After jonesing for some froyo after a big dinner at Kanghodong Baekjeong, decided to come to Yogurtland for my fix. Sampled some of the new flavors but I always seem to rely on the tried and true tart yogurt. At other YLs, I really need to press down on the machines but the yogurt flowed easily at the lightest press. Moved on to the topping station where there's usually something missing, or its covered in powder, but this Carson location had a clean topping section and everything was well-replenished. After a final pump of chocolate syrup I weighed my creation and was delighted to find that it was reasonably priced. If only all the other YL locations were as clean and well-stocked, I wouldn't have to consider coming all the way out here for a good froyo experience. read more

Not my favorite one to go to because sometimes they are just too crowded and the parking is not the best. Nonetheless I love the yogurt and when it is not crowded I am able to get in and out. I am a creature of habit when it comes to Yogurtland. I only get two flavors Real Strawberry and Madagascar Vanilla, both have great flavor, nice and creamy. If I do decide to indulge in toppings, I grab some cheesecake bites, yum yum. Do not bother with their rewards program because half the time they do not acknowledge it. read more

One word YUCK! This Yogurtland is by far the worst Yogurtland in Southern California. If someone from out of town was to have their 1st experience here, then Yogurtland would lose that customer for life. Their was a large yogurt cup FILLED with about 10 smashed, half eaten, melting over taster cups, just sitting inside one of the machines. 2 of the machines were out of order & clearly no employee cared enough to clean them before putting the out of order sign on them. The floor was riddled with smashed toppings. The girl behind the counter had the zero flux given attitude. Instead of cleaning up she instead just pushed old gross toppings back into the trays they once came from. The toppings were old & stale. This location needs to be put under new management or closed. read more

Finally a nearby Yogurtland! Pros: They have a good variety of flavors to satisfy any sweet tooth. There's the obvious classic flavors like vanilla and tart as well as seasonal and new flavors. Staff is nice. They always greet, at least in my experience. Good selection of toppings. Fruits, boba and cheesecake pieces to the right; cholate, cereal, candy to the left. The nuts are In plastic containers, so you can pour as many nuts on your froyo as you desire. Cons: The popular flavors tend to run out often. I guess that's no surprise, but, there's gotta be a rule about vanilla. There should never be a shortage of vanilla! The toppings section can be a bit messy. They should clean the counters and floor surrounding that area more often. What a sticky mess! But my biggest pet peeve is the lid situation. If I ask for the froyo to go, please give me a freaking lid! There's no point in asking if my order is "for here or to go" if I don't get a lid. Common sense! I came at night and the employees at this yogurt land aren't very attentive. The machine is working fine already and yogurt was done but they still had the sign saying it wasn't ready. Then when I tried another flavor that one wasn't working. The not working signs are all mixed up. They also take forever to refill their toppings. Very disappointed with this Yogurtland. My sissy visiting from Texas wanted to have this vs Menchies so I went along with her choice. We were highly disappointed. No one greeted us as we entered, the topping selection was very limited and the yogurt flavors were very minimal compared to what she was normally use to with yogurtland. Maybe its the location and the lack to keep up the establishment. Very disappointing to say the least. But I finally got her the Yogurtland she craved when we visited West Covina......now they have a true topping selection and a plethora of flavors. My 5 Star rating is primarily for the GREAT customer service my family and receive. It's a bit tiny inside & it can get a bit crowded but I can always count on receiving friend, sweet & courteous service from the staff. Tonight I want to give extra kudos to the young guy that assisted us. I can't make out his full name on my receipt but the first 3 letters begin with ERY. My family and I at the spare of the moment decided to go for a fresh treat at around 9:45pm & the minute we walked in ERY had an upbeat attitude and smiled at us with a warm welcome. Pretty much your average Yogurtland. I came here the other day when it was in the upper 90s looking for something to cool me down. Compared to other Yogurtlands this one was fairly small in size. There are some tables for inside seating but most of the people there had to sit at the outside tables. Offered your typical variety of flavors and the offer the typical toppings. Seemed to be understaffed at the time I went but the employees still made sure to clean up any spills ASAP. Only downside was that there was a sign at the cash register that said something along the lines of 'check in on FB and get your first 3 oz free'. When I asked the cashier about it neither of them had any idea about what I was talking about. Needless to say I didn't get my free 3 oz... You have to park in the mall parking lot which makes it sort of hard if you're like me just driving by trying to get some yogurt. Its right next to the Target so it's always crowded. Stopped by this Yogurtland after visiting IKEA this weekend, and got my taro yogurt fix. Don't usually go out of my way to write on yelp, but wanted to give props to the excellent service from this store. I've come to this location multiple times, always clean and not super packed. Great customer service , they always greet you and ask if you want sample cups or if you have any questions. Sometimes they are out of little things like water and napkins but you just have to ask and they will refill them right away. Other than that, no complaints at all. read more

I've visited this location many times and I'm sure many more. It's the only one in carson and fairly new which makes it even more depressing it's a one star review. Not once have I visited carson YogurtLand and it meet the expectations of any other one Iv visited. It's always dirty. The floor is sticky. There always seem to be missing yogurt flavors. The drip area is always covered in melted yogurt. There is no sense of urgency with the employees to clean up the place. Everyone seems ok with it being dirty. The water is always empty, the napkins are always out. More then 1/2 the time there is no cookie dividers. On my most recent visit I asked for some sample cups. Launched June 8th was Big pop sorbet & Chocolate banana a'peel. Well brand new flavors Iv never tried. Woman at the front says, We don't have any sample cups. Ummm..u don't?!?! Even if people are taking advantage of the sample cups, I'm someone who legit wants to sample Pop Sorbet can't because of others. Well that's not fair. That's the cost of business. The price per ounce has gone up since 1st being established yet the rewards haven't gone up. The yogurt here always seems too soft like it's not cold enough. It really just seems melted. Despite saying this Iv never got sick, so it must be ok but it doesn't look right. This location is just gross! I'v emailed the store manager and after getting pushed off I realized I should not have expected any more. He trained his team. LOL! read more

I'm happy that a Yogurtland has opened up in Carson, which is much closer and more convenient for me than going to Torrance Crossroads or the Del Amo area. I'm also pleasantly surprised that they're open until midnight (whaaat?!). The location is small and somehow, I feel like they have less flavors of yogurt than the other locations, but I don't mind.
