I'm sad. Pizza Patio is not how I remember it. We visited last night and were the only patrons. The restaurant is cluttered and grimy. My husband wanted to leave and eat somewhere else, but we were super hungry. They were out of all draft beer and wines. The patio needs to be swept as there were dead leaves all over the ground. The music being played was all 70s (bad 70s). We asked the employee to change the playlist and he did which was nice. The good: The food is great! We are vegan and they have so many amazing vegan options. We had the Vegan Curse of the Billy Goat pizza and the cauliflower wings. The food came out fast and was all delicious! They need to work on the ambiance and clean up the restaurant and patio. It's a shame because they know how to make great food! read more

Indulgent yet healthy. I got the vegan lumber jack pizza and it was really tasty! The house made mozz and mock meats were really good and full of flavor. Don't get me wrong, this will not fool a meat eater but it will surely satisfy a vegan or vegetarian looking for something that isn't highly processed. Minus 1 star because the crumbles were super dry. Some bits were a little reminiscent of grape nuts.... (Sorry!!) The flavor was amazing tho! I also appreciated that the pizza wasn't greasy at all. We ordered this for takeout. Our order was ready sooner than the confirmed pickup time! That was much appreciated considering we had just participated in an ultra endurance event together. Our server, Kiki said we requested the most toppings they had ever put on a single pizza. Vegan, regular and gluten free pizza menu! You can't beat that! The place doesn't look like much and you order at a counter and seat yourself, but man what great pizza! Vegan pizza can be hit or miss depending on the type of cheese they use. I decided to go for the Margherita pizza and it did not disappoint. The sauce, the crust and the (faux) cheese were incredible. They serve wine and beers and drinks in cans and containers (fun lol!). Lastly, do not leave without getting desert. They have a selection of vegan deserts as well! I got the Vegan What the Fudge and an Oreo Cookie Topped Rice Crispy Treat (I'm dead). I'm not sure what happened, but so many of the great things that I experienced when I visited before seem to have vanished. They do still have a vegan menu, which is nice, but it doesn't make up for all of the problems.. For starters, the atmosphere is a mess. We had an evening event, so we came very early, around 5:15, so there was no one else around. We sat on the patio outside, and they had the music turned up so loudly that the speakers were rattling and we could not hear one another without raising our voices. Their neighbors must despise them. There is absolutely NO reason to have the music THAT loud. It was so loud that you could not even make out some of the lyrics from the rattling speakers. And the service is a mess. I ordered a "Hawaiian hottie" vegan pizza, which is supposed to have cheese, coconut bacon, pineapple, garlic, and jalapenos. After waiting 40 minutes for an individual sized pizza in a restaurant that was literally EMPTY (I had to go check that they had not forgotten us because the woman in the kitchen was just wandering in a daze for a period), the pizza came out **wrong**. They completely forgot the coconut bacon. When I asked why they hadn't put it on, the guy taking orders wandered off without a word and talked to the woman who had been wandering aimlessly. The solution was to offer some of it in little plastic containers so I could add it cold and uncooked to my pizza. I was not offered a refund or anything other than a "oh, she forgot, here's some cold bacon" for any of it, like it was my problem the cook didn't know what she was doing. The appetizers also took 40 minutes to come out (even though the menu says they take 10-15 minutes), and while they were fine, they were just that. I can say with confidence there are better, more affordable buffalo cauli in the town. For what we paid for the food, none of it was worth the price tag. My pizza was especially a let down. And to make matters worse, it made me sick. I found myself dealing with stomach pains all through our evening, leading to us going home. They also didn't have the self serve beer, and I had to pay the price of a Pepsi to get club soda from the fountain. What? I really don't understand how a place can go from 5 stars to 1, but this did the trick. read more

This place is a vibe. Really fun atmosphere and cool people who work here. I wouldn't recommend it for celiacs like myself. I did have major issues after eating here, most likely due to cross contamination. It was a risk I took because I was starving. The rest of the food here for non dietary folks is incredible. My husband and family LOVES the food. The service is great as well, they're very attentive with checking in on you. Even though I got I'll from celiac issues, the food tasted incredible. Went in on Thursday at 10pm after a show, expecting it to be open since the hours said 5pm-12am online and, not to mention, their giant, neon sign was shining through the darkness. Well we walk in and they tell us they're closed and that the 2 people line are their last customers. I get it if you're closed or about to close, but it was like 2 hours prior to the supposed close time, so update your hours and turn off the big open sign if you're actually closed or it just makes your place look bad. read more

It's Pizza, what could be bad about it. This location is centrally located in downtown Flagstaff. The staff is semi-,friendly, and accommodating. And are able to seated pretty quickly. They have a couple of tables inside that you were able to sit at, but the main drive to this place is patio seating. we were there in the spring and fall, and they were always accommodating and able to get us seats properly. You will go up to the counter, and you order your pizza and drinks, and then they find you a table. Once the food is ready, the staff will bring it out to you. If you need more drinks, you will have to go back up to the counter and order them. The service that they have is more of just a delivery to your table service not necessarily a full sit down restaurant with waiters. Onto the food, for what you get, the price was decent. Some of the items were a little overpriced, but you are in downtown Flagstaff, so that is very common. The crust was good, not the best that I've had. But it'll definitely do the job. The availability of toppings is plentiful and you could add whatever you want to it. They do have chicken wings, salad, and mozzarella sticks, which are delicious as well. I would give this pizza a 5/6 out of 10. But then again, Pizza is fantastic no matter what. This is just my opinion. read more

We LOVE that there is an entire menu for vegans! The pizza is really good! We had the Hawaiian hottie deep dish style! They also have vegan parm for your pizza which is awesome! Love the outdoor seating area. They also have corn hole to play while you wait. A fun place for our family to eat. Next time we will be trying their dessert! We were in town for Goose at Pepsi Amphitheater and fell in love with the pizza from this funky little place! We got togo, so I can't comment on dining in but the service and pizza were fabulous. I got an individual vegan NY pizza with veggie sausage, olives and mushrooms and had enough left over for a post concert snack the next night. My husband got a medium something or another that wasn't vegan (pepperoni if I had to guess) and he ate as much as he could but still has leftovers when we checked out of the hotel. The portions are perfect or even a little on the larger side. There was only one guy working when I went in but he was friendly and obviously a hard worker making pizzas, answering the phone, pouring drinks and working the register. Would have loved to dine there if our situation allowed it but take out worked better for us that night. Very fun & funky vibe. We happened upon this place when looking for a place for a large group to eat and it did not disappoint. Great menu with impressive options, including an extensive vegan menu. They had just as many drink options, with several beers on tap, and a ton more canned drinks AND full bar of liquor and mixed drinks. The order-at-the-counter made it so much easier on a large group The patio is awesome for a group, and they even have a karaoke machine (which they allowed us to take over). But beyond that, the service was outstanding. They even opened up the next night (a Monday) so we could come back again. The owner was kind, fun, and responsive. They have an entire vegan pizza menu including build your own with lots of options. The owner recommended the Billy Goat just as we were agreeing that we would choose it. It takes FOREVER to get food here. They warn you, but it's still always painfully surprising how dreadfully slow they are. I mean, are they harvesting soybeans from a neighborhood field and processing them into vegan cheese on the spot for each order or what?? The gf/vegan crust leaves a bit to be desired. It's too hard. Even when it's hot and fresh the crust hurts my teeth. I still like the sauce tho, and I really appreciate their dedication to gf/vegan options. The gf cauliflower wings were terrible. They were so soaked in grease it was dripping down my arm. Gross. And the breading fell apart right when I touched it. Sorry, y'all I'm not a fan of these appetizers. The batter needs to be fixed and the grease issue is appalling and just unacceptable. The mango/habanero sauce is awesome. I'll totally eat here when I'm in Flag, cuz the things the do well they do quite well, but I'm getting more and more disillusioned each time with the slow service and gross grease bombs. We were in Flagstaff for the weekend and we got hungry very late and with not many options to chose from, we stopped here for pizza. I will start by saying it is a college student ran establishment. They blast loud music and it's a very young crowd, just to beware those who would mind that. We ordered 1 medium pizza and a side salad. I will say it is very overpriced for the amount of food and quality. It was not packed at all when we got there and yet it took almost an hour to get our food. When it did finally get there we were very disappointed. The salad came with a "homemade ranch" that I was not a fan of. The pizza did not do much for me either. Another downfall to this place is that the tables and chairs are literally back to back. A girl sitting on the table next to me slammed her chair on my back getting up to use the restroom. It is a very tight space in there. I think if you are a drunk college kid after a night out, then maybe this is a place is for you but don't expect great quality here if you are coming for the food. read more

We came here while we were waiting for another restaurant to let us sit. The food is not healthy by any means, so we left feeling heavy, but it's decent pizza shop food! Fried artichoke - have never had this before! It came with a good sauce. It's decent, so oily, kinda crunchy, and I imagine it's great if you're drunk. Raw food! Wrong food! Not all food delivered! Arrived in town excited to try a new restaurant. Called Pizza Patio for delivery only to be told they only deliver through DoorDash. Waited an hour for food to arrive. DoorDash driver, Erick, delivered an individual sizes pizza I didn't order. When I asked about my actual food and the rest of it he told me to take it up with DoorDash. Called Patio Pizza and Adrian said complain to DoorDash. She had no concerns about the wrong and missing food. Called DoorDash, still waiting for a refund. Starving, my family each tried to take a tiny portion of the individual sized pizza only to discover it RAW!! Called Pizza Patio and Adrian basically said not her problem, no there was no manager around and no the owner Steve wasn't there either. What a total epic failure by this restaurant. I'll start the review with 3 stars. The order was wrong to begin with. Got two slices of cheese, forgot my salad...problem, I ordered pepperoni. So a few moments later, we get the same slices of cheese with a few pepperonis placed on top. I should lower the stars to 2 because this pizza was below par. That's putting it lightly. I guess the only reason they get 3 stars is because I got to charge my onewheels. - I have edited this review because the owner of the restaurant reached out to me personally. We will be going back there next week to have a pizza and a few pints from their selections and try again. I will update my review after my next experience.
