I came into this store today in the early afternoon looking for a few dresses. This store is pretty organized and well kept. Plenty of staff are on the floor organizing and cleaning up. But still I had a horrible experience at the store. I found this really cute dress with a koi fish on it and on the rack with plenty of the same exact dresses just in different sizes it has stated it was $19.99! I decided to buy it and wait for the cashier. At this time there was only one guy ringing people up. When it was my turn it was ranged up at $25 something which I was like isn't it $19.99 and I literally pointed at the large sign of where the dresses were. Another lady came up and said they can't honor the price of where the rack is because someone must have not finished putting it on the "right" rack... Great so then they asked if I still wanted it. Well no of course I didn't because I was already expecting it to be what the price said it was! After that experience of letting them know all the same exact dresses were on the $19.99 rack they still said they can only charge what the price on the tag is and that's it. Sorry but either you organize it correctly with that amount of staff members! I saw plenty of staff around but they were not next to the dresses and some were actually on their cell phones. Tip: The lady should have been nicer but instead she was pretty mean about it. How are we suppose to know that the rack that is on is not the correct price!!!! read more

FYI, this is the worst, rudest Zara you will ever visit. In general, Zara's not known as a terribly friendly store, right?... but some are worse than others. Been to several in Southern CA and I have to say, without reservation, that this one takes the cake!! The people who work here truly act as though they can't stand the customers. So many years in the States and you'd think Zara could get it together about customer service. Maybe it's a mgmt problem at this particular store, but Zara Arcadia employees... please try to do your job with a smile, even if you're unhappy. Geez!! It's not the customer's fault. It was my first time shopping here! I purchased a black dress shirt for an up coming wedding, it was a great fit. Apparently there were two security tags on it because they have to remove one during your purchase. So I packed my shirt to the wedding and on the day of I noticed a security tag. However, I had not other shirt so I had to just wear it. How embarrassing. I take it back to the store and of course I don't have the receipt how long am I suppose to the keep the damn thing. Saul was legit the best cashier person ever with his patience and clear explanations of the refund policy either within or after 30 days. He smiled with his eyes had a very cute outfit and bracelets that represented the store well. He is the reason that I think Zara is in a higher tier not simply due to the quality of its clothing. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the sweetest employee, Juan!!! Thank you sooo much for taking the time to check back storage for my dresses!!! :D I will think of you and the story of how I got the dresses every time I wear it! I was watching a Zara haul video and the vlogger showed this beautiful black dress that I just had to have. I went on the Zara website and to my surprise it was on sale from $130 to $20?! I would have resisted buying it at the $130 price but because it was at such a bargain, I was obsessed. Unfortunately it was completely sold out online and sold out in stores all around Nevada. Some people are selling it used on poshmark and eBay but at full price. I wouldn't mind buying a used dress but I wanted the $20 price point! The last of its stock was left in this Zara and a couple other malls in LA. After exhausting all my resources like reaching out to friends I have in LA and calling Zara to see if they're able to ship from the store (If you call Zara, you're unable to reach the store directly and also they do not ship. You would have to go to the store directly) I felt so let down. Someone really aught to make a service where they buy and ship the item for you in these situations. Has this ever happened to anyone else? All the while I was praying Lord God pleassse if there is a way, I've done everything I could do on my end, now if it's your will, please make a way! I figured some time later down the line He would help me find it on poshmark or something. He's done that for me before with another dress I wanted but was way over budget. Years later He got it for me new with tags in my size and at a heavily discounted price so I had faith maybe He would do that again. Funny thing is, the seller posted that dress on my birthday 10/21 so I knew it had to be of God! Since the dress was several years sold out of store at that point, it was literally the last one in the color I wanted and exactly in my size. God may not answer your prayers there and then or in the way you want Him to answer, but if you're persistent in prayer, He will work a miracle. The next morning it came over me to want to drive to LA as a day trip, buy the dress and fill some food cravings I had for El Taurino burritos haha! I reached out 6:00am to a good friend/church friend to see if he wanted to accompany me and being the down to earth guy that he is, he texted right back and said yes!! So I got washed/dressed and went to pick him up and we drove the 4 hours up there haha! I didn't realize when we finally got to Zara that there was a whole sales rack section I would have to dig through. I thought, surely if it was on those racks, it would have been picked over. In a panic I combed through every item of clothing and all the while praying it would be in there. I had faith somehow that God had me covered. That surely I didn't drive all this way to be disappointed! I was so gutted when I didn't find it in there. Yet online it said they had 1 S and 1 XS left! An employee told me all the sale items would be out on those racks and maybe it was already in someone's hand or purchased and not updated. I asked to check the go backs and even walked the entire store to see if someone may have left them in a random section, all the while praying for a miracle. I knew if it was possible that it was purchased but not updated online, it would be true for the other malls that listed they had a couple remaining stock and I was so deflated. As a last ditch effort I stopped the amazinggg Juan and he looked the style number up on his device and saw that since it was listed they had it online, he said he would go check the back for me. After some time of pacing, sweating and internal begging to God for a miracle, my heart JUMPED with happiness and relief as Juan came around the corner carrying the last 2 dresses in store! Surely if they were on the rack, someone would have picked them over but surely God saved them in the back room for me!!! Don't say it ain't a God thang, don't say it ain't a miracle :D Anyway, I really just wanted to give God and Juan credit for making my day! Zara doesn't offer surveys/reviews for their store so I opted to come here on yelp. Juan was such a sweetheart! We got to talking a little and he is so bubbly and silly. If he didn't take the time to check the back for me, I would have believed it was probably on the rack and of course someone bought it up and I wasted my and my friends time. (Most of the time) customer service is kind and helpful, however today possibly the assistant manager was condescending to my mom when she wanted to know what indicates that a shirt will shrink. He said it was "common sense" to know the laundry symbols of the tags inside the shirt. I noticed an employee walking around with a scanner out just going down the racks, without even scanning any clothing in particular. Watch out for your NFC cards, folks. The service here usually sucks but this review is for the girl that was in the dressing room around 8PM today. I'm in the front of the line with my sister and the employee barely looks at us, does not greet us or anything, walks away to look at the fitting rooms then comes back and says they're all full. We were waiting for not even 1 minute then she says "I'm gonna have you guys stand over here" and barely gestures to where she wants us to stand. We move. Then she says "You can stand right here" to an area not even 2 inches from where I was standing. If you talked to me like a human and had some emotion on your face I would've understood you the first time! My sister gets into a room and I'm holding the curtain cause they never close all the way and it looks like other customers next to me are doing the same. She walks by us and says "I'm gonna have you guys stand over here" again not really addressing anyone and just being really dry. We exited the fitting room as she was chatting with her coworker - barely looks at us, no goodbye from either of them or asked how the clothes were. Worst Zara's ever. Starting from the manager (Alex) with an attitude. I came in with my son to return a shirt. Never in my years of shopping has Zara have I been asked to verify my credit card when returning an item. I don't know if it's because we looked hot and tired. My son is active duty military. He has a beard because he grew that while he was on deployment. So I guess, we just look like some broke folks shopping there. I normally don't get offended but this time I was very offended because of their "policy". They have never enforced that policy before. They didn't even enforce while I was there. I brought it up to the manager (Alex) there today and she had a smart Alec remark saying "oh we don't treat our customers that way". Well I'm complaining saying that you did. She happy gave me corporates number. I guess because corporate won't do anything to correct her attitude. I won't be coming back to that broken down store ever again. It's so unfortunate that I am unable to provide a Zero Rating for this store. Came in this morning to make a simple online return and the sales clerk was probably the most pathetic, rude individual I have ever encountered. Let's face it, shopping is fun, exciting, hopefully rewarding and even if you need to make a return at one shop you're still out and about enjoying the possibility of finding something else to buy. The moment was actually laughable. I walked up to the line from the right side of the store. Two cashiers at the counter dealing with two customers. One individual in line, I stepped right behind her. Her turn to go and then mine. No one left in line at this point. The moment I put the return the down, the first words uttered from her mouth, "The return line is over there, I'll take it this one time, but next time that's the line you need to be in". Mind you, there is no one in line behind me. As I had walked up to the counter from the right vs the left it was impossible to see the sign that reflected "returns" as it's low on the rope and again on the left side of the store. Needless to say we were off to a good start! She finished the return and shared the apparent policy which is for online returns the customer does not receive any receipt nor proof of return, you are to receive an email almost instantly reflecting your return. After waiting a few moments nothing came through and just to protect myself I said "ok, can I just get your name just in case I never receive the email? Her response a flat out "nope, you can speak to my manager". I turned around to step out of the line to wait while another customer walked over to me and said, "I shop here all the time and she is horribly nasty to everyone". The fact that this store has a one and a half star rating is a direct reflection on not only the store manager, but the regional manager as corporate as well. This Zara is pathetic. Trashiest customer service I've encountered. I ordered a shirt and picked it up here only to realize it had a hole when I opened the package. I left it in my car until I had time to exchange it. When I brought it in they denied my exchange because it had a scent. Yeah my car scent? It was clearly unworn and was damaged with a hole regardless. They looked like little ugly dogs sniffing it as if it had been worn. Please, I'm not going to wear a $30 shirt and return it ... so embarrassing. Manager (Hispanic lady upstairs in men's department) was useless and said "if you got it from the warehouse, go through them". I ordered it here, how ignorant could she be. This has got to be the most unmanaged, understaffed and unattentive Zara I've ever been to. Literally there was over 20 people in line waiting to check out and there was only one cashier. THEY ONLY HAD 1 cashier working ..... However there is over 15 employees on the floor upstairs and downstairs working. How does that make any sense? I told the manager and I told multiple employees that there was extremely long lines and I asked if they can get more cashiers on to help. They told me that they don't have any cashiers available until after 1 PM. He said that they understaffed cashiers almost every day and it's always like this. I will never come back to the ZARA again nor will I wait in those atrocious lines. I was waiting probably more than 30 minutes to check out. This Sara does not have bags to hold your stuff and they do not hold your stuff at the counter either so even if I wanted to shop more I couldn't because my hands were full and I had nowhere else to put my stuff and I didn't want to lose place in my line when I saw something cute because the lines were so freaking long that I was discouraged to leave it in fear of having to wait in it all over again. This was probably the most non-relaxing, stressful and horrible shopping experience I've ever had especially at a Zara. read more

The most worst location to shop or return or exchange .... Girls are very rude there is also a manager named Andrew his employer number 529803 very rude ... I got merchandise from Las Vegas Zara store and one of the pants and a jewelry i want to exchange but the manager told me that he can't exchange or return because they have a policy of no return or exchange for a jewlary ... in fact I bought that earrings like literally 5 hours ago... the erring was unopened in the original packaging... He start making rude comments with three of her girls working their and when i told him that what he is doing is disgusting ...he told me that he is not going to exchange even the pants ... I walked away but i am not going to let him walk a way with this behavior... about one hour later I was able to return the earrings and the pants in a different location of Zara... So this employees make up rules for them and impose it to the customers .... when I told him to show me the return policy for the earrings he highlighted few sentences in the back of a paper with very small letters to show me store policy that he made up... The Vegas store employee told me that I will be able to exchange anything that i bought with in 30 days with my receipt ... and I was able to exchange and return in a different location ... I will going contacting their headquarters to make sure Andrew gets a notice for his and his friends behavior that are working in that disgusting ..... Zara location ... they need to really send someone to review this managers and employees ... it's not just selling things to people and making money ... we demand respect and consistency of law and regulation in your stores ... otherwise collective law suite will follow .... This place deserves 0 stars for its customer service. I was at the store on 1/20/20 around 11:30 and there was only one person working at the women's cashier. There was about 10 people in line but only one cashier. When it was my turn to pay, I realize that I left my wallet in my car and I told her oh my gosh I'm so sorry I left my wallet in my car. She then got extremely annoyed and rolled her eyes at me and despite the situation told me that all my items will just be going back to the return pile. I was just so shocked because come on give me a break I left my wallet in my car, I am already worried if it's actually in my car and there was no sympathy or empathy and she just simply ignored me and called her manager in because she needed to cancel the transaction. I had already been in to browse earlier in the day and placed 1 item on hold. I checked to make sure what time they closed and they said they close at 8:00pm. I showed up at 7:10 walked into the store and an associate (with hot pink hair) didn't even greet me all she said was "We're closed, you have to go." I said "Excuse me?" Then she proceeded to let me know "My manager said to not let anyone else in, you have to go." I told her "I was here earlier in the day and placed 1 item on hold, there was a really long line and didn't have time to wait." Since I was only on my 10min break because I work at the mall too. She again told me, "I said no you have to go." With no personality or compassion at all. Extremely humiliated!!! I went to Zara in Arcadia today. I have shopped at Zara's in London, NY, Paris and several Zara's in California but I have never been asked to pay them $.10 cants for a bag for the clothes I purchased. Today I went to Zara's in Arcadia, Ca and was so humiliated. When I went to the counter with one item, that was the only thing I found today and it was a blouse for my daughter, and it was on sale. I went to the counter to pay. This asian man just came on when I got to the counter. My item was not very much so I was going to give him cash. He said that he cannot take cash at that register so I paid with my credit card and he said an additional 10 cents for a bag. I told him that I've never had to pay for bag at Zara's before and told him No. it was ridiculous! I have never had to pay for bag at any clothing store that I I've ever shopped at. At first I first said no and now I had already checked out. Since I didn't want to carry the blouse in my hand. I gave him the 10 cents and then he said to me I can't take your dime because my register do not take cash. So I gave my 10 cent to the young girl I think she was caucasian, but I'm not sure next to him for a bag at her register because he said her register took cash. She took my dime and said well I will need a penny for the tax. I was so upset and did not want to make a scene so I looked in my purse for a penny. Of course I did not have a penny. so they looked at each other and proceeded to tell me they cannot sell me a bag if I didn't have a penny for the TAX. Then they told me they cannot give me a bag for my blouse so I said you will let me walk out this store with the blouse in my hand? They looked at each other and looked at me and just put the bag back. Because I didn't have a penny for the TAX . They didn't care! so of course they did not sell me the bag for my purchase even though I gave them the $ dime they asked for and not the penny!! I felt so humiliated by this and it felt it was very racist. I would normally not say racist, but I don't know what else to call it. I am a 82-year-old black woman and I don't know why they were so mean maybe I should've acted up in the store but I didn't feel like it. I know I only had one item in my hand and it wasn't very much that was all I wanted to buy today. I left Zara's today with this blouse in my hand then stuffed in my little small purse until I went to Nordstrom's coffee shop bought a bag of coffee and they gave me a bag and I put the blouse from Zara's in the bag with the coffee so I wouldn't have to carry the blouse around in my hands or my small purse. I was so upset I felt like crying. I did call the Zara's customer Service and I spoke to a Sophie, around 3:45 today to report this incident. They said they would check and get back to me in a couple hours but I have not heard back. I don't know why I didn't just walk out and left the item on the counter. I wish I can give negative stars. I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to return some gift items. They ran out of gift cards so they Said my only option was to exchange or come back. I had to wait 20 minutes for a manager to come to tell me that and there wasn't nothing in the right sizes for my children. So they told me to come back or go to another store.
