The salad was nothing more than iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Given the state of lettuce right now, I wasn't going to fool with the salad. I don't eat refried beans so I can't review them. But that shrimp chimichanga....I feel like it needs a review all by itself! The shrimp were chopped a little, which I found myself liking more than having whole ones in there, and seasoned and grilled to the heavens! Whew!!!! That had to be the best chimichanga I've ever had! This was so good and I can't stop thinking about it. I brought the leftovers home and plan to heat it up in the air fryer.
