Wow for the prices this is the worst pizza I've had in a while. I ordered one mini pizza and one med pizza with a salad and it was almost 90. The med was a Buffalo soldier and there was very little chicken on it. The salad is not edible as the lettuce is so wilted I'm worried I would get sick if eating it. I also paid 3$ extra for mushrooms that are so old they look almost moldy (18$ for a salad I can't eat). read more

Did a dine-in and was greatly disappointed in the restaurant, food and service. Ordered the Puget Pounder with extra cheese. Didn't get any extra cheese. Waiter never came around so could not complain. Found out he left. Also ordered black ice tea which was clear. Bartender reluctantly took the extra cheese charge off but gave quite a bit of lip to do it. Didn't want to argue about the $7 for tea that wasn't. Would avoid this place altogether. read more

Wasn't expecting it to be this good. We just moved to the area and have been checking out local spots. Wanted pizza and a beer without going too far the other night and hit Zeeks. We each ordered small pizzas plus an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks took awhile to arrive, and the pizzas were soon to follow. We were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. Delivery man is a rude sexist! To the story. My husband and I work in the DoorDash together. This night we had a delivery from Zeeks pizza and we parked our car by the sing "for delivery". My husband went to the restaurant while I was waiting in the car on a passenger side. In a minute one man came to me, scared me a lot, knocked to the window like a mad person, I thought he could break a glass. He was furious! He exclaimed: "It's for delivery!", he aggressively jabbed his middle finger at me and took a few steps back. I opened the window and answered: "But I am delivery!". He came back to me and said loud again: " Not for pick up! MOOVE!!" And he turned over the corner, where he met my husband. He spoke to him absolutely calm like a normal person, like he should do with me. He asked: "Hi, is it your car parked by the sign "for delivery? Oh, could you move it, because it's place for our restaurant delivery?" He changed from furious to kind and cheerful in a second! Why he wasn't normal with me?! I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody I know, because you will never fully enjoy the food while it makes and delivers by rude and mad stuff!!! read more

Why have a contact form if you aren't going to respond? Last time I dined in, they don't even come to your table to take your order, you do the work on line then they bring it out but still want a tip of course. Happy Hour starts at 3 pm and I would recommend trying it. I ordered the pesto & bacon sticks - like a small pizza sized plate of flavorful dipping sticks with ranch for $6. My half personal size pizza was also $6 which was the Weekend Hippie that had Portobello mushrooms, artichoke hearts, spinach, red onion, garlic, mozzarella, and fresh oregano layered over our alfredo sauce base and an olive oil glaze. The place is great and clean. We ordered one beer, half a salad and an individual cheese pizza. After tax and tip our bill was $30. The chop salad was delicious. Sometimes I sub the chicken because in my opinion it isn't the best tasting chicken. Bland. Not too bad if disguised by the salad's balsamic but even tastier with prosciutto. The cheese pizza was small. I felt bad because I had finished my salad and was still hungry so my wife shared her pizza but easily could of finished all on her own. The staff was pretty mousey. Didn't hear from them much. They leave a huge water On the table so other than taking our order and delivering the food I never saw our waitress again. Really good pizza and great selection of beers. Staff was quite nice and helpful on recommendations for the beer part. Pricing was higher than expected, but then the quality was substantially better than chain restaurants, so I won't complain too loudly. Definitely worth checking out if your in the West Seattle area. Came in for lunch on a Wednesday and it was practically empty. I don't know why because this place is fabulous! Small parking lot in back can fit maybe 12 cars and is shared with another business but there were plenty of spots available when we arrived. We shared a wild greens salad and it was everything I wanted in a salad: crisp, fresh, great balance of tangy and sweet. I ordered the Yeti and it was great. Cheesy, garlicky, crust perfectly chewy and crispy. Service was prompt and personable. We watched a few people come in for take out and they were served very quickly. For two minis and a salad the total was $20 and change. I thought the prices were fair. I would definitely come back here the next time I am in West Seattle. read more

This is the story of a college coed who loved late night snacking. She would order cardboard flavored take-out during her undergrad years because that is all she could afford. Greasy pepperoni and rubbery cheese were her resignation. Once or twice a quarter, she and her dorm mates would save their pennies, from part-time jobs cleaning toilets and answering phones, and splurge on savory pies by the name of Tree Hugger, Thai One On and Frog Belly Green. The new gourmet pizza shop up the street from their university had the most interesting flavors, fresh ingredients, and handsome delivery boys with dirty bike messenger appeal. Fast forward eighteen years and the (former) college coed is back in town, living only 20 minutes from the university campus. She still loves her snacks and takes delight in bringing friends and family to any of the nine locations that same gourmet pizza shop now owns. She is married with a husband in graduate school, so her future with late night indulgence is sure. Real pints of beer! Tasty pizza! I don't know about you, but I love pizza and beer! Seriously, pizza is one of the foods that I could eat everyday. I really really liked the pizza at Zeeks. We called in our order for pick up. The person on the phone said it would be about 30 minutes. We got there around 20ish minutes into cooking time and decided to get a beer while we waited. Zeeks serves real pints of beer! The girl who took our beer order was super friendly and helpful. She checked on the status of our pizza to ensure that we had enough time to consume and enjoy our beverages. Our pizza came out right as we finished our beers. We brought it home and it was delicious! The toppings were tasty and I really liked the crust. All in all, I would totally order pizza from Zeeks again! read more

The chop salad is really good. I usually order it when I come to Zeek's. It seems to be missing something this time, but I can't quite put my finger on it. There are many fruit flies swarming around my half-carafe of red wine. The waitress is really nice. It's unfortunate that they made my salad so quickly while my 19 year old stepson is sitting here with no food at all. I would've preferred them waiting to make my salad until his pizza was done. So, I'll sit here until his food comes out. Usually this place is way more on top of things and there aren't bugs all over the place, so hopefully it's just a one-time-thing. I'll definitely come back, as it's right down the street and it's usually really good. The pizza was good and they have GF & Vegan options. But I'm giving five stars because he service was outstanding! Unfortunately I don't recall our server's name but she bent over backwards to accommodate our very large party. My niece had her wedding rehearsal dinner there, with about 30 family and wedding party guests. She ran for about an hour and a half bringing beer, wine, cider and even I e cream as desired (the kitchen staff brought the pizza and salad). Zeek's is my go-to for delivery pizza. They don't mess around with the toppings (see picture), and the crust is consistently a good mix of chewy and crunchy. My only complaint is that it's a bit overpriced. But I'm usually happy to pay for quick delivery, giant toppings, and filling slices. Only warning: if you remember, ask to have your pizza a little extra cooked, especially with delivery. Doing that has made my experience with Zeek's much better; no longer waiting for tomorrow's reheating for a crispy bottom crust. read more

I've eaten at this location 3 times. I've ordered from Zeek's a dozen times at another location for work, so I've had a lot of their pizza. The waiter/waitress I've had each time has been good at their job and checks in regularly. The pizza is the best damn pizza in Seattle. Period. The crust is fantastic. No thin crust here so if that's what you want, keep looking. The crust is chewy, thick and tastes great. So many toppings, you need a knife, fork and 50 napkins. My favorite pizzas are the Puget Pounder, Quentin Florentino and Yeti. The place is pricey when it comes to pizza. A pie will be $22-$30 for a large. It will feed 4 people and then some unless you haven't eaten all day. But then maybe it still will. They have Ben & Jerry's on hand for dessert, too. And I am off the soda wagon, so I love that they offer Martinelli's, the best apple juice ever. Parking at this location is available with a small lot in the back and you don't have to pay for it, a novelty in Seattle anymore. Stupid TV's playing sports and bland decor lowers the ambiance score. Not a place for a romantic night out as this is definitely family friendly when they bring out a wad of pizza dough for kids to smack at the table. The beer selection needs some improvement but the pizza is second to none. Zeeks indoor and outdoor seating is very comfortable but if you wish to grab a pizza and drink somewhere else it's very doable with the neighboring bars. I'm definitely a regular here! I want my old Zeke's back! What happened to Zeeks? We ordered a large dragon recently and were amazed and how big it was...almost Costco sized. Sadly, they've changed the recipe. It kind of looks like a Dragon, but it sure doesn't taste like one. Because of the cost of a pizza these days an order from Zeeks will set you back 35 bucks including delivery, tax, tip etc. But if you get an awesome pizza, I can wince and shell out the dollars for good stuff. Always received great service from them and the pies used to be great...worth the cost. Unfortunately, the quality seems to be steadily going downhill. Lots or burnt pies, inconsistent. . I've complained but they don't listen. We've been their customers for 11 years. Now the "new" Dragon arrived: 1. Huge pie. I'm guessing 25% larger. 2. Flavor that made Dragon's legendary is gone. 3. Barely any Jalapenos 4. Sparse Italian sausage 5. Seems like lower quality cheese being used too. 6. Weird crust. Dense. Little "loft" and air pockets. It look like a machine made it. 7. Generally just meh all the way around. 8. Old Zeke's pizza box design gone. 9. Ordering and delivery still good though. I'm sad to report Zeke's may have lost a customer. What was once a gem of Seattle has become a mainstream "mass over quality" chain. Jimmy John's might actually be better at this point. Get it together Zeke's! Did Zeke's get sold to new owners? I don't know what happened but the West Seattle Zeek's has really gone down hill. They always had great pizza and I used to love eating there but haven't been in for quite some time. Almost no toppings at all. I ordered a salami with sausage and mushrooms and the toppings were so sparse I almost couldn't find them on the pizza. Very little in the way of mushrooms and sausage and the salami, which was alway whole slices before are now chopped up and sparingly sprinkled on the pizza. Not for the faint of heart. Large, flavor-rich portions with lots of fixins. Spacious, clean interior with lots of booths and windows all around. Prices are a little high, but you do get a legitimate pizza. Service is upbeat and friendly, though it gets a little busy at times. I like the separate section for meat-lovers, vegetarian and other pizzas - there are several options on each. My personal favorite is "The Spanish Steps" with gorgonzola (but you need to be a cheese-head like me to down this baby), otherwise have some fun with the "Buffalo Soldier", "Thai One On", or a nice "Hawaiian". Basic selection of drink items and a full bar. Nothing amazing there. Also felt no pull towards an appetizer. You get more than enough with the pizza itself. If you know you're going to be stuck in the ferry line due to the schedule, rush-hour traffic, or a breakdown (the WSDOT iPhone app is very helpful for that), this is basically your last chance for some food unless you opt for McDonalds across the street.
