Several people have been telling me to take my vehicles to Arrows for a while but I had a mechanic I trusted and you already know how hard that is to find!? Well, I finally decided to take one of my vehicles to them for a problem another shop wasn't able to fix and they did a wonderful job and were well below what the other shop quoted me. I immediately scheduled a service for another project vehicle and just like that, I've found my new repair shop for all my vehicles! The group at Arrows is amazing and have earned my business without any doubts!

A lot of things make a difference here…read more The tactical stuff: Easy to make a reservation for service in advance. Convenient to interact via voice or text. Informative feedback on all items with photos in an interactive dossier. The special stuff: I had to make some special requests as a brand new customer that they could have easily scoffed at or charged me extra for, and most probably would these days, but they handled it all with understanding without batting an eye, which not only means they care about their customers but also that it's just how they do business. That's the kind of thing that we need more of, and which wins my business. If there's a down side, it could be that their prices might be on the high side. But honestly everything feels pricey these days and they're totally normal ‍ Anyway, I will do more business here.

But honestly, you get awesome, quality customer service/support. I called frantic on a Friday that my car had died. In spite of their $150 diagnostic fee, they were sooooo informative, kind, and understanding. I went here after getting my car towed to them, and they were SOOO thorough. Literally left no stones unturned. They were soo informational and I left feeling confirmed that we knew what was wrong with my car, and that I could get it fixed for only $400 (that included the diagnostic fee). I was surprised and elated to hear that it would cost me much less than I feared. The owner was so exceptional. She called me twice that Friday night to update me on my car and literally was patient, educated me, asked me really thorough follow-up questions, and she wasn't even trying to schtick me for anything! Basically, after examining my car and telling her the backstory of what happened, she was able to come to a conclusion and I left the next morning only paying for the diagnostic fee. They are incredible. Literally, I left feeling so confident in their work ethic and business model. I loved how informative they were, how detail-oriented they were, and how 1 misfortune could turn into a happy ending. Literally, I told them I'm coming back and bringing more people with me! I would highly recommend them for your auto body needs! Super reliable, friendly, and super kind.

After putting everything back together, he handed me my keys and sent me on my way-no charge at all, even though he spent a good 40 minutes fixing it!!! I'm so thankful for his help, his labor, and his precious time. Most importantly thankful for his honesty. He could've easily said I needed new parts, but he didn't. This time, I didn't even have to leave the shop. ( made an appointment yesterday) He took care of my car as soon as he became available. The only thing I didn't like was actually the customers in the small waiting room on their phone playing games with sound on and talking on speaker phone.
