I was really let down this evening after leaving here. I was there at 5 (I even left work early because I knew I had a decent list I wanted done!) and asked to come back at 6. I told her before I left I wanted a full set, pedicure and a eyebrow wax, but she said to come back at 6. The pedicurist may have been having a bad day, but I wasn't offered anything as she started my pedicure. I had to ask for gel polish, she did maybe 3 swipes of the pumice sponge on each foot, and dug her nails into the bottom of my feet. The stones weren't hot, and I felt like I was a bother to her. When they did my nails, she did what she wanted not what I asked for. They turned out ok, but my toes look terrible my feet are still sandpaper and I wasn't able to relax. I will not be going back, especially after what I was charged for. read more

I absolutely love this place!! I have been multiple times and always leave happy. Jen and Mark (the owners) are always welcoming and helpful. They are great about not overbooking, so when you have an appointment, you can count on being helped in a timely manner. Although this place received very good score, I believe that this rating is fake. The salon looks clean and renovated but the manicurists are extremely rude. The lady who did my nail was absolutely rude, she tossed my bag on the chair besides me when I asked for help, she was smirking and talking behind my back with her colleague. The inside of the salon is very clean and appears well maintained. Unfortunately I'm really not satisfied with my manicure. My feet aren't soft, my heels are still rough along with a couple other spots because the guy barely scrubbed them and the leg massage was pathetic. It barely felt like anything. I wasn't happy with how my nails were painted so someone else redid them. I expect more when I'm paying $40. It's disappointing because everyone seems nice at first. My friends nails looked much better then mine but we both agreed this place is over priced for the final product. Wish I would've saved myself the $40 and just done it at home because my feet aren't smooth and soft. So disappointed. Waste of money. I was in yesterday June 30 mid-morning. A male did my pedicure, a coco deluxe and a female did my friends. I immediately complained about my nail polish and the female did another layer of polish so that my entire nail was covered but I still have spots with no top coat so they aren't shinny. It was a poorly done pedicure. Well my $40 pedicure that didn't even leave my feet soft and nice has fully failed. The nail polish is already peeling off and/or rubbing off and my nails look terrible. Funny that I told the owner exactly when I was in but no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for roughly 3 years now and I've NEVER been disappointed, not once. Marc and Jennifer are such both great owners and they appreciate every single one of their customers. I absolutely love Jennifer and Richard! If you want a good full set, I highly recommend them both. I have never left this place without feeling utterly wonderful. Especially since their salon is always so clean! Marc usually always walks around and asks if anyone would like a complimentary drink, which is very generous! I think some of these random bad reviews reflect sensitive people who live in a "perfect" world. As far as I know Richard and his wife are out of country on vacation and Jennifer is the last one who does nails. So she's been trying her best to accommodate everyone. Me and my mom came here to get acrylics, the shape was nice, they looked cute. Looked sanitary when just walking in. But after 3 days all of our nails were already coming loose. After all of the nails fell off, (which was about 1 week) we saw that my mom had fungus under neath all of her nails! I'm not sure if they used a bad tool? I went here to try it out because they were brand new and have great reviews, but I am a little disappointed in my experience here. The staff was nice and I was happy with the results of my full set of acrylics, but within a week one popped off and the rest began to lift. Excellent first time at this nail salon and it won't be our last! We called ahead for an appointment and walked in 90 minutes later. We came for a girls night/birthday celebration. From the moment we stepped in the door until we left we were catered to - offered drinks (water, soda, tea or coffee), magazines, well cared for and pampered. It was exactly the experience we were seeking! Jennifer and two Tracy's were our nail techs - recommend them all! Our techs were gentle, personable, meticulous and took very good care of us. Ok. I called beforehand to see if they do dip powder.. they do. I asked if they had a lot of colors to choose from. They said they did "100 colors". I go there and there is maybe 20 colors to choose from. Fine. I find a color. Once my nails were done the color was completely different... soooo much more bright than the one i picked. I told this to the technician and he said it would cost extra to change it. So i just said whatever, fine. I just wanna get out of here. And this is just with the nails. The technicians were really cold and rude. There was no music or tv.. which idc about but it was literally dead in there. Ohh wait... except for the customer behind me who was literally coughing up a lung and NO ONE offered her a beverage. I finally turned around to see if she was ok and her nail tech just kept her head down and kept at her nails. Like really? She's literally dying right in front of you and you do nothing? I've honestly never been to a worse nail salon in my life. I'm giving it two starts because it was very clean, so that's a plus. The lady that did my nails kept the acetone tin foil on my fingers for a good 45 minutes while she was going my pedicure. Not exaggerating, either. I wanted ombré glitter on my toes, and it literally looked like a 6 year old did them. My cuticles weren't cut, the gel polish sucks, and they tack on an extra $5 for everything. This place is a joke, and they have no idea how to manage their time properly or staff correctly. I will never go here again waste of time and money. read more

The usual nail salon I go to was closed today but I really needed my nails done saw this place was not even a mile away so I went in. Generally I get good service but last night was a whole different story... I made an appt and didn't have time to change so I came in my uniform (Post Office) and when I was seated 4 of the girls began speaking in Vietnamese and they were clearly speaking about me, laughing etc... I wasn't sure at first but after they were finished talking 2 of them looked right at me. I felt like crying. I am sure I am not the first person that has come from work and I believe that had something to do with it. Very rude and not sure I will be back. Found this gem on here and I'm SO glad that I did!! My mom was in town for her birthday and I wanted to treat her to a relaxing day. We each got the coconut pedicures and are very happy with our results! All of the workers were very friendly and accommodating. I was immediately impressed when I walked in. The salon was beautiful, clean, and large. I was visiting from San Diego and was able to walk in on a Monday morning and get my mani/pedi immediately. I got the hot stone massage pedi/mani and Hayley was incredible. She had great attention to detail and was especially attentive with my cuticles(always a problem of mine). I had a great experience at this salon - Kevin did my nails and I asked him to please use care when trimming my cuticles. They are super dry and always hurt after a manicure. He took his time and paid attention to detail, and it was the first time I've ever had a manicure where my cuticles didn't bleed. I was greeted very warmly and offered a cold beverage- no one has ever done that before in a salon. I choose the $35 coco pedicure; the technician was great. She did not over-clip or hurt me in any way. The massage chairs are in top shape, so you actually feel like you are getting a treatment. The selection of polish is beautiful. read more

I brought two of my sisters & my niece here based on reviews on yelp. What a wonderful salon. The decor was beautiful, the owner & the other nail techs were so nice. They use liners for their foot baths, everything is so clean and sparkly. At the end they run your feet and legs with hot stones. Absolutely wonderful!! The price for basic services is comparable to other places I've been to, but they do have a menu of services that go up to $70 for a pedicure. Maybe someday! !
