Staple dessert in Berkeley! Used to come here often during undergrad so it was nice to go down memory lane and try it again. We went on a Saturday in January around 8pm and there was a line to order at the window, but it moved quickly. They don't allow for samples, so we ended up getting a small froyo with Crème Brulee and Fresh Strawberry, and added Cookie Dough for $1 extra. Humongous portion size! I shared a small with a friend and that was still a lot. Froyo was super creamy and tasted almost like ice cream. We ordered a small with a mix of black berry and vanilla with 3 toppings (mostly nuts) that was an extra $1. I think we could have ordered a mini to share since the size was fairly big and we already had a decent size lunch. The yogurt was very creamy and loved the combo that we picked. I think there were more black berry than vanilla but no complaints here. Love that there's a yogurt spot in Berkeley that inexpensive and delicious. They also allow you to swirl flavors and to choose any of their toppings you would like to add without extra cost. I find their yogurt to be a little more on the heavy side - a little bit more like rich + creamy soft serve ice cream in opposed to traditional froyo. Because of this, it's not my favorite dessert spot in Berkeley, but that's just my personal preference.
