My Macbook Pro suddenly died - in the middle of my work and I could not restart it. It was almost a catastrophic event. Apple support couldn't help. I thought I had lost all my data and an expensive computer. But I was very lucky to find ZIT Solutions. Harold was very friendly and professional. He made accommodations for me although it was a Sunday and suggested diagnostic which showed that there is no power at all. After that they took the laptop apart and cleaned it thoroughly, couple of times from all the dust it had gathered inside for four years of use. After that it started working again! Harold was great he picked up my computer right away confirmed that my hard drive was bad, installed another one I gave him, got the operating software loaded and recovered my data and gave it to me on a usb drive. He offered to install Microsoft Office and some anti virus software that he recommended at a small additional cost. He delivered my pc all at a very reasonable price. read more
