New owners seem to be having difficulty keeping things going. Delivery times are up above an hour and a half with limited delivery drivers and the food seemed like it was not prepared well. Usually prefer Round table pizza so we are hoping things improve. We may need to try some new places for a while and maybe try again later. Latest order showed up missing the drinks and the door dash delivery driver said it wasn't his problem. Wish there was a way to pull back a tip. He had a beautiful smile on his face, and he said welcome to round table pizza he proceeded to take my order. He was pleasant and he was kind a big thumbs up to you, Omar what I learned about this location is that it's under new ownership and then the location has a wonderful owner. This location had wonderful pizza and a wonderful pizza bar with salad included. It did not cost very much to eat there. This place is BOMB! I forgot how delicious round table is. It's so sad that they are slowly going away. Definitely check them out. Garlic chicken pizza - 10/10 creamy garlic sauce, chicken breast, tomato's, green onion, mushroom, red onion and oregano. I loved that the veggies were fresh. Ranch -10/10 they have that good ranch, I'm a big dipping pizza and everything in ranch girl but the pizza here honestly doesn't need it which is very rare for me. I'm a big Round Table fan from back in the day, and I've been to this Round Table, even had takeout from there. Never had a bad experience ... until this evening. We rolled in with a party of 15 around 4:30pm. Ordered several pizzas and salad bar sides, drinks, etc. Our party settled in and after almost an hour of sitting and chatting, playing arcade games, no sign of the pizzas. Finally one of the folks in our party who ordered the pizza went up to check and was told rather nonchalantly that there had been a printer error, the ticket never printed in the back, and the order was never placed. A refund was slowly provided, but no apology was given. Our party included 5 children under 7, two out of state guests, and a pair of senior citizens who had driven out from Bellingham that day to see their grandson perform. The grandson's performance was the reason we all got together and also the reason we had a timeline for leaving the restaurant. Hungry and disappointed, we left for the performance. This was a failure of both common sense and customer service on the part of Roundtable employees/management. Hopefully, the owners can take this feedback and improve the experience for future customers, and remind their employees that for their diners, every meal is an experience and a lifetime of brand loyalty can be destroyed in an instant. read more

Still love the pizza, but delivery's slipping We've been ordering from Round Table pretty much every Friday for years. It's been our go-to when we're too tired to cook and just want something solid and familiar to kick off the weekend. Lately though, the switch to DoorDash for delivery has been a letdown. A couple weeks ago, our usual 6pm order didn't show up until 6:45 -- and it was cold. Tonight it arrived on time, but still cold. We're guessing the drivers aren't using insulated bags, which kind of defeats the point of delivery. Also, we found out (thanks Google) that the tips we leave during checkout don't actually go to the DoorDash drivers. That's not great, especially when the service already feels like a downgrade. Round Table's been a reliable part of our routine for years, but if this is the new normal, we might have to rethink things. Still rooting for them -- just hoping they sort out the delivery side. read more

At one-point, Round Tables slogan was, "The Last Honest Pizza". I never thought of Pizza as being dishonest, but let's be clear, the pizza game has changed. In Seattle, Pizza Haven, Pietro's, Straw Hat and Godfathers are all gone. Pizza Hut is still around, but the pizza taste nothing like it did 20 years ago when it was baked in a stainless pan. Dominoes is trash and Caesar's and Pappa John's aren't any better than frozen. Around the early 2000's we started to embrace Round Table. The locations we used to frequent like Redmond and Issaquah no longer exist. The same applies to U Village, Kent and most recently Fairwood. The remaining Renton/Kent location is a mess and I think ownership has changed 3 times in the last 5 years. When I saw Burien had strong reviews, I was skeptical, but I decided to check it out. The lunch buffet was $16 and included pizza, salad and a drink, all bottomless. There was an option for Pizza only and I believe Pizza with a one trip salad bar. The salad bar had a decent selection including two meat toppings, ham and bacon. I made a solid salad. My only complaint was the salad mix was a bit wilted and didn't appear to be as fresh as it should be. By no means was it rotten, but it wasn't first quality. The salad dressing also appeared to be commercial. They lacked zest, but again, not the worst in the world. The pizza selection was good, they quickly got out 5 if not 6 pizzas, I stuck with the combo slice, which was delicious. Could have been cooked a little more, I like a crisp crust, but I suspect with the buffet, they cook these to the low limit to compensate for the pizza cooking under the lamp. Salad could have been fresher and the pizza could have been cooked a little more, but the service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend this location and consider returning at some point. It's a bit out of the way for most, but if you are craving Round Table, this is probably your best bet for a location to try. read more

Today was my first visit to Round Table. I've seen it in passing but stopped in today. The cashier was very friendly and helped me out with the menu. She offered to make my salad for me but I made it myself. It was a to go order. The pizza was surprisingly very good, I really liked the sauce and the crust wasn't soggy. I'm a pizza snob because I love my NY pizza, but this was good. I will definitely be going back. read more

(I don't know if this is the norm in Seattle) - No plates were included even when we asked, I did not receive the balsamic vinaigrette dressing, thank God forks were included since we forgot to ask about that. - The pizza had a lot of red sauce to the point that the toppings were sliding off - The dough was doughy, they needed to keep it in the oven a little longer for that nice crunch. - I had Round Table several times and it did not have that Roubd Table taste. Overall, I was disappointed for the price I paid $50.00. It was too late to ask for a refund since it was delivered and we were hungry. Not sure what's going on with RT Pizza but I have had issues with them the last couple of times I've been there and I think I've reached my tolerance level with them. Today I drove the 12 mile round trip from West Seattle to Burien and ordered a small pizza at $21.00 and with tax and a small tip it was $25.00. When I got the pizza home I noticed the cook put most toppings in the middle leaving a large crust around it. Good thing I like crust and especially RTs but really? Are we doing less toppings and hiking the price or what? I felt squeezed by purchasing the pizza but it's to the point now where it's shame on RT for charging what they are now and shame on me for buying it but our relationship is questionable moving forward. We bring family and friends here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone also looking to have a small party they have a great closed off separate and quiet banquet room. Dang. I loved this place. I don't know if there's new management but Amanda says my pizza was delivered per the instructions. Weird because I got no food and my phone shows no calls from the store or my call box. The instructions stated to use the callbox because we have a secured entrance. You can't gain entrance without a key or being buzzed in. There was no food left outside the complex that could be found. Looks like if they delivered it, it was to the wrong address. They didn't accept accountability. And they offered me something called "VIP" for my next visit? What next visit? I went to bed hungry that night, I'm not going to let them goof up and brush off the issue like that. I wasn't responded back to when I requested a refund. I wouldn't be writing this if they did right and refunded. I even tipped at the ordering stage, usually that would ensure great service. I guess not if you want to throw a customer away like this place did. I put in my credit card dispute for failure to deliver. We've got cameras to ask for from property management if they want to fight the dispute. This is grotesque treatment for less than $40! I'm lucky I'm not on a limited income and just angry about the poor behavior by a formally respected establishment. I've been to this Roundtable quite a few times to eat as well as had at least 3 birthday parties. The restaurant itself is not too big. It has two "banquet rooms". Both have TV's. One is larger than the other. There are a few video games for the kids and that's pretty much it. Pros: Pizza is pretty decent, banquet rooms are nice size and from what I remember the deposit goes towards food purchases which is awesome. The lunch buffet (in my opinion) is awesome. Particularly for the price, variety and quality. Cons: Not the most customer service driven employees. Been there more than a few times and the staff seemed to be bothered by any questions. Asked the girl working at the register was there anything particular for 1 person. She said only a personal pizza. (She didn't seem interested in chatting) So for you single folks that dine alone, you have more options than a personal pan pizza. We arrive and make our order ( painful, cashier could not understand us very well or she was so stoned she shouldn't have been at the front)!
