tried the fried chicken cobb salad for lunch. the lettuce and ingredients were all fresh. the salad was served with packaged salad dressing which i understand serving in a fast food environment but fresh dressing would make a huge difference. staff was fast and friendly keeping the drive through moving swiftly. i did not go in the but the building and grounds are well kept at this location. read more

I placed a curbside pickup order and waited at least 10 minutes in my car. No one came out with my order so I went inside. The drink was watered down, fries were cold, cole slaw was thrown into the box and mixed in with the fries. The cole slaw was sour tasting, chicken tenders were tough and the fries had no salt on them. Raising Cane's parking lot was packed. I guess I'll give them a shot next time. Don't trust the drive-thru. Passing by on the way home to TX. Our order didn't revive any Zaxbys sauce, forks, or napkins. So ridiculous.

Glad to finally have a Zaxby's near Madison. Hadn't been able to visit one for past 6 years but after a relocation figured it would be as good as ever. Service is very friendly, and they are moving as well as they probably can for a new spot. If only they'd always keep the Zensation salad on menu! On both visits the fingers in boxes were either incredibly small or the fries were a little undercooked, or last time both. Perhaps this is part of the growing pains, and I'll give them another try before writing it off to a memory being better than the current version of something. read more

This is a very shitty place. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. The costumer service was terrible I asked twice for sauce I didn't get. If you don't have it just say that. These people need better training. I wish that people cared more about their job and peoples experience when they came to actually want to come back. I am a new fan of Zaxby's. I had recently been going to Zaxby's in Madison because I was so sure that they were the best in my area. However, my experience yesterday was a little under satisfactory. It would have been my 4th time ordering a Fried Caesar Zalad, which normally comes with the Fried Chicken, Croutons, and bits of bacon. My friend ordered the same. Her salad was perfect; however, mine had no bacon. Because we went through the drive thru, but we're still in the parking lot, I decided to call and ask about the mistake with my order. I made sure to call the branch we were at. When the lady answered the phone, all she said was, "Hello." So I had to ask was it Zaxby's because she made no indication at all. I then stated that I had just come through the drive thru and I didn't get any bacon on my Fried Caesar Zalad. She then stated that they didn't come with any and hung up. I was very confused because like I stated earlier, my friend had the same exact Salad. We then decided to just go back through the drive thru. When I got to the window, I told the lady who brought me my salad that I didn't get any bacon, and she responded, "Yeah, you did." I then took my salad and showed it to her through the window. She then gave me a large box with a few bacon scraps inside. Let's just say, this experience was very disappointing, and whoever is answering the phones is very unprofessional. read more

I'll start by saying I like Zaxby's, in general. The food is always hot (or chilled as appropriate) and they're always clean. As to this location - Nice place, convenient location, fairly quick service. However I threw out my salad (take-out) after finding the third 2+ inch long hair in it. Someone in the back was definitely not observing proper hygiene in food prep. It will be a while before I go back to this location. read more

My family and I went ate dinner, the Manager was cleaning happily in and around the tables, my chicken tasted a bit old and I mentioned it to her and she gladly cooked us fresh chicken. While she cooking she sent someone out to let us know it would just be a couple more minutes. Tiffany (the manager) has excellent managing skills and leads by example all the way. I've had the worst working experience at Zaxby's I've ever seen. I was wrongly terminated due to my sexual orientation after working a couple of days at this location. The restaurant failed to pay me for the hours I have worked after being terminated. The management team failed to reach out to me about paying me. read more

Great service, but I will stick with the county line location. This location hasn't worked all the kinks out yet. I ordered buffalo fingers with hot honey mustard as I normally have at multiple other zaxbys. Got home to eat my $10 chicken and it was blande with no spiceness. Normally they are hot enough to make my nose run. Ended up throwing them in the garbage. Will never eat at this location again. read more

My son loves the tenders but last time we went 3 out of our 5 meals had gray curly hairs in them! Won't be going back to this location.

Chicken fingers were tasty and the spice blend is great. Same for the fries, they were crunchy and hot. That is the good part. I would like to know the actual salt content of the meal I had. I ate at a Zaxby's in Oxford many years ago and vowed never to go back because the food was way too salty. I tried the one in Madison today and nothing has changed. There is no way that food with this much salt can be anything but a hazard to one's health! I have eaten twice at Zaxby's and can not recommend it to anyone who wants to live past 50! read more
