I was excited to have pizza here but was let down. Pizza was super underdone and it was just a slice of cheese and barely had any cheese. The person I was with had the wings. They had a dry rub and he said they were really good. If you see the pics in Yelp the quality of the pizza is all over the place so I plan to give them another try. They have a good beer selection, good drinks and the server was great. Recommend the Arizona mule and the college street big blue van. The patio is really big with ample seating and outdoor games. Super dog friendly place and worth a stop just ask for the pizza to be cooked to your liking to be sure. read more

What a joke! I was craving a good slice of pizza since I arrived in Flagstaff for the weekend and I passed this place a few times. I finally talked myself into stopping here on our way back to the hotel. I ordered a slice of pepperoni to go. The server handed me my slice in a small pizza box and I was like what the heck, there was barely any weight to it. I handed my wife the box and we just looked at each other. She thought the same thing. I opened the box outside and the slice was pitiful. It looked like the cheese was painted on with a few pepperonis. It was smaller than any individual slice I ever ordered at so many other places. I spent over $8.00 with tip. In the Phoenix area I can order a slice and it can damn near fill me. Heck at Venezia's in Chandler I can order two huge slices and a drink for lunch for $8.99. Needless to say I won't be back. Heck I couldn't even taste this small pizza. This is a great place for New York style pizza. Great beer and drinks. I remember this place when visiting my son while he was going to NAU. I believe during the school year it's a very busy college bar but it's downtown so it's touristy too. Anyway, it's a great place for beer and pizza. No nonsense and great service. Pizza was tasteless, service was subpar at best. We had to wait at least 5 minutes to even get seated and it was EMPTY. We sat at our table for at least another 10 minutes to be spoken to by our server. We had to ask for a water refill- that should be automatic. We ordered our food and it took probably 45 minutes for it to even come out. We weren't spoken to at all during that time. When the food came out, it wasn't even warm. There was ONE other table. There is no reason we would have to wait 45 minutes for food that isn't even hot. One pizza was missing a couple ingredients as well. Music was incredibly loud and obnoxious, entire table had to yell to hear eachother. Would not return. read more

This is in my opinion the best pizza in Flagstaff now and I'd like to consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur given I grew up in North Jersey just outside NYC. Their wings and garlic knots are so friking good too. And their white pizza might be the best I've ever had. Now that they're open into the old McMillan space my kids love it too so they can use the game room and the pool table. We've celebrated several birthdays there now since they've re-opened. read more

Alpine pizza! Now open in Flagstaff! Or I guess Reopened! My aunt mentioned how she used to come here in college and they just opened this week. Dad and me were downtown so we decided to check it out. I got the baked and basiled which is grilled chicken, a basil pesto sauce, mozzarella and tomatoes, and dad got the Hawaiian while I stole his pineapple off of it. It was really good. A bit on the expensive side outside of the slices, which are 5 a slice. But we really appreciated the thinness of the crust and that it tastes wood fired. Also our waitress helped me out in making a watermelon lemonade which was so good! Check it out! read more

I think this new rendition of Alpine pizza has a lot of potential. Tried it on 1/30/26. There was a band on the old McMillans side of the restaurant that was being piped in to the Alpine side thru speakers- it was too loud so hard to carry a convo. Love that they maintained the carved in walls from the past and the overall quirky layout of the restaurant. But the pizza was so greasy. The kind that would soak thru a pizza box if it were take out. We had the meat pizza $30, so yes, the cheese and sausage make grease- but it really was unappetizing. It was a big pizza for sure- good quantity but not quality. There are SO many pizza places in FLG that have delicious pizza, and at least as of January 2026, this unfortunately is at the bottom of my list. read more

The food gets a 4 but the service was absolutely horrible. Waitress (Summer) didnt seem too interested in waiting on us. Took awhile to take our order and when the food came she left it and walked away. We had to get our own silverware from the front and some of our own refills. We asked to speak to the manager but he was "too busy" to speak to us. I can think of much more pleasant ways to drop $109 dollars on a meal and they had the gall to add a large party tip onto the bill. 3 adults, two kids under 3 and a baby who ate 1slice of pizza between them. Long story short pizza looked nothing like they advertised on their socials pizza was soggy,greasy and lacked any sort of flavor. Service could've been better. Great service, our waitress was lovely and the ambiance was calm but fun. The wings and fries although tasty, you can tell they were frozen. On the other hand the pizza dough and burger patty were delicious and worth the drive down town. They due charge for ranch but it's a good amount and good quality ranch for 50 cents. This place came recommended by my parents who visit frequently. My friend and I arrived and were seated at a 2 top table that was in a separate room with 1 other 2 top. We ordered our drinks and our spinach artichoke dip. The dip was taking quite a while to come out, and in the meantime, our server had already taken our food order. Maybe 3 minutes after we get our dip, then our food arrives. Now, we have to spend time rearranging all of the plates to fit our two top table. This is BEYOND annoying when servers do not take the initiative to properly space out the food. She should not have put our food in until we received our appetizer. The back of my seat faced an employee door that must have gone outside, because during the entirety of my meal, servers were going in and out, causing freezing cold air blasts every time--this caused my pizza to get cold almost instantly, before I could even enjoy it, since I'm still trying to eat my appetizer. The server also let my friend's beer sit empty for our entire meal, and didn't ask if he wanted another until we were already done. She didn't ask me if I wanted a refill until we were paying. It's not cheap to dine out anywhere anymore, and if we are expected to tip on behalf of employers not paying livable wages, then I expect better service. A friend of mine told me this one time they went in late for a drink and saw some weird stuff going on. This one guy with an afro was hanging around the bar and was being incredibly rowdy and disrespectful. They told me how he kept yelling and interrupting the servers as they took people's orders. At one point he even grabbed one of the girls by the hair. My friend said they heard the girl telling him to stop but he just pulled her one or two more times. After that he started walking over to other tables and speaking nonsense to customers. It got so bad that two boys from the kitchen (they were still wearing aprons) came out and tried to handle the situation. My friend told me the guy tried to rope them into his antics but they did not seem willing. My friend was not sure if this young man was a member of the staff but suspected so because of how friendly he was with the bartenders and the boys from the kitchen that came to get him. If alpine pizza chooses to entertain this kind of behavior, whether through employment or otherwise, I cannot support this business. I sincerely hope this issue is dealt with, as to allow your staff to continue working under such harassing conditions is deplorable. read more
