Food was quick fast food. Service was not welcoming & business was not appreciated. Ambiance was okay. I was questioned what I was doing? I ordered simple burger & tempura green beans. As I waited, was asked "are you here for DoorDash?" I said no. I picked up my dine in order, sat down & enjoyed my meal. When I finished & dumped my trash. Same young female employee asked me what I was doing, was I waiting for anything. I said no, not waiting, just finished my meal. She told me, I'm just asking because you're just walking around. I explained, I ordered, ate & threw away my trash. I spoke to the manager. She kept walking up & joining our conversation. After back & forth talking, the Manager apologized. Rude customer service such as this leaves a lasting impact on a business name. read more

This visitor was our best visit....i guess we felt consistently and the aim to please customers have dropped: Reason one: just give customers the little things that make them happy- Habit now Charges for sauces: 50 cents per a sauce. This is not mentioned on the menu. This use to be free and they always offered with a smile! Little did I know this generous offer was so good! Portions are not the same: lack consistency- Two chicken club sandwiches were ordered tonight and they were not equal in size: one sandwich much smaller than the other. The only plus during our visit was the cashier named Red who worked hard during our order. She should not had to work so hard: a fault from corporate side read more

The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We had a few questions about menu items, and the staff gave us honest opinions and recommendations, which we really appreciated. The team was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. The food was delicious as always, and the location is convenient and easy to get to. Consistently a great experience every time we visit. Highly recommend! read more

This location was very clean and easy to access. Kind & Amazing customer service . Very helpful

Great food. Clean restaurant. Nice, casual environment. Never too busy. Good place to eat in Flagstaff!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on a very soft non grilled bread with teriyaki sauce and pineapple, with all that flavor and pineapple, you would think it would be delicious and flavorful but the sandwich still lacked flavor. The fries I ordered for my son and I, were also very bland, he also got 5 pc chicken nuggets, no complaints there, he also wanted to try the tempura green beans which he loved! I will have to give this place a try again with their burgers. I've been to The Habit before, it's just been years. Service was great, the guy who took our order suggested I try the pineapple with teriyaki sauce, it's kind of a smaller Habit, came close to not being able to find a seat. read more

This place is a rockin' place to eat. 1st off. The only fast food place with shaded parking. W00T! The decor is nice and comfy. The music whip's the proverbial llama's a**--particularly compared to the elevator music of Chick Fil-A. And the food is delicious. Even better than when they opened years back. My go-to burger is the Portobello Char which has enough heft in it to recommend it for a sit-down lunch or a take-home dinner. This one's a little too messy for a drive and dine but that's fine by me. This isn't the kind of bland Mcburger I want to rush one anyway. The staff and management are super friendly and always working their tails off sizzling up the sups. Highly recommended "fast" burger joint. read more

Stopped in for the usual Charburger with cheese wrapped in lettuce, great as always and them tempura green beans are a staple favorite too. Got a free Barbecue Bacon Char as part of club offers which are always great. Beats In and out and McDonald's any day. Manager Donte is always pleasant and greets us as soon as we enter. And he frequently brings our food to the table. read more

Employees are very nice and they make my food so well every time! Donte is a great employee and has amazing customer service skills!!

I have only been here once since it opened, but I had a coupon for a free double char, so I got one today. That's the only thing I ordered. I previously thought 5 Guys had the best fast food burger but this burger changed my mind. If I ever pay for a fast food burger in the future, this is the one I will buy. I went inside to purchase it and it was very tidy/clean/modern inside. read more

The Habit really reached out to invite us back a complete meal on them. It was so good! We ate at the arrowhead location in phoenix. Totally different vibe. From walking in the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I had the Santa Barbra fries drink, husband had the Portabella burger fries & drink. Food was ready quickly hot and great tasting. Thank you for giving us this, it makes it all better. We will be back and tell friends. read more

Ordered the Steak Sandwich. Steak was grainy and tasted old. The bread was just saturated with butter and not toasted or grilled enough. Very disappointed. I have ordered this before and this time it was not good at all. read more

When you have to wait so long for your food, you expect it to be HOT! Not the case. One burger was, but the other burger in our order and the fries were cold...very cold. read more

I come here a ton, in a town that has many fast food burgers this one stands out amongst the crowd!

I've been to many Habit locations and given some 5 star reviews to at least one location. This location definitely needs some work. Customer service is really lethargic and disconnected. They notified me that my order was ready for pickup but when I got to the counter nothing was there. Nobody was at the counter paying attention either. After a few minutes the clerk brought me most of the order and walked away. After another few minutes I got the clerk's attention and asked him where my drink was. Complete indifference. I could see another clerk slowly putting together my drink, again, compete indifference, almost like they were stoned. After another few minutes I finally had the complete order. The food was okay but not the best that I've had from a Habit. This location has not earned my business, I probably won't be back for a long time. read more

Service and food was great ! The staff are very kind and hospitable . I really appreciate the quick and delicious dinner :)

$31 for bascially burgers and fries at a fast food restaurant is crazy. Too expensive. Grant it, I did get a double burger, but our meals were "medium" size. Having said that, the Double-Char cheeseburger was very good. The Santa Barbara Charburger (burger on sourdough bread with avocado) was even better as well as the fries. No salads were available apparently due to understaffing. read more

Ordered a dbl cheeseburger..took three bites..did not eat the rest..burger was awful in taste..no flavor, no seasoning, the pickle was the most flavorful part. Had this same burger a few years ago in St George, UT. The burger was good at that time..Flagstaff joint needs to improve read more

Food quality is similar if not better compared to In N Out. If you don't want to wait in an In N Out line, come here!

My husband spotted this burger spot in Flagstaff, so we decided to grab a bite to eat. My husband being a burger fiend got a bacon cheeseburger, while I got the chicken ceaser salad. My salad was ok, but if we came back it wouldn't be what I'd order. My husband, however, devoured his burger and said he would definitely order again. We ordered through the drive thru and our food came out quickly. Food was a touch on the expensive side but my hubby said it was worth it to him. If you love burgers, I'd recommend stopping to try one when in the Flagstaff area. read more

I love Habit Burger. Can you believe the first time I ever had it was in Shanghai, China. Then after that I've tried it at many different locations back in the states. I love this particular location in Flagstaff because of the snow capped Mountain View from the window in the winter. Nothing like coming here for a bite after a full day of skiing. The wait was ok, not too bad. My favorite is the Santa Barbara cuz I like the bread and the Avacado. read more

We have eaten at Havit locations all over CA and always loved them. We were in Flagstaff and thought it would be good for lunch. That was a mistake. We ordered our usual, stopped for napkins and ketchup. Noticed a sewage smell in that spot.... then sat. When the food was done I picked it up. The burgers were sad looking and nothing like we were used to seeing. They were are bad as they looked and actually sickened my wife. I will not enter this place again. read more

Good Afternoon, I simply must report on my experience at your Flagstaff Habit Burger station just moments ago. Even still I am regretting that I did not leave a fresh survey or approach staff directly. Great service, outstanding front counter experience, I believe his name was Doni ( of something like). He was busy in the back when I walked in, but immediately communicated he'd be right with me, re iterated it every 20secs even. He did a fabulous time taking my order, talked me up to the addition of cheese even. I failed to leave a tip; the processing was so quick and I do regret. Order was up in an appropriate time and was very good. But what amazed me the most as i sat there with my back toward the front counter was the debrief, pep-talk, and expression/speech of gratitude that the manger ( or appeared to be) gave to his pulled in crew in the back. I was amazed and wanted to commend him directly but he was leaving, heading out the back door in fact. While leave I saw him again sharing a moment with an employee and regret not going to him to exspress my gratitude towards his crew interaction. Hopefully this message gets back to him so he understands how his actions may go unseen, but leave a huge impact on others. Way to go Habit burger of Flagstaff!! Much thanks, This exsperience made my day! and filled my belly. read more

We had to cancel our order it took 40 minutes and they hadn't started our order. They were understaffed and NOT communicating with eachother as to how they would get out of the mess they were in. In addition, they would not inform new customers that they were behind and continued accepting orders. Burgers would sit out cold, fried had to be redone putting them further behind. Just sad that they didn't have enough help, otherwise things may have been different. read more

Yummy food! I would recommend this as a great place to have a quick meal. Better than McDonalds
