Now I have to go there on my day off with a moldy sandwich I guess when the manager could have done her job correctly and followed the directions on the online order to avoid a situation like this. That is NOT the case at this fantastic, expertly managed location. The workers and the manager are some of the kindest people I've ever seen in food service. I always place my order online in the app and when I arrive at the store, it is right every single time- hot fresh and delicious. Today I was listening to an interview taking place and I heard the manager discussing how she memorizes customers orders. She knows their names, their family and what day of the week they come in. This location is the perfect example of a chain restaurant that has all of the love and care of your local mom and Pop. I'm so glad that it is on my way home on Mondays.!!!
