Thanks to my trusty Yelp app on my new Android phone I found this gem after eating lunch today. I'm not sure how I've never been to a place like this before, but it was pretty amazing. I made a half red velvet, half chocolate creation and managed to resist the urge to drown it in toppings. Today was my first trip to Yogurtini & I was impressed. I'm generally not a fan of frozen yogurt because it's not as creamy as ice cream & it can have a chemically aftertaste. That was not the case here. All the yogurts I tested were flavorful: vanilla, chocolate, dulce de leche, & caramel macchiato. It tasted more like soft serve than yogurt. The only thing I would have changed is that I wished they had one or two more fruit flavors in today's selection. read more

The yogurt is good here! :) Love how they have 16 flavors available at all times. Love how they post their nutrition info/flavors available for you to read right when you walk in. Also love how they let you do your own samples! :) Just wish they would some how move their sample cups over to their entrance area and provide napkins as well and or have a hand sanitizer machine available- (like Mojo) it's really no fun walking out of there with sticky hands! read more

I gave this 5 stars because after living in three different states, Yogurtini in Phoenix has been by far the BEST frozen yogurt place I've been to yet! I live in Alexandria now and Sweet Frogs just doesn't compare and neither does TCBY or any other yogurt chains or even most mom and pop places. For one most of the time when I would go here, I really appreciated the free fruit infused water. Their point system is great too to get free yogurt, all they need is your number to sign you up. The topping selection is great and they have the best chocolate frozen yogurt. I am very picky about my chocolate frozen yogurt as most places it either has a very fake taste that's sugary and watered down or it doesn't have much of a taste at all. Here it is so creamy and chocolately! The environment is great as well, it can be hard finding an adult frozen yogurt shop that is clean and fresh looking with local art and nice music. last night our yogurt experience started out great. hand santizer right by where you get the cups. lots of flavors. more sanitizer by the toppings. sat outside. tables were clean. yogurt tasted great. about 10:40pm my brother goes inside to use the restroom. comes back out saying it was closed. i was surprised since they are open to 11pm. i go inside and ask and she states, "the bathroom has been cleaned, so it closed now". OMG! So, we are only allowed to use the restroom when its DIRTY!. and of course, my next thought was if we were white, would we have been allowed to use the freshly cleaned bathroom? or only africian americans are NOT allowed to use the freshly cleanned bathroom? i will never know what went on in the mind of the young white lady who did this, but, whether she was racially biased or not, the bottom line is i find it OUTRAGEOUS that once bathroom is cleaned, allegedly noone (not just the black folks) is allowed to use it. yogurtini needs to change their policy. read more

This place is always very clean, the staff always friendly and the toppings are plentiful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they never seem to have my two favorite flavors: coffee and/or pistachio. This is my favorite of all of the self-serve yogurt places that have popped up over the past few years, mostly because they have a lot more flavors than others I've been to, at least a dozen. These include no sugar added and plain. The toppings are numerous and range from healthy, to breakfast cereals, to "I'm going to regret this later." There are also different sized containers, but even the smallest is at least 16oz. I always see people in there going way overboard with the largest of the containers, but who in America knows what a normal portion is anymore these days? Being able to pour and mix the flavors and add in the toppings myself is a huge plus, and makes each visit unique. read more

This specific Yogurtini is my favorite! The staff is ALWAYS cheerful and they don't mind if you stop in just to chat. The flavors are great, and the toppings are always fresh. I pointed out one time that some of the strawberries seemed to be bruised, and the cashier immediately brought out a fresh batch. The store is always spotless, and the seating area is open and hip. Great for families and have many different healthy choices such as the blackberry pomegranate sorbet. I highly recommend this yogurt shop to everyone. read more
