Terrible customer service at this location. I have been eating at Culver's in the Midwest for 30 years. I kindly asked if I could get my raspberry Sunday to eat while I waited for my food. Really enjoyed my Swiss mushroom burger and cheese curds I had here. The burger was juicy fresh and the bun was really good. The inside has a ton of seating and was well maintained very clean. I will be returning for more BURGERS! read more

We stopped in here on our roadtrip to the Grand Canyon. It was my first time trying Culver's as we do not have these in California. It was so good! I tried the frozen custard as a chocolate malt and it was so rich, creamy and delicious. Loved the crinkle fries, my butter burger with cheese was delicious, and the diet root beer was great. I would like to shout out the crew working today. It was all youngsters, and everyone was so polite, professional and courteous. No dirty booths, amazing service and great food. We do not yet have a Culver's in Las Vegas, so when I travel, I try to tune passing through cities that have one, during their open hours. I hade yet to have a meal that didn't taste like they were trying to impress me. The hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, the onion rings, the shakes, all top notch. This isn't your typical drive thru food served by a clown. Ronald and Jack should take lessons in the quality of the meat they serve an switching time the butter buns served here. I hope we get one in Las Vegas north west soon. Five guys and in n out won't know what hit them. The people of vegas would finally be able to give up their tiny meat burgers for something of substance. The service is very quick and friendly. We stopped by to pick up some food for our picky toddler. Fresh and tasty burger with buttermilk bun. Optional side broccoli (+.20) was totally worth it! The thing about this place is the service is actually pretty good but the food every time for me is just meh. I have to say, I need to try the ice cream for sure and maybe that would change my mind but, the burgers just don't do it for me. Not that they are gross or anything, just not anything great, very average. I do like how they handle the drive thru- order, pay, pull forward with your order number, person comes with your food. I think it makes good sense because I would be there are several people there just for a treat and they don't need to wait in a long line while burgers are prepped, so I do appreciate that. read more

Culver's bacon deluxe was cold and sad looking. Wisconsin swiss melt was warm and tasted ok. During this first corona season, Culver's has been our go-to for fast food in town. While the Chick-fil-A and Cane's on Milton continue to be burdened with hazardous lines day in and day out, this culvers always has a more manageable drive-thru. Upon paying at the window, you're instructed to pull ahead into one of maybe five parking spaces on the perimeter of the outdoor patio to wait for your order to be finished, and in this way their drive-thru line is less backed up than other places. The burgers and Midwest fare (my favorite is the pork tenderloin - I'm glad someone understands the Midwest) are comfortingly delicious, but it's the promise of CUSTARD afterward that brings us back and gives it an edge over its competition. Coupled with good & friendly service, we forget that it's fast food, and instead think of it as a neighborhood restaurant, a part of the community. read more

I wanted to try these "Wisconsin Cheese Curds" so I set out yesterday to get me some! I have never been to a Culver's so I didn't know what to expect. I rolled up to the drive thru - ordered some curds and a small cup of mint chocolate chip. The guy told me it was going to be some sort of makeshift thing - it sounded like a hassle because it wasn't the "flavor of the day" so I told him to forget the ice cream (custard) . I took it as a sign that I was about to ingest some major calories and didn't need it. The cashier guy was super friendly and nice - I pay and he tells me to roll on to the front parking space to wait for my order and hangs a little ticket on my door handle. I'm sitting there and people behind me are getting their huge orders before me. I'm confused. I have never been here before so I don't know wtf is going on. 20 minutes later I got my order / the guy that took my order made it a point to deliver it to me and apologized. Asked if I wanted compensated which was cool but totally unnecessary! We all F up sometimes, it's all good. THANK YOU for being professional ! We need more people like you! I only got the curds - what an uncomfortable word - but they were pretty good! They're basically just bite sized mozzarella sticks ( but with Wisconsin cheese ). As a Midwesterner, I was excited to find a Culver's in Arizona. The food was not bad, but it was slightly underwhelming compared to what I remember Culver's being. Just pretty bland across the board for everything we ordered. I also was disappointed to see that the poor girl working drive thru was having to deliver food to people outside in their cars while it was snowing and she was wearing her short sleeve uniform. The drive thru made people pull forward and not wait at the window, and then she was walking out trying to find which cars the food belonged to.
