Bianca (I believe her name was) had AMAZING customer service. I was getting 6 cookies and my friend was getting 12, Bianca suggested we get 24 for the same price! Loved that, she was looking out for us for sure. We engaged in a brief little convo, she was also really nice to the couple before us! We got milk, chocolate cookies, because they were out of semi sweet cookies. I was a little disappointed they didn't have snickerdoodle cookies, so I got sugar cookies, which was still very good. I also got peanut butter cookies, which I definitely enjoyed. I do recommend, and I hope to see Bianca when I return. read more

The girls working here are always so sweet! I love their cookies & brownies, they are sooo good! Fresh, warm, baked to dewy perfection.

I stopped by today around 5:40pm. The line was very long with guests and only one worker was working the line. I noticed two more girls who seen me and the other customers but ignored us as they went into a back room. The best birthday dessert experience! Started with easy ordering online for 2 birthday cookies (one for myself and they other for my friends son). The preset designs fit our needs perfectly so I went with those. Easy ordering, cookies were ready on time, no problem having someone else pick them up (with a copy of my receipt/order), and they were both hits with all our guests. DO NOT BUY COOKIES FROM HERE !!! I came twice in the same week for cookies and noticed nats all over cookies. The first time was close to closing I arrived at 8:20pm all the cookies were put up they close at 9:00pm. I asked the worker if she could make more and she said no because they were closing and it takes 40mins to bake cookies as I'm leaving I noticed nats all over the cookies and I let her know that she would have to make new cookies considering the fact that there's nats on the cookies she then tells me if I'm not buying anything I can leave so I leave. Amazing job on my half sheet cookie cake order! Since we were celebrating my son's birthday after his jiu jitsu class, I wanted a cake that looked like a gi. I brought in three pics of what I would like (one of a cake decorated in fondant, one of my son's gi, and one of the logo of my son's jiu jitsu gym). The gentleman who designs the cakes said he would be able to do it. I was so pleased he was able to accommodate all my special design requests to make this cake an extra special surprise for my son's birthday. When I saw the cake I was more than amazed at how good it turned out. I'm still in love with it. Everyone was shocked and just as amazed at the design. I must add that the lady who took my order was super helpful and patient. I came one week to get pricing and info. The following week when I came to place this order, she remembered me and was again very helpful and friendly. These two were great to work with. It was truly a great experience as they took the time to go over all the little details that made this cake special. My son absolutely loved it. This rating is for customer service. I went to this location a few minutes before 7:00 tonight. I waited to place my order. The girl stopped talking to her friend and asked what I wanted. I said I would like the by 40 nibblers and get 20 free. She said we are not doing that right now. I pointed to the sign right in front of me that showed the deal and she said they were not doing it because they under baked. I said I don't want any then and left. Bad customer service, lack of communication, argumentative owner, and unreliable. Very difficult with orders, unable to meet demands of the order, and very unwillingly to compensate for lack of service. I would recommend not going here. Nothing beats mrs. Fields! I love love love the nibbled cookies. I've tried every flavor and like them all! I get so tempted to try other products like their brownies but I buy so much of the nibblers already. I also love how they can decorate the giant cookies like cakes. Idk if the quality for those would be any different but I definitely would like to try it someday! read more

I ordered two cookie cakes from here, day of pick up I was told they might not be able to do my cakes because the decorator might not be able to to create the characters I choose a week ago over the phone. I was told that they could create them, day of pick up was a different story manager tried to work with me created cakes but felt the need to express how stressed she was. I was possibly not going to have cakes for a party. I was then told by a worker on the phone that the cakes would be on the house meaning free for the trouble.
