I ordered the smokin BBQ steak. I get home and there's no BBQ sauce on it! I look at the receipt on the bag and it says Smokin BBQ -no BBQ! I didn't say anything that should have sounded like I said no BBQ, I ordered the smokin BBQ - hence BBQ, so why would I order that with no BBQ rather than one of the sandwiches that don't come with BBQ, why would I have asked what BBQ sandwiches they have just to order it without BBQ sauce? There are so many things here that should have tipped him off to clarify and ask again about the BBQ sauce to be sure if he thought I ordered a smokin BBQ without BBQ sauce. The only reason I give two stars and not one is because the guy was polite and didn't act like it bothered him to tell us the BBQ sandwiches they have.

I did an online order and specifically asked for no Mayo and no Pickles on his sub. What do they do? Cover the sandwich with Mayo and he couldn't even wipe it off. He's immediately turned off and is no longer hungry. It's now 8:30 at night and I'm disappointed because I just spent $30 dollars for us to have a simple meal after a long day. I just wanted a refund so I called the store and the lady said I have to bring the sub back. Ok well it's 8:30 at night we are exhausted and I just wanted a refund on his sub only. She responds No you have it bring it back and that she needs the receipt. Don't you have it from my online order? Along with the directions on how to prepare it? NOPE I have to physically bring back the sandwich and the copy of the receipt back and then I can get a refund she says.. (this location takes 20 mins) I told her I'm off on Monday and she said that works. Now I have to go there on my day off with a moldy sandwich I guess when the manager could have done her job correctly and followed the directions on the online order to avoid a situation like this. I am VERY disappointed and won't goto this location ever again. I love fire house subs but the Customer service was a zero and it's now not worth my time or money.
