No parmesan cheese! "We ran out". WTF! What kind of pizza pie place runs out of parmesan cheese? Sacrilege of the highest order, this may not be tolerated. The younger pizza guy was awesome. The manager was lackadaisical and weakly apologetic. Pizzas end up a little smaller than expected. Oh well. The beer was delicious. There was a chess club playing in the back. That's cool. Cheese would add a star. Nice manager would add another star. We'll be back next time through Flagstaff. Disappointed this time.
There are a lot of great pizza joints in Flagstaff. Your Pie is not one of them. Our visit for lunch today was pretty dismal. Firstly the restaurant was completely empty except for us and the staff at noon. The building is nice enough, but there are some things you should know. The KETO crust was so dry that we could not eat the pizza without drinking liquid simultaneously. The soda fountain was out of order during our visit and they have no other diet soda. All of the silverware is plastic. Our side Caesars were tiny and packaged in plastic. They have no servers and everything is orded at the counter fast food style. They have no plates to eat on. The TVs were not on - maybe broke? The pizza toppings were of the lowest quality without much flavor but plenty of oily grease. The best thing we had was the ranch dressing and of course it was served in a plastic cup. Both restrooms were dirty. This restaurant has serious issues.
I've never had an experience like this before. 7:30 on a Friday night, they are out of pasta. All pasta. So we adjust to pizza. Spinach, mushroom, feta. They are out of feta. So we substitute ricotta. The guy asks if we want ricotta as the base cheese or a regular pizza with ricotta as a topping. "The latter". My 12 year old wants wings. I say "Ten wings." The guy says: "Ten wings?" Uh-huh. "We are out of wings." My wife stays in line as my father-in-law pulls me to the bar side of the room to order beers. They have about 16 taps. But not the first one I ask for. So, I ask if they have another hazy IPA; the bartender says he doesn't know about beers. I see Sierra Celebration. My wife will like that equally. My dad-in-law orders a Guinness, I order a local IPA. The first beer to arrive in front of us is a hefeweizen. He tells me twice. I have to tell him that we didn't order that. He asks me to go over the list again, after which we wait 12 minutes for the now TWO young men to not be able to get a glass that is more-beer-than-foam. One explains that they are having trouble, and that they will bring our beers to our table. The first beer to arrive at the table is the statement that they are out of Guinness. And next comes the food. There's a salad delivered to our table, in a plastic, covered, to-go container. My wife asks if there are utensils, or plates, because we are going to share. The employee explains this is a fast-serve restaurant, so they don't have plates. "Utensils?! Do they come with the other food, or ... (pause) ... do you have utensils?!" Yes. ... eventually we are helped to understand that the utensils are "over there." Now we're getting somewhere. One of our three tables was unusably loose. The feet were flat on the floor; it wasn't that, the base was so loose from the stem that the table rocked 3 full inches. We moved another table over on the other end, I leveled IT with two plastic-wrapped plastic knives, and then we could eat. The pizza was delicious.

We tried to order pasta the way out of pasta so when we finally ordered we ordered I ordered a sandwich my husband, a pizza and my son a small pizza when we got our order the wings were missing that we ordered so they had to go back and get those my son ordered 10 wings. The only received five and we had no sauce. My sandwich was terrible. It was hardly any meat or cheese. It was mostly lettuce olives on it. The garlic bread was so hard. I thought I chipped my tooth. I was very disappointed. I heard so many good things about it. I don't know if it was a bad day or just that is the normal service. I was woolly disappointed but the ice cream was awesome. There's lotto tiramisu was the best I ever had.
DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH Something in their doordash settings has to be all messed up for you to not get any of the requested toppings you ordered. We selected the toppings option and not a single topping was added from what we requested. To top it off, we also ordered the buffalo wings and were sent six sad little burnt wings with barely any sauce. The dip, WHICH WAS A REQUIREMENT TO MAKE ON DOORDASH, was not even delivered. Terrible experience.

Patiently waited for pizza and then found out the request for no garlic was ignored. Garlic was added so extra waiting time to cook a new pizza. I patiently waited longer. When pizza was finally ready, no apology, cashier seemed annoyed to inform me & complete order.

I had to go in and ask them what happened and they said they just forgot about me. The time before that I ate in and they brought us the wrong pizza. So this time I figured I should just go inside and pick it up. Placed my order online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came in to pick it up 20 min later. They said "Oh sorry, nobody saw your order and it hasn't been started yet". Geez! I'm just going to delete the app from my phone now cause this obviously isn't working like it should. They did apologize and give me a free dessert, but come on! Getting tired of dealing with an issue every time. Food wise, pizza is better than average. Gelato is decent. But it's just hard to really enjoy it when there's always an issue.
Very cool concept to get the pie your way. Many sizes can be created. Sandwiches, pasta and other items too. The white #3 was my choice. The sauce and quantities perfect. Whole wheat crust needed to be cooked more. No table service or check in so I wasn't comfortable asking for a more corked pie. Location good prices similar to other pizza places. read more

So good!! Very similar to a Pieology but this place is way better. I loved my pizza, I got the alfredo and hot sauce base, which made it so creamy. Service is good. The place is cool, clean, and has games on the side as well. Got a lemon gelato to finish and it was great too. Thanks guys, will come back again. read more

Visiting from out of town, was a quick walk from our hotel. Friendly staff, amazing food! Oven fire pizza was delicious. Nice variety of drinks. Definitely would recommend it here. read more

This is seriously the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. $14 for your own personal pizza that is burned to a crisp, is paper thin, it tastes frankly terrible. I took one bite and just threw it out. Who goes here? Drunk students? read more

Fresh pie, easy parking and friendly staff-pies are good. Wings are juicy and the bbq sauce has a nice kick to it. This place is like fired pie or pieology type of pizza. read more

Have to leave another review after visiting again today! I love Your Pie - it's a must every time we're in Flagstaff. They have a gluten free crust, and take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I really appreciate being able to safely eat their pizza, and the pizza is SO GOOD! They have great indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is professional and helpful. Lots of different pizza options, a build your own pizza option, and salads and pastas. We tried their gelato for the first time today - it was amazing! I had the vanilla and chocolate, and my husband had lemon and strawberry. Definitely a must-try if you're in Flagstaff! read more

As you can see in the photo this was an awful experience. I'm all about mistakes happening, but EVERY TIME we go to this location we have a horrible experience with the staff. The "manager" took our receipt so we couldn't complain. read more

Pizza, salad, pasta, paninis, gelato, beer, what more could you ask for!? Lots of choices and definitely something for everyone. This is a wonderful place to bring your dogs too, very pet friendly because of the outside seating! Excellent service from Jim, I saw him bring out some water for one of the dogs. He also asked me if I needed any help when I was standing on the side (so I was out of the way) while my son waited for his gelato. Very good customer service. He actually also brought out our food and was also very friendly then as well. Food was delicious and came out pretty quick. There was $4 charge for cauliflower crust (which I got) and my husband said his whole wheat crust was better. My son had the kids cheese pizza with regular white crust and he was so bummed he didn't get an adult sized pizza because he said it was the best pizza ever! This will definitely be a place we visit again next time we're in Flagstaff! read more

My pizza here was fabulous! They make the pizza right in front of you, starting with you choosing between wheat, white, or gluten free dough. The roll it and toss it in front of you and then you can totally customize your ingredients. I got marinara and mozzarella as a base, topped with ricotta, pepperoni, sausage, basil, sundried tomatoes, and the best part was the drizzle of Mike's hot honey on top (next time I'll ask for drench over drizzle). It was cooked well, the dough and crust were very tasty and the toppings blended perfect. I'd highly recommend trying my custom order. I had a side caprese salad, but wasn't nuts about it - too much spinach to everything else ratio, so I wouldn't get that again. Finished off with a scoop of the butter pecan gelato, and that I would absolutely get again. The process was easy although it takes a while to order since everything is custom made, so just keep in mind it's not the fastest. The service is friendly though. They've got a wide assortment of beers, drinks, and sodas as well. I'd definitely return. read more

I come here very often! Maybe every 2-3 weeks. The prices have gone up so I may have to lay back on it now. I have no complaints, it's always great seating for my family no matter how many people we have. Everyone can get their own meals with whatever they want in them. It's like a subway for pizza and pasta! I came here for my birthday and love coming here in summer when the fire pit is on and kids can run around outside. The desserts are always yummy, service is hit or miss, there's a girl that looks like Julia Stiles and she's my favorite she makes great pizzas. I do wish they would label the gelatos cause my kids never know what they are and have to always ask. PSA never order for delivery, it will take over an hour and isn't very fresh, I only recommend eating there read more

Just ordered here while passing through town after a loooong day of driving. Ordered a 10" cheese pizza for the kids, a nat pasta and Caesar salad for me. Went to pick it up and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. No big deal. Got back to the hotel and realized the pasta was missing the chicken and the Caesar salad was missing the dressing (not to mention they only gave me 3 little croutons). Frustrated- I called them to let them know what was wrong with the order and that I would be back to pick up the missing components. No apologies on the phone or at the restaurant. They wanted to heat up the chicken. Took so long I just asked them to give it to me barely warm (since my pasta was already cold). Got back and the chicken looked like this. Pretty gross. Won't be back. Lots of petiole working there- not much efficiently or customer service. Only positive- the pasta did alright as a vegetarian dish. read more

Had a terrible experience at a restaurant across the street and decided pizza and beer could solve all of our problems! We walked in and ordered a few things off the menu and it was quick and easy. The young man behind the counter making our pizza was super kind and friendly when helping us. The atmosphere and vibe here is just what we love. There is ice cream for the kids after dinner adult beverages for the parents and a corner filled with board games for a fun time. We will definitely return on our next visit to Flag! Cheers read more
