Love a customizable pizza where I get to add and control the type and amount of ingredients on my pizza. Im a meat lover pizza fan, but at the same time, love the crunch, freshness and umami from vegetables as well. Combined with some mozarella, blue cheese, and white sauce, it was chef kiss. I have been to this location a few times and 9 out of 10, I was helped by very friendly staffs putting my pizza together. Once, it was a looong time it took me about 20 minutes lining up before i get to order my pizza... otherwise no complaints! However their baking quality seems inconsistent sometimes. As you can see, my pizza looks a little under baked and very pale looking. My first time here some time ago, they almost burnt the bottom of my pizza. Otherwise it'd be a 5-star experience the entire time.

I've been sleeping on this place but now I am fully awake.

They were so accommodating and made sure there was no cross contamination with the meat!

I'm so glad they finally opened up! I saw the "coming soon" sign up for months before Covid hit and then everything just got halted. So, when I noticed that this location was an option on my MOD app, I definitely had to show them some love! I decided to put my order in before they even opened since I was working from home and I was in between calls. I asked for curbside pick up at 11am. I showed up at 11:05am, pulled up, called the phone # posted in front of the parking spot, server picked up and said she would bring it out in a couple mins. When she handed me the bag, the pizzas were piping hot! I got home, took out the two pies and the 2 No Name Cakes and started grubbin! The pizza toppings were fresh, the amount of sauce was perfect, dough was thin and crispy but not burnt - perfection! The No Name Cakes never disappoint at the other MODS I've been to and these ones were the same, as well. Overall, experience and food - 5 stars all around!!

I seriously thought I'd frequent this location more often as it's 5min away from my house and walking distance from work but nope first time here haha. Had a 15min lunch yesterday so online ordering was a blessing. I had to wait till I was done with patients before I could run over here to grab my to go order. I probably should never okay working by myself when I don't have a lunch game plan haha. I usually order the Lucy sunshine and add chicken, jalepeno, and fresh basil but I decided to order a custom pizza that was basically chicken caprese-ish on cauliflower crust hahaha. I have to eat "healthier" on the weekdays because I eat like trash on the weekends. Balance lmao. I'll just post pictures because I'm really too lazy to list everything but it was quick and delicious!

The pizza was the perfect size for two people and generously loaded with toppings--every bite had a great balance of flavors and ingredients. The crust was just right as well: not too thick, not too thin, and baked to perfection. We also ordered a few drinks. Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

The pizza itself is actually pretty good, which is why I kept coming back and really wanted to support this small business. Unfortunately, the customer service and wait times have consistently been disappointing. Tonight, I stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged or greeted me. The employee who eventually helped me was nice, but the overall experience still didn't feel welcoming or attentive. Over several visits, the service has just not matched the quality of the food. In this economy, it's truly a blessing for businesses to still have loyal customers coming through the door and wanting to support local spots. At the very least, customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of when they walk in. I genuinely hope they improve the service side of things because the food has potential, the bar vibes they've created are pretty cool as well and I'd love to be able to give this place a better review in the future.

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

No. Are the sauces local or made in house? No, we warm them up. Ok. How about the mozzarella bread? Yes, we make it to order. Ok. Let me describe this: two pieces of bread, no seasoning, no butter - just open face with shredded mozzarella from a container then placed inside the stone oven on the wall. In a medium nonstick pan, large tong full of wet noodles, one ladle of white sauce, toss them together. Boiled chicken pieces, BOILED chicken tossed into the pan. No seasoning or shredded cheese, or Italian seasoning. Served in a plastic to go container that cost 1.85 extra bc it was to go since they wouldn't allow us to sit w outside food. Although it was empty and we weren't taking anyone else's table. The place is clean. And bright. I also paid for the container for my bread. The food was bland and boiled chicken just made it worse.

One of the best things about life and being alive! Can you tell I am a bit of a pizza rat haha? Anyhow, I was enjoying the beautiful summer night in Seattle and was hungry around 9:30pm. A lot of places are closed already but this reliable pizza place was open. SWEET!! I walked in and lady working the counter was super nice and helpful. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Now looking back though I wish I had gotten one of their Turkish dishes as I would have liked to try their lahmacun and read another Yelpers review and this place is supposed to have the best Turkish lahmacun in the US. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Id definitely come back here again when back in this area. Thanks for feeding me and if you need a late night spot, this is your place!

Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
