Wow, I may have a new fast food favorite! I don't like to compare In N Out (league of its own) but I think the most comparable to this place is the Habit. Culver's reminds me of what old school Habit (before massive expansion) used to be. Solid, quality fast food that goes above just burgers and fries. On our road trip to Dallas from CA we needed a stop between CA and Albuquerque. Flagstaff was that spot. Upon noticing a Culver's I recalled all the hype from our reviewers across the nation. I had to try this place. It ended up being the only stop to and from on our road trip! We tried a little of everything. Butter burgers, Wisconsin melt, cheese curds, onion rings, fries and custard. All of it above standard. My favorites were the burgers, onion rings and custard. Good quality service too. If you are looking for a fast food joint in the middle of the USA, look for a Culver's! read more

After a long roadtrip, we were looking for a burger place that wasn't our usual fast food from back home and that was open after 9 pm. Culver's was it. Walking in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. It was our first time there and their menu seems pretty extensive offering many choices. We tried the double cheeseburgers and a shake. The burger and fries were freshly made and had good taste. The shake was creamy and delicious as well. All items held up and didn't get soggy from the restaurant to the hotel. I was worried the fries would get soggy but they didn't. My friend also got the Mac and cheese that was being offered. He said there was nothing outstanding about it, but it had decent flavor so it was ok. All in all, the experience at Culver's was a positive one and would go back if we ever came across one in our travels again. read more

Stopped here to grab dinner to go while passing through. We love Culver's. They have a great menu selection, delicious food, a good dine in and drive thru, and of course great staff. I'm not sure why this place is rated 4 stars???? The chicken tenders didn't have any of the protein fibers like a regular chicken tenders do. The fries were oddly chewy. The burger is so soaked in grease and butter???? The Dr. Pepper syrup tasted like flat soda and bad and flat Dr. Pepper syrup. Super fast and friendly service. Clean and bright inside. Double bacon burger, crinkle cut fries and a root beer is delicious.

My 2nd experience with Culver's and did not disappoint either stop. This one on the heels of a rough night before, ordered a much needed burger, fries, and Coca Cola. The previous time ordered a vanilla custard and was super delicious. The service was excellent and the food was tasty and fresh. I opted to drive thru and didn't have to wait long at all for my meal. I look forward to their eventual arrival to Southern California where I will undoubtedly become a regular customer. read more

My first time at a Culver's, one of very few fast food places I would go to on purpose and not just cause it was close and I was hungry. We were just passing through, so probably a one and done. The staff was were friendly and patient while I stood gawking at the variety of the menu. My favorite was the pretzel bites, I have never had a pretzel with a crispy ish outside. Very flavorful and also fluffy on the inside. And the cheese sauce was just the right thing to complement them. We got a cheeseburger with bacon item (I believe it was called some funny name), and some sort of chicken sandwich. My surprise was the bacon was actual bacon, not some junk all the other fast food places serve. The chicken was juicy. We also got the coleslaw, which I wasn't a fan of, it was on the sour side. I believe we gor a another side but I don't recall what.. We also got the mini turtle sundae. A mini is a very large serving, so I can only imagine what the standard label sizes are. It appears they make their own root beer, and it is very delicious. The place was really clean as well. read more

I picked up an empty can in the parking lot, by my car door. I threw it in the garbage can by side entrance doors. Unfortunately, their hand sanitizer was empty. Husband ordered our food and drinks while I went to bathroom to wash up. A sign in the bathroom said to report problems. Well, my stall had no toilet paper, and it had space for two huge rolls. And I was the first to bring it to staff's attention? How often are bathrooms cleaned and checked? Not acceptable. Thank goodness they had soap and paper towels. I needed to wash my hands after cleaning brown stuff off of toilet seat in this stall and after using the toilet before I discovered it had no toilet paper. At the counter, I reported the problem I could not fix. Burgers and fries were good. My burger was light on lettuce. Husband, who hates pickles, found pickle on bun. I live in the Chicago area so there are a decent amount of Culver's everywhere. The food overall is good for fast food standards however I do find the food to definitely be on the pricier side. I always find myself spending way too much here for not even that much of an amount of food. I also don't necessarily love the drive thru system of them putting a number sticker on your mirror and having you pull forward to then bring out your food to your car. Not sure why it is like that, but just seems a bit odd. It was snowing in this area and the poor staff had to keep coming outside to bring food to customers. I guess I should just walk inside every time going forward, ha! read more

Love love love. I really enjoy a small custard with wild cherry topping and pecans. There's an extra charge, but it's well worth it. There's no skimping on the delicious toppings. I don't go inside very often, but on my most recent visit, the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The drive-through staff are always pleasant and almost always efficient. Overall, I am a fan, but I do want to make note of the fact that it's my go to place for a treat, wouldn't be able to afford this on a regular basis. read more

Good stuff! Got the mixer. Frozen custard is very rich and filling so I would recommend the mini if you're just looking for dessert. I ordered the small and took home the leftover to finish the next day. Chunky stuff for the mixer works better. I got fresh fruit and it got so blended in there was no bits of anything to bite into in the final result, so go for at least one chunky solid item. Wish we had come for dinner so we could have tried the burgers. They looked delicious. read more

As solid as any other Culver's. I will say this one is pretty new so the inside is really nice and has cute decor. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were ok decent shape. I was hungry so I got a Culver's original double value basket which comes with fries or cheese curds and a drink. For a fast food burger I have always liked Culver's ahead of most places. Fries are always crispy and the cheese curds are good if you get them hot and fresh. The snackpak deals are the best bang for your buck as they come with several entree choices (single burgers, two chicken fingers) and a small fry and drink usually for just 5 or 6 bucks. Recommend if you want decent fast food! read more

We eat here about once a month and the service and food are consistently good. The tables are usually clean and if I had to make a complaint about anything, I would like to see a little more consistent cleaning around the soda fountain and condiment area because it can get super sticky from soda when busy. Otherwise I have been happy dining here and I love the Reuben sandwich. read more

Terrible customer service at this location. I have been eating at Culver's in the Midwest for 30 years. I kindly asked if I could get my raspberry Sunday to eat while I waited for my food. It takes two seconds to make and the kid said no they don't allow that. Way to ruin Culver's flagstaff. I will not return to any of them now!
