Came in with a group for lunch on a Saturday and there were plenty of seats. It's the type of place you order and build your pie down the line then pay and they bring it out to you. I ordered the GF crust with a little tomato and pesto sauce, vegan cheese, bell peppers, artichoke hearts, broccoli, tomato, and spinach. The crust was crisp on the edges, the cheese was gooey, and the veggie flavors all popped in each bite. I got the combo so it also came with a small salad and a soda. Hubby ordered the honey hot pie. It was an interesting combo of flavors (spicy peppers and then the drizzle of honey hot sauce on top) and he added salami and artichoke hearts to it. He also got the kolsch. He liked how the beer wall mentioned the % of alcohol and the IBU. The bar and drafts on tap was pretty big and they have several local brews. We sat in the back and it was right by the stash of games. We had 3 kids with us so that helped to keep the kids busy while the grown-ups were talking. Had a terrible experience at a restaurant across the street and decided pizza and beer could solve all of our problems! We walked in and ordered a few things off the menu and it was quick and easy. The young man behind the counter making our pizza was super kind and friendly when helping us. The atmosphere and vibe here is just what we love. I've been visiting this location over the past few years and their quality can really fluctuate. Worst case has included orders being 25 minutes late, burnt, extremely oily, poor customer service, or missing ingredients. On good days, the staff can be friendly, the order is perfect, and they've even offered a free brownie due to a small mistake! I love that there is vegan and vegetarian options, but again, the quality is variable. For the price, the food is fairly good. I wish the paninis were a bit bigger. I like being able to select my own toppings and customizing my order. The salads are delicious and I appreciate so many different dressings! I would return, but I'd like for the chance of a "bad day" to be less often. read more

I am always a sucker for building my own pizza especially when you can load it on with as many veggies, cheeses and toppings as you want for $10. This place has a great selection of fresh ingredients. The cutest part is that someone will hand toss your dough right in front of you! Only disappointing thing is the pasta. I was beaucoup impressed with this place. I mean, Flag is beautiful already, but this place was impressive to look at. And when you go inside, your get to have a hand in making your pizza. The wait was a bit long, but with all that is going on with Covid, that is to be expected. But then they apologized and cleared out the wait. I was in no hurry, I was watching the pizza's getting baked in that super cool brick oven!! The pizza was VERY good. There was a lot more flavor than I remember ever having with a pizza. And the fire roasted tomatoes I added had a lot more pop than I expected. And it all tasted great with a frosty glass of Blue Moon! I have been to several make your own pizza type restaurants in LA including Pieology and MOD. This is the best I've been to of this type. The ingredients were loaded on(no skimping) including salami, sausage, mushroom, artichoke hearts and the pizza was very fresh and healthy tasting and more delicious than the chains I've tried. This is the largest property I've been to with fine restaurant seating, large patio and a wine/beer selection. Service was outstanding by Manager Daniel and my pizza was ready in under 15 minutes. I asked for Tabasco and he brought that right out. This may be the best make your own pizza place in the state. The side greek salad was also excellent and I really liked the thick, creamy dressing. My combo of pizza, salad and drink for less than $15 is a great value. Highly recommended. read more

We got there and there was no line, so we walked right up to the counter. We weren't acknowledged by any staff for a really long time. All the employees seem like they hate their jobs. We got a pizza and a panini for dine in. After we went down the line and customized our toppings, we waited several minutes at the register and nobody rang us up. Then, the girl at the register asked if we were given some kind of order card, which we did not receive, and she had to leave to figure out what order was ours. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, which came out in to go boxes. I opened my pizza up and they gave me someone else's order. They had to go back and figure out which one was mine since they had mismatched them. It was super a super disorganized experience and the service was just really poor. The food was okay. The pizza was better than the panini. The panini bread is super thin and tastes like a weird whole wheat flatbread. The restaurant was super messy, lots of tables weren't cleaned and the bar of pizza toppings was a disaster. Everything was messy and lots of cross contamination between ingredients that had spilled into other bins. Overall, I don't think I'd come back here due to low quality food and subpar service. I get that you are doing online orders and that you might be backed up while a line of in person customers are waiting, I get that it has been tough on restaurants, and to be clear I don't mind waiting and I try really hard to eat local. But it is super hard to want to spend money with you when you are just being ignored. Simple fix, have your staff say Hi! I'll be right with you or just give me a minute. When you are standing at the front of the line and their are 6 people working and they are doing a lot of things but don't acknowledge the in person customer for 5 minutes, you start to think, could I be spending my money better? Are there places that would be happy to see me as a customer? The food here is honestly hot or miss, it depends on who is working. Sometimes you can get a really good pizza with awesome ranch, and sometimes your order takes 45 minutes because they forgot to do it and it's soggy and undercooked. It's close to the house and has a great patio, I keep trying it saying maybe this time will be awesome but the awesome experiences are nor the exception nor the rule. They have become like family to me because we come here all the time! I get the Gluten after Cauliflower crust pizza all the time, it's made in the back to help prevent any cross contamination. They really take it serious here and I thank them for that! It's the Best gluten free pizza in town. We come at least once a week. The staff are so amazing here, so friendly! I was told this was by far the best pizza in Flagstaff, so of course I wanted to give it a try on my recent trip to the Flagstaff area. I watched the girl nearly drop my entire pie on the ground and watches as a significant amount of cheese slid off my pizza. She didn't put it back on my pizza, she just put it on a random empty shelf above it. When they brought it over to me I explained what I saw, and all the girl at the counter said was, "Well, I hope it still tastes okay.' The proper thing to do would've been to offer to remake it for me but that didn't happen at all. She didn't even apologize. I got some gelato to take home afterwards. The cinnamon vanilla was very tasty, the cookies and cream was kind of bland flavor-wise. And I had to ask her twice for some gelato spoons which were right in front of her. Then she made a joke saying she didn't know where her head was tonight. I would agree and concur- she was not thinking clearly that night during our interactions. As for the taste, the pizza wasn't bad. I got 'The Lineage' which is one of their specialties, but with meatball instead of sausage. I'd get it again, but I would definitely insist they remake it if they mess up the first one losing all that cheese, like they did during this visit. I also wish they made pizzas larger than personal size. A personal size really didn't fit what I was looking for that night. And they did give me some complimentary croutons (that I offered to pay for twice) for the Caesar salad I had brought with me on my trip, which was very nice of them, but not enough to overlook the major error they made with my pizza. I'd give them a second chance, but unless they start making larger pizzas it wouldn't be my go-to place. read more

Good place for allergies. Lost a star bc the woman making our allergy friendly pizza reached into the gf pizza crust box with contaminated gloves! Big no no. Same person also made me feel bad when I asked for a sorbet that wasn't all cross contaminated (she was like "what's the problem? The sorbetto is here in front" I pushed back that it was cross contaminated and she begrudgingly went in back to give us a scoop from the unopened sorbet containers. She wasn't nice about it. I think mgmt could do better training on these things and if you're going to be allergy friendly, then be friendly!!! I kept it simple with toppings but they have a ton of options. I liked that that ordering was easy. As a reference, ordering went down a line of crust(or panini, salad), toppings, then register. Similar to ordering at subway. I was nervous about how their vegan cheese option may taste, but it was so good! The size of the pizza was just right. I had a coupon for a free 2 scoop gelato/sorbet cup. While the cup looked small, the scoops are generous. I had one scoop of their berry sorbet and one scoop of their lemon sorbet. Love that I was able to try both. The sorbet was a great way to end the meal. The space itself is clean and staff was prompt and kind. For some, the only downside about this place may be the noise level. I went on a Friday night and the place was packed. I didn't mind, but someone who isn't a fan of students or loud children may want to stay away. Love this place though and will definitely be back to try out more pizza toppings. read more
