I stopped after a brief one night stay in Flagstaff as I saw they had a few gluten free items. I'm so used to places that have one or two GF items that when I saw their selection I practically vibrated with excitement. Brought home one of each. SO good. And GF quiche too! I wish I hadn't missed the GF sourdough! ... Makes me want to come up with reasons to make the 280 mile round trip again!! read more

Great place to chat, but not great place to do work. The Wi-Fi was spotty so we had to move around the shop. I got an apple butter chai latte which was a 5/5 it was a great fall drink and the Apple was very strong. I also got a cinnamon roll, but would rate that 3/5. The icing cream wasn't as gooey as I would hoped and cinnamon roll was a little tough to chew. Overall find a place to try, but not sure if I would regularly go again read more

We have been here three times and they have never been open for their business hours. Always written paper signs on the window with excuses as to why they're not open! Ridiculous!! My review might change if we are ever able to eat here! read more

We had a fire alarm go off at our hotel at 5am on a Sunday morning. We hung out for a bit. Then I researched and found this place opened at 6. We drove there and waited. This place is amazing. You get greeted with a smile and yumminess. My wife and I had breakfast and coffee. Delicious food and great atmosphere. Totally worth it. They saved our lives. lol! read more

Perfect GF options for those who are on special dietary restrictions from Gluten/wheat. I am gluten and wheat sensitive, I love knowing I can stop by this place for breakfast or lunch and enjoy a good meal. I stop by for work, the owner is so sweet and friendly, she meets all kind of people that walk into her business. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, lots of seating, back seating and outdoor seating. I give 5 stars to her husband chef for all the delicious food he makes!! Thank you!! read more

My group of five stopped by Flagstaff Baking Co for brunch on our way out of town. The shop is bright, cozy, and welcoming. There's ample seating indoor and more outdoor. There was a short line when we arrived. My son and I ordered the following: Giant cinnamon roll Veggie quiche Salmon lox bagel Almond milk latte Iced americano The cinnamon roll was massive and definitely plenty for sharing. I shared it with our group and we all loved it. I also got the veggie quiche and almond milk latte for myself, and my son opted for the salmon lox bagel and iced americano. The food was tasty and the portions were great. The rest of the group also enjoyed their items. I would definitely return! read more

Cute place! We got a byo sandwich and the Caprese. I liked the prosciutto a lot. I saw lots of gluten free goodies like brownies which is always nice! We both enjoyed our sandwiches very much in a nearby park. There is plenty of indoor seating and a really nice patio area in the back as well. read more

My new favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Flagstaff! Flagstaff Baking Company is such a fantastic new addition to the local food scene. The coffee is excellent, the food is delicious, and the whole experience feels incredibly thoughtful and inviting. The vibe is always completely dialed in, with fun French music, a beautiful patio, and an atmosphere that is absolutely full of charm. It feels like a little escape while still having that warm, welcoming neighborhood feel. As a local, I'm so excited to have found this spot. It's officially my new favorite place for breakfast and I can't wait to keep coming back! read more

We stopped by later in the day so the kitchen was closed and there were a few pastries left. The cashier was very friendly, apologetic, and explained to us that she had sold out of almost everything for the day. We didn't mind so we still purchased two items that were available - 1 savory pastry and 1 coconut chocolate scone. Both were delicious. The scone was pretty big and filling. I really enjoyed the savory pastry. The inside was flavorful and the outside was flakey and soft. They have a few tables inside and it was very clean. read more

Went there for breakfast with the family. I had the waffles (whole wheat with thinly sliced apples on top, strawberries and whipped cream), delicious. My son had the egg in a hole on sourdough and my wife had the breakfast parfait, and we shared a pumpkin scone. Add some good cappuccino and a cozy place, it was a great breakfast. The service was great too. read more

YIPPEE!! Listen, I'm a bit of a picky eater and don't like let alone love foods a lot, but my oh my!! We got the massive burrito with bacon and the french toast to go and they were both perfect. I would personally add more fruit to my French toast if I were to go next time but still great!! I also got a iced pumpkin spice latte, and maybe It's just me but it was more on the spice then pumpkin end, still fine tho but if that's up your alley then this hits the mark! The have a cherry syrup rn so I would definitely go back to try that in a caramel latte but overall, super clean, delicious, and worth it! read more

Dropped by on our way out of flagstaff , the line was long when we came in, but the friendly service and dog friendliness of the establishment made up for it. I tried their tomato basil soup, which is the only soup they make, and house, or was the only soup they made in house that day, it was good could've used maybe a little more salt, but overall not too bad, I like the you could taste the garlic in it and it tasted homemade. It came with a side of sourdough bread. One of my friends had the bagel and cream cheese, kind of disappointing. It was more like a Starbucks, bagel and cream cheese situation. Would I recommended or come back ? Definitely for the cinnamon rolls and dog friendliness. read more

Walking in, the seating and ordering area feels open and bright. The menu is clearly visible and they offer several options for both breakfast and lunch. I really appreciated the prices, as it seemed fair for the item. This visit, when ordering, I didn't grab a sweet or baked good, though I was tempted! They had a ton that I was looking at while ordering. The women taking orders and bringing out food were very kind and friendly. I appreciated their comments and suggestions. Everything we ordered tasted great and homemade. I noticed they have a patio, but it's currently closed due to the colder weather. I'll be sure to come back when it's warmer and to try more items. read more

Do not recommend this place. They took ten minutes for a drip coffee, did not ring up the cookie I wanted and gave me the wrong order for my pastries. Better places in Flag with better service. read more

Sure! Here's a funny and personal review you could post or share: --- If you're wandering Flagstaff in search of carbs and joy, Flagstaff Baking Co is your golden ticket they also offer gluten free options. We stumbled in one crisp morning, lured by the promise of baked goods and the kind of patio that makes you consider quitting your job to become a full-time bruncher. The back patio is spacious enough to do cartwheels (we didn't, but we could've), and the weather was so perfect it felt like the universe was personally endorsing our breakfast choices. Now, the breakfast burrito. Oh, the burrito. It was the kind of wrap that makes you question every sad tortilla you've ever met. Warm, hearty, and just the right amount of sass. The Danish was flaky and delicious. But then... chocolate chips? A plot twist I didn't see coming. Not bad, just unexpected. Go for the burrito, stay for the patio, and bring a friend to debate the chocolate chip. The place did not suck. Get there early on the weekends so you can beat the crowd and pick a nice spot. read more

It's lovely inside, really lovely... it has tall loft ceilings and a medieval castle type feel.... I think because of the wooden door with metal clasp locking fixtures. It looks tiny from outside but it's spacious inside. Don't forget to walk to the back and check out the lovely outdoor patio. Also spacious and so cute for coffee dates with your dog! And your friend and friend's dog. I got there right at opening so myself and a few other sleepy eyed customers were wavering in to get a coffee! Two cases of flaky pastries to choose from that looked delicious..... is lovely smell of baking floats thru the air too, especially since it was just opening for the morning. The elves were busy back there. Stop in before the word gets out, this spot is a 20 out of 10. read more

Came on Labor Day so the hours were different. We got our son a carrot cupcake which was overly cinnamony for me but my husband loved it. Husband got some special sandwich and it was great, our son even loved it. We got our son the egg nest but there were no potatoes. I thought it was going to be potatoes shaped in a muffin tin or something of the sort with scrambled eggs but it was more like a scrambled egg tart. It was good but a little over cooked. I got a custom sandwich but I think they forgot to make it since all the other food came out and even after 20 minutes mine still hadn't arrived. We generally wait for everyone's food to arrive to eat together but I insisted that they eat first and luckily they did because they didn't start mine until I asked. I think it was just a rush of people though so it's not really their fault for missing a sandwich. Once I got it , it was delicious though. I would definitely try this place again maybe not on a holiday. read more

This place is WONDERFUL.Maureen is so nice to my child. The pastries, cookies , canoli , etc etc are delicious and not overly sweet . They really know their stuff. Flagstaff is now lucky to have a place for delectable pastries and breakfast and lunch treats. The ambiance is amazing. You just feel so welcome here and it's a place to stop in for a quick breakfast or lunch or stop a sit a while. They offer WiFi and there's plenty of parking on the street or around the corner for no charge. The service is with a wonderful smile. I suggest you get here early and often to work your way through the menu. Everything is fresh and delicious. I can see this becoming a hot spot so don't be surprised if you find yourself on a line that goes down the block and around the corner. Can't wait to work my way through the menu. Fresh soups and amazing sandwiches too. read more
