to prepare. Disappointing, I wouldn't order these again. The other entrees were hot. read more

Zeke's is truly a gem--gorgeous setting and coastal vibes for days. We dined outdoors and the ambiance alone was worth the trip. I went with my 75-year-old mother and 8-year-old son, and from the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable--warm, prompt, and genuinely hospitable. My mom had the fried shrimp and fries and cleaned her plate like it was her job. She couldn't stop raving about how perfectly cooked and flavorful everything was. My son had the chicken tenders--he said they could use a little salt, but he still enjoyed them, especially that crispy fry. I ordered the whole flash-fried Moroccan redfish. Beautiful presentation, but the preparation wasn't quite to my taste--the flash fry left it tasting a bit too fishy for me. I think I would've liked it better if it had been fried harder. That said, I did have the most amazing house salad with a spicy ranch dressing that I could've eaten by the bowlful (seriously, I wanted three). And let's talk about the spicy Paloma--perfection in a glass. Tart, fresh, just the right amount of kick. All in all, I'd definitely go back. Zeke's nailed the service, the atmosphere, and most of our food. I'd just opt for a different entrée next time. read more

We visited this place for a birthday/ family dinner. No one had been here before and we felt like the reviews were good and they had something for everyone. We made a reservation for 8pm, arrived and checked in at 8pm, they gave our table away after we had Been waiting in the lobby for 20 mins. Still waiting you can hear the waiters going back and forth about where to seat us considering we've been waiting and they gave our table to another large party. They finally get it together and take us all the way to the back and make us squeeze onto 2 tables it seemed, two people had to sit next to each-other sharing the head of table, on one end. It was a mess. No space for the food and we were by the door, and kitchen. What made it worst is that we felt extra cramped and hidden. It was extremely loud in the establishment and the wait for our food was ridiculous as well. The waitress came by randomly but would keep disappearing when we really needed something. The tower came out, it was okay. Nothing really special about it , the chips tasted like seafood, almost as if the grease was old. Someone ordered the cornbread and soup thing, that was overly spicy, after she told the waitress she couldn't handle much spice, when she asked about it. I was just mediocre at best and to be what seemed the only people of color on there and this happened, hurt. The bill comes, at no point did they ask of it would be separate, but I guess because it was such a large party and gratuity was already included, service doesn't matter, nor does how you treat or sit costumers. We literally waited 45 mins to an hour to be seated. Then an extra 20-30 for food. read more

If I could rate them 6 stars I would. Everything during our visit was on point. Food was excellent, service was too notch, they even sang Happy Bday to my Mom. The bar has a really nice Bourbon selection, that night they had a bottle of WLW (iykyk) available. We had a short wait to be seated, but the marina occupied our time as walked around admiring the boats. They will text you when your table is ready. Enjoy, eat and support local! read more

Food was good, but not great. Portion size on the shrimp scampi was small, and pasta overcooked. This was the same on the kids meal buttered noodles. The Gulf Shrimp boil was pretty good, and good portions. Service was quite lacking in attentiveness and frequency, and we were there quite a bit earlier than the busy crowds (5:30p). Also, some bread while waiting for the meal would have been appropriate, rather than having to order a $16 corn bread appetizer. read more

What a great place! Orange Beach is lucky to have you Zeke, or whoever you are. My boss says he launches from here for deep sea fishing. That makes sense because there are so many fishing boats docked here. He says they cook what you catch. How rad is that?!?!? I had this place bookmarked from a while back. As soon as we checked in our digs and saw how close it was I knew we would be watching a sunset here. It's a badass view just in case you are wondering. We made a reservation the night before and it said no outside was available, but when we got there we slid right into one of the best seats in the house outside. Wonderful setting. Food was superb. MP oysters were wonderful. Charity loved the southern fried Grouper. My blackened Cobia was on the points, they say. ;) Food was great! Food was great! Food was great! '24 - 40/100 read more

We stayed at Phoenix West across the street and have heard good things about Zeke's. Reservations recommended, but for the two of us it was a short 30 minute wait. There's a store around, pier, etc. to walk while you're waiting. A ton of indoor/outdoor seating by the pier, you can go and catch fish and they will "hook & cook" for you. Really neat concept! Ambiance: Classy, up-scale feel inside & breezy beach feel outside. Food: Let's start with drinks, my husband got the Spicy Paloma and the Old Fashioned - both quality and came out quickly. We ordered the tuna poke app* delicious! We split the gulf seafood boil (sausage, mussels, two crab clusters, and gulf shrimp) , plenty for the two of us. Quality seafood and flavorful. Served w a side of butter to dip all the seafood in! Can't wait to come back every summer. read more

I got the swordfish daily special it was so fresh and delicious. We had Mike C. as our waiter and he was super attentive and friendly!

Everything was wonderful spent our anniversary there and all the staff and food was wonderful!

Stopped at Zeke's for lunch. Was anxious to try the lobster rolls. They were pricey and expected to be tasty. Big mistake because it was very dry. Will not get again if in the area. Informed the waitress when she brought us the bill. Gave us a $10 discount on the end. The atmosphere was awesome setting outside under a huge tent enjoying the breeze and boats read more

Been here one time prior and just got one app. So happy we were able to get a full dinner here. The waiter haze was so kind and attentive. He gave great recommendations as well! We sat outside and it was breezy and warm but not too hot! Blackened cobia was great the conecuh crazy was what that rice needed since a little bit on the dry side. Etouffee oysters were really good. Small oysters but the flavor was fantastic. Sides we got whipped red potatoes I'm not sure if there's a stick of butter in them but dang they were creamy. Broccolini was ok not as charred/cooked. I split the seared tuna which was good could've been a little less cooked once we cut it but flavors on point. Always get the hummus it's thick and creamy and ask for extra toast! read more

A great place in Orange Beach. It is a huge complex with several areas to grab a drink or food. We ate inside because we were worried it might be too cold but even the outside areas would have been fine. Great views of the water and the boats are available everywhere. The food was amazing. The tuna carpaccio and the grouper bites were great appetizers. The flash fried red snapper was the best fish I have had in years. I would go back for that everyday if I could.
