Love this place! Had some good locally brewed beer with the locals and visitors. Their pizza was awesome - thin crust wood oven, got the enchanted forest. Shane was our bartender - attentive and friendly. They have wines and daily specials as well as happy hour from 2:30 to 5:30. Must visit if in flagstaff and looking for a drink and some grub.

We tried Beaver Street Brewery for the first time on parents' weekend. An employee from Fat Olive recommended it to me as we had a party of nine. We were seated right away. All the employees were so friendly. Everyone loved their food. I had the chicken pot pie and it was amazing! Now I'm sad I won't be able to have it again until we come back to Flagstaff. I liked the rustic charm of the place. I wish we could've purchased a tin sign to take home.

Elote dip and another beer flight

The food here is amazing! I got the pear pizza with feta and prosciutto and it was so garlicky and delicious. The brussel sprouts were amazing as well, and the elote dip was pretty good but not as flavorful as everything else. They do beer flights which allow you to try 6 brews (5oz each), so that was cool. Our waitress was very sweet and the food came out quick. There's plenty of seating and sports on tv, so a great place to spend the weekend or game night.

Outdoor patio away from the street

It's my fifth time here and it's always amazing. Dropped by here at 11:45 and being such a beautiful day we sat on the outdoor patio that's secluded from the street. Our server was helpful describing the lunch specials and ensuring no nuts in either meal as we shared our orders. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with a Caesar salad and my son got the prosciutto and fig sandwich with fries. The pizza had the perfect thin crust crunch and held the ample toppings, while still being light and chewy. Delicious! The Caesar salad had crisp iceberg lettuce with a great dressing with bite. The sandwich was also incredible...Sweet, salty, hearty and good to the last bite. The fries had a good seasoning that didn't overpower like some seasoned fries. I've always tried different entrees here and always enjoyed the meal. The beer and spirits are also a hit. Beaver Street has become our go to spot when we stop in Flagstaff or driving through.

Here comes that first bite!

We had just arrived in Flagstaff and we're hungry for dinner and this looked like the most civilized brewery around. I came with my mom who doesn't like a lot of noise or commotion so we got a wonderfully quiet booth seat next to the patio. Our server was very helpful in picking out items and his animated style was quite entertaining. I splurged for a flight of beers and thoroughly enjoyed the experiencing a variety of their brews. I got the BBQ chicken pizza which had wonderful toppings, but a very average crust, room for improvement. My Mom loved her truffle burger, and homemade applesauce. We enjoyed our meal here and would definitely not hesitate to return on our next visit to Flagstaff!

Mediterranean flatbread and Cesar salad.

Loved this place! Shane was our server, and he went above and beyond! We appreciated his efforts and attentiveness. The Mediterranean flatbread was bursting with unique layers of flavor! Let's face it... flatbread can suck at a lot of places... but this was anything but boring! The Caesar salad was delicious! It had a uniquely nutty yet mellow taste and the right amount anchovy lingering on your palate! We r joyed the Red Rock Raspberry brew. It was light and refreshing.

Great brewery with food that is more than bar food. Got the flight of 6 beers and enjoyed tasting all the drinks. Ordered ban mi and they had a kick. Great service. They sell cans and growlers of the beer they brew on-site. Definitely a great place for a lengthy dinner or a quick lunch.

Chicken Club Sandwich with Truffle Fries

Recently stopped in to Beaver Street for the first time, and we really enjoyed it! The whole place doesn't give off the typical brewery vibe. The inside is nice but definitely feels more like a family restaurant. There is a bar area with seating as well as a covered outdoor patio in the back. The service was excellent our whole meal. I tried their flight of 6 different beers since it was my first time. Pretty good-sized pours, honestly. I enjoyed most of the options I chose! Food wise, we were very impressed! Not only did the food come out quickly, but it was all delicious! We tried the Chicken Club Sandwich and the Prosciutto Pear Pizza. Great portions. Would absolutely order these again! So good! The Truffle Fries are worth the up charge, trust me. Even the kids' meals were good sizes and prices too. Overall, it's a good option to check out in downtown Flag!

Beer was meh. Nothing outstanding but decent. Got the R&R Oatmeal Stout. Service is a tad slow and there are only 3 tables being serviced. However the pizza oven is stoked with real wood. The place is large with plenty of seating. However a bit dim

The cheese pizza was good, my husband wasn't a fan of the enchanted forest pizza but I liked it. Service was good (new server). However the crème brûlée was curdled texture.

I was seated inside but offered outside if i wanted. It's a little hot today so i stayed in. The waiter Ryan was super attentive and made sure i was taken care of. I opted for a cranberry mimosa and the pizza . Mimosa was good and the pizza had all my favorite toppings and they had a homemade ranch that i dipped it in. Parking was in the back and super convenient which is hard to find in downtown Flagstaff.

Loved the decor. Very comfortable and I loved the flaming lamps at the entrance. My hairdresser at Ulta recommended and it was so worth the visit. Not just a brewery, but a great restaurant. The tuna stack was impressive and it had all of the flavors of my trip to Japan. Like a deconstructed tuna sushi. I loved the seaweed and the sauces. The bean white chili was really good. I was able to make my cucumber mint cocktail sugar free by asking them to leave out the mint syrup and add my own Splenda. So good. My husband really enjoyed the flight.

Ask the Community - Beaver Street Brewery

We are coming from out of state for our son's wedding in September and are in search of a restaurant for a wedding rehearsal luncheon. Can you accommodate 50 people for a luncheon?

At this time, we are unable to say. With the current pandemic, we are limited in seating and only allowing parties up to 8 people. It's difficult to predict where things will be in September. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding and we wish you…

Are they dog friendly?

dogs are not allowed on their patio - but the patio has a fence around it and you can sit at a table next to fence and leash your dog on the outside of the fence.

Do they offer a kids menu?

Yes they do

We always travel with our precious dog, even on airplanes, inside the cabin. I was so excited to announce to my hubby (who is often skeptical) that I found a dog-friendly brewery. To my own surprise, dogs are even allowed inside the brew pub. Now that is exceptional! This review is a month behind, so I cannot recall the beer we tried, BUT one was IPA & the other was wheat beer, both of which were tasty! The bar manager & female bartender (Kate) were very nice & sociable too.

Small space with just a few tvs so you gotta make friends. And if I would have stayed I'm sure I would have made many, however I just grabbed a few cans with killer art that sounded great to go. While chopping it up with the co owner I sampled a few others and i gotta say they take the week of St Patrick's day serious as there was tons of Irish festive merch and food already spread out. Giant friendly faces, darts food and beer, this place would be a favorite of mine if I was a local. Regardless I hope you stop in on your wonderings

Another great spot in Flagstaff. The beer and pizza combo here is second to none!…read more The beer is home crafted here at Dark Sky. The pizza is from Pizzicletta, a wood fired establishment that has its own location down the street, but also makes pizzas here for the perfect beer and wood fired pizza combo. The pizzas are light and fluffy, with that Neapolitan style stretching and baking, and a perfect char to round out an amazingly well made pie. Large indoor space and a comfy outdoor beer garden with plenty of casual seating all over. Great beers, amazing pizzas and a super fun environment makes this spot perfect for a friends and family hangout. Kid friendly so bring the little ones as well.

I usually avoid Korean inspired food at non-Korean restaurants, but I caved and tried it here at the suggestion of an employee. I shouldn't have. It was definitely not Korean-like. It was basically just a cole slaw fried chicken sandwich, and the chicken was mediocre. The salad tasted bitter, not sure if it was the salad, the dressing, or both. I tried one cheese curd, which tasted all right. That would probably have been a better pick. Ambiance - outside, there were lots of people hanging out. Good vibes. I could smell the strong stench of cigarettes from other customers, which was gross. Not sure if the heaters work, as it was cold but none were on. Bring a warm layer if you plan to be there in the late evening.
