Located right downtown, this casual pizza flatbread abd sandwich shop is better as a lunch option or for students. We ordered the large zesty Italiano salad without pepperoni, and it arrived in one bowl without plates and 1 fork. We had to ask for plates which it appears this restaurant doesn't have because we were given another smaller squarish container. The garlic knots were garlicky and very well done but again did not come with a spoon to serve the sauce. The flatbreads were decent.
We came to Urban Pine Eatery because we were starving and luckily got a table for four right away. Just a heads up, they don't take reservations. It's a small place, but really cute with an earthy, modern, trendy vibe. We ordered the Sweet Heat flatbread, chicken tenders, Parmesan taters with ranch, and the Superfood Bowl salad. With tip, we spent around $52, which I thought was very reasonable. Everything was really good, but I especially loved the Superfood Bowl. It was packed with avocado, corn, tomatoes, and lots of fresh, healthy goodness. The Sweet Heat flatbread was delicious too--the pepperoni and flavors were just so good. The Parmesan taters were a hit as well. I would definitely recommend Urban Pine Eatery. Just don't be surprised if it's busy or there's a wait. It's a small spot, but worth it!
We stopped by for a bite to eat on our way home from a camping trip. We wanted something quick but not fast food and this was just that! You order at the counter and they bring it out to you and everything came out quickly. The food was all delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive, asking if we needed anything, taking away trash, checking in on us etc. The restaurant was cute and clean. There were only a few tables inside. There is a patio as well but if the weather isn't nice out, just be prepared to possibly take it to go as there might not be space inside during busy times. The prices were also reasonable. The parking situation was tricky, like anything else downtown. If you can't find a street spot, there is a garage right across the street but it's over $20 for an hour.

We tried the Mediterranean Delight but substituted the black olives for sausage, and also got one with just sausage and pepperoni. Both were delicious! We ordered the 6-inch flatbreads, but honestly, we wished we had gone with the 12-inch because they were that good. Definitely a spot I'd come back to next time I'm in town! The space is relatively small, so not ideal for big groups.
We stopped in here for an early dinner on Easter weekend Sunday before dropping the girls off at the dorms and heading back down to Phoenix. This corner café just opened and took over the spot from a Mediterranean place a year or so ago. This is my first time in. The service here was really great. The servers are very friendly. They brought food to the table and they checked on us. The café seemed clean and bright with great views of the historic downtown Flagstaff streets for people watching. There are also some small patio tables and chairs in front of the café on the sidewalk if you want to sit and eat outside. Gender neutral, clean restroom inside for customers. We ordered: - Build Your Own Regular Salad - ZESTY ITALIANO Salad - romaine, feta, red onion, black olive, pepperoni, cucumber, pepperoncini, crouton, house italian dressing - THE DUDE RANCH Flatbread - alfredo, mozzarella, ricotta, chicken, bacon, homemade ranch drizzle - CAFFEINE INFUSED REFRESHERS - PEACH MANGO - Hot Coffee x2 - coffee wasn't on the menu but we asked and they had these coffee bags, like tea bags, and we steeped them in our large cups of hot water. Tasted like weak coffee but did the job.

Really nice big garlic twists. I was impressed with the speed of the service! Their homemade sodas are not my favorite, I ordered one and did not like the artificial-tasing flavor. They did make a fantastic flatbread with fig and goat cheese, and the salad had a nice amount of cheese on it! I'd say the prices are high for an otherwise cafe-y place, but it was good.
This place has a welcoming warm environment filled with lots of living plants and butcher style components. On the menu are various options including log flatbread style pizzas, a build your own option, freshly made salads, chicken tenders, large wedges style french fries, subs, breading, various desserts, soda options, water, non alcoholic beers and more. During our visit here my family and I opted for various menu items. Pizza, garlic knots, salads, chicken tenders and fries. While the salads look so good and sound amazing, the dressings did not dress the salad well. The vinegar undertones for the "zesty Italian" misses the Zesty.. It was sadly underwhelming but the salad components were fresh and crunchy as one would desire. My daughter ordered the arugulas orchid salad and she also said the dressing was lacking and was not helping. Plus some ingredients were missing from her salad as they ran out. The pizza on the other hand is absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it! The under carriage is perfectly crisp and the toppings are fresh and placed with love. The bite into the pizza has me drooling even thinking about it. (The young male chef- did tell me he was departing so hopefully whomever they hire next in his spot won't disappoint). The garlic knots were phenomenal and were loved by everyone including my littlest and most pickiest eater. They come with a side of marinara and to be clear - the garlic knots alone were worthy even without the dipping sauce. The chicken tenders were ok, and the potato wedges were super thick and unfortunately came to us a bit raw.. so we opted to not eat them, even though we were offered a fix. Urban Pine Eatery's bathroom is spacious and cute and has a lock for consumer privacy. The bathroom is labeled both genders (male/female.) The seating ranges from pub style (up high) to table side (standard sizing) and while the inside is small and cozy, there is also outdoor seating along the street next to the building. All tables are 4-tops unless you steal a seat from another table. The only extra seating available for a family of more than 4 is the pub style seating facing outdoors like a lineup. If my memory serves me right, there are 7-8 seats along there. Overall - I would truly recommend this little spot for pizza and garlic bread. While the menu is on the pricier side $12 for a single 12"x4" flatbread and $9 for approx 8 small bread knots - those two options are remarkable. *Removed one star due to missing salad ingredient, watered down dressing and potato wedges being undercooked and raw.

What a pleasant experience! We came on a Saturday afternoon after shopping downtown Flagstaff. The restaurant is cute, cozy and stylish. I love the whole design of the inside. On a nice day, it would be beautiful to sit outside too and people watch. My sis and I shared a chicken parm sandwich, fries and Caesar salad. The seasoning on top of the sandwich bread was top notch and really added a tasty kick to it! The flatbreads also looked incredible so I'll be sure to come back for that. For such a busy place, it was clean and tidy. They even cleared our table after we ate so we could enjoy our drinks for a bit before leaving. They were on top of it!

I got the super food boost salad that came with lots of veggies, black beans and quinoa. I've been on the road for several days so it hasn't been easy to find fresh, whole foods when dining out. The salad was so good and just what my body needed. They have cute woodsy decor and the place is immaculately clean. It's locally owned and has street parking in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. So glad I had a chance to check them out while stopping in the area for a few days.

Went here on a Friday night. They have some nice seating out side and it's at a busy intersection. Service was good. Meatballs and garlic knots were great. Flatbread was ok. But the flatbread was expensive for what you get. And yes everything is expensive in flagstaff. read more

This place was good and I'm glad we ate here. We ordered two flatbreads and one salad. I had the Hail Caesar flatbread + chicken and it was pretty good. The cashier seemed very unfriendly and unwelcoming when taking our orders but was a lot nicer when dropping off our food. We sat outside and it was a great time. Wow! We sat outside on the corner and people watched while we had the most amazing Mediterranean Flatbread and Chicken Parm sandwich. Oh la la!! It was so good that I did something I don't often do, and that's order DESSERT! That Banana pudding was absolutely to die for! We stopped into Urban Pine Eatery after a day hiking and biking at Grand Canyon. This was the perfect spot! Great location, fast and friendly service, food and the unsweetened peach tea was AMAZING! We ordered two 12" flatbreads and the Italian salad to share amongst two of us and it was perfect. Highly recommend the ranch pizza! read more

This is flatbread and sub shop in the middle of downtown Flagstaff. Downtown Flagstaff parking cost $1 per hour. Their flatbreads come in 6" or 12." I tried out their sweet heat flatbread and chicken parmesan sub with truffle fries. Sure, the portions are smaller than other restaurants but it more than makes up for it in the quality of ingredients. I thought that the old world pepperonis were a nice touch as I like those more than the normal pepperonis. Service was very amiable as well. Our bill for two came out to $32.30. read more

We chose pesto for our sauce, fresh mozzarella as our cheese, chicken for our protein, basil and black olives as our vegetables, and to drizzle on top was fig juice. The flatbread was amazing. Unfortunately parts of the flatbread got burnt otherwise I would have given a 5. Maybe if their flatbread itself was thicker perhaps it would not have burned. We got the Tuscan flatbread, the classic flatbread and my husband got the meatball sub. All the food was very good with a nice crisp on the bottom and beautiful bright fresh ingredients. I loved the atmosphere with fresh green hanging plants in macrame hangers and beautiful pine cutting board art on the walls. Urban Pine Eatery - Cozy Spot with Room to Improve I stopped by Urban Pine Eatery while passing through Flagstaff, not far from Historic Route 66. We were looking for a casual dinner and decided to give this place a try. I ordered one of their flatbread pizzas and was hoping to pair it with a Caesar salad -- though it turned out to be more of a "pizza salad" than a classic Caesar. The flatbread itself wasn't bad -- I actually enjoyed the crust and the bread overall -- but I felt like the toppings could have been a bit higher in quality to really pull it all together. The flavors were decent, just not quite hitting the mark for the price. The interior was nicely done, with a comfortable vibe, and the staff was friendly and attentive. There were three of us dining, and we spent around $60 total after ordering a few things. For that price point, I think there are a few tweaks that could take the experience from "good" to "great." Even though we chose the wrong day to go "Harry Potter Celebration in downtown Flag" it was still a great experience. Simple menu but several goodies to choose from. We went with the Mediterranean and the Sweet Heat Flatbreads. We also had a wonderful arugula salad and delicious garlic knots. Everything tasted fresh and made in the moment. We were greeted and taken care of in a friendly manner. Even though it was busy in and out of the restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed it. It's nicely decorated and has plenty of space. it did have sitting areas outside. overall, just a great experience. This place looked good when checking online for a place to eat in Flagstaff on a Saturday afternoon. The place is small, limited, tight seating, sitting next to others too close for my liking, also right next to the bathroom which was frequented with customers. I washed my hands in there and it was quite clean, nicely decorated. The restaurant part floor was dirty. Visible food on the floor- needs a quick sweep or mop once in a while during the shifts, perhaps? Service was okay- seemed busy, confused by orders coming in and out, not the friendliest or most attentive staff. I asked about vegetarian options and she said she "thinks this one"... being able to recommend items to meet customer needs is key. Food was good, my flatbread was different, unique. Maybe too much arugula on top. But I had the arugula salad too, which was the best part of my meal. Great combo of apples, walnuts, dressing. The fries were not at all spicy, imo, but I'm an Arizonan and eat a lot of spicy foods, my taste buds may be over actively stimulated by my regular diet. My son said he thought the chicken was undercooked and too "squishy" on his flatbread. Overall a healthy, tasty meal and I appreciate the unique flavors and options that aren't the regular burger, chicken, meat on meat flair so often found in abundance when traveling. read more

We ordered a few things to share because we really wanted to try this place. They did not disappoint as it was cold and we have our dog we ordered to go online. We got the fries with salt and pepper and buffalo sauce to dip. It was great. We also got an order of the meatballs and the Dude flatbread. I would absolutely do it again. The meatballs were tasty and flavorful. The flatbread was amazing you really could taste the chicken bacon ranch. They counter staff was friendly and made sure we had anything we needed to eat our delicious dinner. The place was full and the service was quick. Its a nice little place and would highly recommend it to anyone. read more

Matthew, I'm sorry. We do not serve vegan cheese. I'm plant based myself but not vegan. I've done alot of research and the vegan cheese is not so great regarding health wise. I understand some have strict vegan diets though.
