Just went here after a long day at work and THIS is what they gave me? There is hardly any meat in these tacos, they have some sort of water in them. Complete waste of 13 dollars! Do better. read more

Might be the slowest Taco Bell ever. Need to rename it Turtle Bell. Always dirty too.

This Taco Bell gives you food like it's mad you ordered and they also make sure that it tastes like you regret ordering it.

I Love foodstarmy favorite Mexican,, cinnamon twist,, Mountain Dew Blast yummy delicious taco supreme with extra sour cream,,the service at Taco Bell are amazing awesome read more

Food is Typical taco bell so no surprises. Service was friendly and food received was as ordered

The general vibe of this place is Fast Food restaurant in purgatory. Holy crap this place is slow. All the reviews about slowness are accurate. The hardest working employee in the place was the order kiosk computer. We stopped in while passing through on I-55. Ordered at 4:05, served at 4:30. Most of the food was cold. No workers staffed the counter. Of the 4 people working, two were walking around the dining room looking at phones. The other two were in the back on the line and occasionally making food while looking at phones. Sometimes one of the people in the back would tell everyone waiting that the food was on the way. The place was not slammed or really busy at all. When I needed a water cup, I just walked around the counter and grabbed what I needed. There was nobody at the counter to get anything and the workers weren't exactly moving fast. I wish I hadn't stopped here on the drive. read more

Taco Bell in Madison, MS is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I've been there multiple times and always leave unsatisfied. Compared to other Taco Bell's just a few miles away the taste and temperatures are always off. The ingredients are always extremely stingy in application. The taco shells have tasted stale on multiple occasions and the burritos are always prepared incorrectly. From missing ingredients to just not being evenly distributed. The cinnamon twist on most times I've ordered from here were just the twist. No cinnamon or sugar. I'm officially done with that location and will hjust travel a little farther when I want TB. read more

this place is genuinely the worst place ever. terrible customer service. ignores customers in line. placed an online order and had to wait 30+ minutes when arriving. food was cold and nasty. just as nasty as the workers attitudes. this place is making Madison unappealing. read more

Very very poor service. There was an extremely long wait and when I recieved my food I took a bite of the taco and it was bitterly cold. So cold I had a gum freeze. I realized the cook placed FROZEN tomatoes and lettuce that stoll had ice cycles on it- on the taco and this was horrible. Fast food workers just don't care anymore. Their managers don't care either. read more

This place is run like absolute hell. Service is slow, workers on their phones talking about cowboys game, people walking out, and the drivethru line is slower than paint drying. I waited at the speaker in drive thru for 10 minutes, nothing. Went inside and I have now been here for 33 minutes. This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. Hire more people, run your damn business or shut this shit down. If I could rate zero stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option. Place is downright WORTHLESS! read more

Waited 20 minutes in the line and then left out a taco and gave me the wrong drink overall very frustrating

Waited in line for an hour in the drive through after doing a mobile order. Food was cold and terrible. All of the taco shells were completely smashed and broken. Absolute train wreck. read more

They make you go to a kiosk to enter your own order. I tried to order at kiosk and it was acting glitchy then tried to order at counter and he told me no I had to use kiosk ( no one else as customer was in restaurant to order). The kiosk was acting up and I told him so. He said, no he doesn't know how to ring orders and I'll have to wait for someone who would be "awhile" or not get anything. I chose to leave and I'll not come back. read more

The food is just like any other Taco Bell. The issue is you have to really want Taco Bell because you will wait 45-60 minutes (on a good day) to get your food. Slow service is giving them way too much credit. read more

As much as I love Taco Bell... their customer service and wait time is on par with Popeyes... and that's not good at all. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to go get my chalupas I could go to El ran. Sit down. Order. Get my food. And eat with the amount of time it takes to go through the drive through here. Kinda sad tbh. Idk if y'all are understaffed or what read more

Slowest fast food in Madison. I'm currently sitting in drive-thru line after 47 minutes & counting and still no food. I try to give them another chance every few months and they ALWAYS disappoint! Skip it! It would be faster to call in Mexican at a local establishment and pick it up to go. read more

crap management. only two people working in the building and management is doing nothing about it. should close. waited outside in line for 15 minutes and not a car moved. went inside and found a line and it wasn't moving. mobile orders not coming out and a woman came and said to be patient there were only two people working. not a single person served the entire time I waited. problem bigger than only two people. no work was happening at all!!! hate to own that franchise!!! read more

Fanciest Taco Bell I've ever been to, must be because it's in Madison. It's in a beautiful building. I had no problems with the drive through service. I got my usual order of a beefy Fritos burritos with extra cheese and sour creams. The two of them were hot and they had a good amount of cheese, which is good because that's what I paid for. The drink wasn't over iced, which is great because hat Baja Blast is the best idea that humanity ever had. Some places give ya too much ice, which is a shame, because I want that blue juice in my belly I don't know how to really give a full review of Taco Bell. It's a great place sometimes, alright place others. read more

The worst Taco Bell there ever has been. Horrible customer service, the manager was plain out rude when I asked for my money back. I'd recommend never going and Firing the manager. Awful food when I got it was cold. I'll never be back read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The worker literally was back talking the guy before me in the drive thru. Must have taken 20 minutes for one order. Horrendous. read more

This place is the worst. Not only is it randomly closed when I come here, but currently I'm sitting in the drive through with one person in front of me, and I haven't moved in almost 20 minutes. How long does it take to make some tacos? I would have left a long time ago if I hadn't promised my son some tacos. Ridiculous... read more

On the food is very good AFTER TOU WAIT 10 HOURS the service is terrible but the food is good but a little cold overall 7.6/10

Worst chain ever. Staff is rude. Wait time is ridiculous. Will not visit this location again.

I know I see a lot of kids working here, but it makes me also think that a kid manages the place. From waiting in line for what seems like forever even with no one in front of me. To then ordering a CHICKEN quesadilla and there not being 1 piece of chicken inside. To finally getting a drink I did not want because they have nothing bet Pepsi and it was flat. read more

This Taco Bell Will Be shut if they continue to treat the Madison community the way they treat. They are always out of everything. They didn't give me a receipt, I asked for one they said there printer is broken, they haven't gotten a printer because of coronavirus. So I'm sure some kind of theft is going on. The night crew is always rude. Prob not going to go back to this Taco Bell anytime soon. This is not first time this has happened at this Taco Bell. read more

I'm not going into detail, if you look at the reviews it's clear that this is not a good Taco Bell to order from, closes randomly, long unnecessarily wait, bad attitude... read more

They have an integrity issue. I was there for Mango whips because I had heard good things about it. The people who recommended it described it as an "experience". It was a 30 minute wait, many cars had given up and left but I was determined. I was finally able to order 2 mango whips (with no objection from the staff) but when I reached the window I was handed 2 Mango freezes. Confused, I asked if they would reassure me they were whips and they admitted they didn't have the cream so they charged me for Mango freezes. I accepted them without complaint because they had already charged my card. It wouldn't have been a lot for them to admit they didn't have the product before I placed the order. Yes, I would've driven away but I would've respected them more for it. It looked like they were short on help though so I won't give them 1 star. Please just be honest with your customers you guys. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, never in my life have I seen this level of laziness and rudeness from a taco bell at any other location. Whoever is in charge needs to get a hold of their employees and their terrible attitude towards customers. whoever works the shift around 1:30. I ordered a beef chalupa, to which the order taker replied we already have the chicken chalupas ready and I can't get beef inside it because they didn't want to have to make it. The lady at the drive through acted like I was telling her to do the impossible and pretty much looked at me like I was stupid when I told her I wanted beef instead of chicken. If it's that much of an inconvenience to them to put in the effort to make a new one with different meat inside I don't these employees chose the right job. At the end of the day, it's their job at it's most basic, and if they can't do that, they need to find some other industry to work in. I would go out of my way to go to a different location before I ever go back to the one in Madison. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from them. read more

My girlfriend is vegetarian, we order 4 cheese quesadillas and payed 16 dollars for them. We did not realize they had chicken on them. My girlfriend get extremely sick to these types of meat. I expect the manager or someone to take some responsibility for this. It's absolutely ridiculous. read more

Don't go to this store! This Taco Bell refused to take my order through drive through. I waited about 20 minutes, driving to window, seeing them run & hide. So, I then ordered online, eventually having to cancel my order after another 30 min. While I waited, I drove down to the shell station to watch at least 5 more cars wait & drive off. I emailed my complaint & never heard anything back. read more

Idk how low I can go in limbo But if this Taco Bell Could play they would be the GD floor!!! Almost arrested by 5 police officers after the Taco Bell employees called!!!! Are you ready for the backstory?? I pull up into the drive thru and to my surprise after 5-10 mins no one interacted with my calls thru the microphone so then I pull up to the window.... To another surprise I get no sign of any human life aside from cars in the parking lot and food and drinks just lying around!!! So I get out of my car to check the front door which is unlocked and opened!! Too my surpirse yet once again a worker pops up from one of the booths in the lobby and says the lobby is closed and I asked about the rest of the restaurant and she says the drive through is open and I let her know I've been waiting there for 20 mins so I stopped talking to her and ordered from the DIY kiosk went to car to wait which was still in the drive thru and then investigative Police arrive and try to detain me !!!!!!! #Jackson quality service near the heart of #Madison tis a shame cuz I now hate #TacoBell after this encounter!!! all in all I paid for food and never received it even after 30 mins of waiting and about her 20 mins of dealing with multiple police officers!!! I just hope HQ can pull camera footage and terminate every last employee who was sleep in the back and then burn that pile of toothpicks they call a fast food chain to the ground and bring me a #chipotle #realfood read more

No star rating for this location that can't even move the drive through line or let you inside sat in the line for hour and nobody moved. Severs were extremely rude read more

I think it's sweet that Taco Bell is following in Chick-fil-A's footsteps and hiring adults with special needs

Tried to eat lunch there today. Cashier didn't seem to know how to enter our order. They were out of STRAWS. they didn't seem to have enough employees preparing food. We waited a LONG time an finally just left an went somewhere else where the service was fast and friendly. This is an update. Decided to give them another try. The person taking orders seemed not to know how. There were only a few customers. My order was correct. My companion's was wrong. While waiting I heard a lady ask for a plastic knife. They were out of knives. In a very friendly way I pointed out that Walmart was only a little over a hundred yards away. They could just go down the hill and buy some knives. read more

The service was by far awful. I waited in line 10 plus minutes after l had already paid for my food while the workers laughed and played with no sense of urgency. All l ordered was something freaking potatoes. read more

Gave my friend a job fired her after two weeks didn't pay her and didn't contact her for her check.

This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Granted it was Taco Bell so the expectation bar should not have been that high but I at least expect decent customer service. Not only did I wait in line for 45 minutes but when I finally did receive my food I was missing two tacos and there was no sauce in the bag. (I ordered a total of 7 tacos). To add insult to injury when she handed me my food she sarcastically said "you're welcome." I had been sitting at the window for 20 minutes after I paid watching as they stood there fixing themselves a drink and talking amongst themselves. Unbelievable. read more

How does 2 - $5.00 toasted cheddar chalupa boxes cost $11.75? Is there extra charge for drive thru service or do they add tip?

Terrible customer service, and the food was so horrible we couldn't even bring ourselves to swallow it.
