Lots of nostalgic childhood joy to be found here! I came specifically looking for hand-dipped corn dogs. While there are now many Korean corn dog places, I miss the ones from the state fairs and carnivals, SJ flea markets, and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. These did not disappoint. Also on offer are different varieties of popcorn, caramel apples, and funnel cakes. Great place for late night snack or dessert. read more

This place is pure happiness. Everything that my dreams are made of. Churros, funnelcakes, carmel apples, ice cream and that just naming some of the sweets. They have some savior items too. Everything looked good and yummy. I had the churro parfait and it was amazing. The carmel apples were calling to go home with me but I took home only the apple cheescake and strawberry cheesecake ones, and the carmel apple with nuts for my bestie, yum. I truly hope this place branches out to more cities and possibly nation wide. Every city needs one. Now go and enjoy, you can thank me later. read more

Craving carnival and fair foods but can't exactly wait for the summer events? Then Endless Summer Sweets is the place to check out! Serving a wide range of carnival and fair foods, you'll definitely satisfy your sweet tooth cravings year-round. The husband and I ordered the Churro Parfait, Mini Funnel Cake, and Hand-Dipped Corndog. The Churro Parfait was delish with bite size churros mixed with their house-made cream, caramel, and fresh strawberries. The Mini Funnel Cake was yummy, as well. Loved how crispy yet chewy it was. Both the parfait and funnel cake were sweet, so the corndog and nachos helped to balance it out. All in all, staff and service was good. Portion sizes were shareable with my husband. A little pricey, but worth trying out if you're a fan of carnival food. read more

Cute spot w/ photo op background set ups. Staff friendly, order through kiosks - which was easy. We got the fruity pebbles caramel apple and the strawberry cheesecake caramel apple. The were both delicious! Nice treat to have on a Sunday! read more

Food was very good. Price is good also although with the funnel cake you have to pay for every topping so even if you are ordering the strawberry funnel cake, you have to add the strawberry, the chocolate syrup, the whipping cream- each at additional cost. No one really serves you because you order at the kiosk and then they call your name when your order is ready but they seem friendly. The place is small so there is not too many tables but the decor is really cute and fun. Lots of people coming in to pick up to go orders. read more

I have the biggest sweet tooth, so it should come as no surprise that I love love LOVE Endless Summer Sweets! This spot will have you feeling like a little kid at the local county fair. Location is on Shattuck near the Downtown Berkeley BART station as well as several AC Transit bus stops. There are also a handful metered parking spots out front. Inside is on the smaller side with a couple of seats available but very cutesy and inviting nonetheless. My go-to favorites from their menu are the strawberry funnel cake and cheesecake caramel apples. The mini size of the strawberry funnel cake ($8.50) is the perfect serving size for one. The funnel cake itself is crispy and fried to perfection, and the strawberries add a lovely freshness. The homemade whipped cream they pile on top is miles above canned whipped cream. Personally, I like to also add fruity pebbles as an extra topping for a nice crunch! The cheesecake caramel apples ($10.50) are dipped in a layer of caramel, then another layer of cheesecake flavored coating, and finished off with a graham cracker-like crumb coating. They are tart yet decadent, making them absolutely addictive. I appreciate too how they include an option for having the apple be cut up into slices when ordering. One day I'll try the strawberry cheesecake apple :) I do have to say though that service is pretty nonexistent here, but honestly I don't really mind especially as an introvert lol. read more

9.4/10 Absolutely amazing! I got the classic trio strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate and each scoop was generous and so satisfying. The whipped cream was one of the highlights: super addictive, fluffy, and it honestly tasted homemade. The churro, though, really stole the show soft, warm, and absolutely worth it. The banana was also a nice touch, and I appreciated that they used a full-sized one instead of a small piece. If I had one tiny critique, I would have loved a bit more texture maybe some peanuts or crushed nuts for a crunch. They did offer toppings like Oreos or Fruity Pebbles, but I passed since it felt like a little too much for me. A drizzle of chocolate syrup would've been the perfect finishing touch. That said, the overall experience was fantastic. Service was fast and efficient, and the staff were super friendly. The ambiance felt fun and whimsical, almost like a circus theme, with colorful and thoughtful décor that really fit the vibe. A fun, delicious, and memorable treat I'll definitely be back! read more

11/7/2025 It was Friday night and I just got to the Cave from work. We were craving something sweet and started the Google search for anything close that sounded remotely good. That was a fail. And then someone whispered ... FUNNEL CAKE. I mean where on a Friday that wasn't a fair around me was going to serve me some funnel cake. The whispering kept getting louder so naturally my fingers started typing "Funnel cake near me" At that moment is when Endless Summer Sweets appeared on my screen. Am I getting catfished? I quickly searched for them on Google hoping not to see the "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" when I clicked the business. OMGeezy .. they are still open. But in Berkeley, CA. What the heck. All the way from Vacaville, CA? Can I do it? Hell yea .. I did. And oh boy was I a happy camper. Made the trek to the East Bay around 6 PM on a Friday afternoon. Now y'all Bay Area peeps already know, trying to go down 80W on a Friday during commute hours is insane, but hey .. when someone whispers FUNNEL CAKE in your ear hole .. you get the moving. I AM SO HAPPY WE WENT. Yes, I capped you. I mean .. I wish I could've gotten one from every item on the menu, but I couldn't, not on the first go .. or can I? I didn't, lol .. what I did get was a regular funnel cake (2 please) and a strawberry cheesecake caramel apple. Holy moly ... best decision I made in my life .. well at that time. FUNNEL CAKE It was warm, crispy on the outside, chew in the inside and showered in that white dust of sugar. #nomnomnom The portion was average size and it was amazing until the last bite. STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE CARAMEL APPLE Crispy, delicious green apple used. Perfect blend of crushed strawberry, graham cracker and white chocolate. It came already cut and ready to be eaten. I'm sure if you wanted it whole, they would've given it to you like that. BRICK AND MORTAR Styled so cute, loud and inviting. Little store front but boy it packed a punch with their menu. Tucked in a little strip, some parking in the front, but we ended up circling the block 3 times before we parked up the street in the High School parking lot. (No I do not recommend parking there, but it was what it was). All in all, whether I am in the area or not, definitely coming back here, cause that's what we do when we fiend for funnel cake in the middle of Autumn. read more

Man, what a find! Tucked into a little urban storefront on Shattuck in downtown Berkeley, this place is all satisfaction. It's all the carnival food that is fond memories and nostalgia, but done really well. The veggie corndog first. It's hard to find a good veggie corndog, even among places that are really proud of their corndog game. You know the type. The establishments that are wearing a fedora with a stubbly goatee, but they look surprisingly fit for an older gent. You know that gleam in their eye tough. "You should check out our corndogs." Well, this one started off of the right foot, using Fieldroast brand for the inner veggie sausage. Delicious, high quality, and not cheap! The corn batter was actually perfect though. There are so many ways it can go wrong. Too thick or thin, too oily, undercooked because the fry wasn't hot enough, burnt, foul oil, etc. This place was legit, though, and their batter was sweet, chewy, and perfect. I sprung for the combo meal with some garlic cheese fries, and that was a huge portion of fries. The garlic was really perfectly piquant, but I didn't actually need the cheese. Had to leave some cheesy soldiers behind, and I'm sure that will haunt me long unto my grave, or at least until I'm hungry again, in a few days... The ambiance was trying a bit to hard for carnival joy, while the small interior actually may've been better appointed like a small cafe. I don't need the touchscreen menu ordering... the veggie corndog wasn't actually on the touchscreen anyway. The funhouse mirror was cool, and watching the delighted kids tripping out was great. -1 star for the oscillating neon sign. The flashing light was bright enough to subtly change the color of the page of the book I was reading, and that was going to give me a migraine if I stayed. Workers were super nice! Everyone in there was jubilant! I recommend and can't wait to go back! read more

Spent $44 on a corndog combo and funnel cake. Plus added $5 tip. No problem - food truck pricing at car show event in Alameda, I was fine with it. Waited quite a while for my order while there was no line. To top it off, after I got my food, I got chased down by staff and accused of not paying for the funnel cake. Asked them to check the receipt and they quickly switched up into just "letting me have it". Bizarre. read more

If you're looking to satisfy a churro craving, then this place is it. For the price of 1 Disney churro, you get three 7-8 in long churros that are warm, crispy, and delicious. I can't speak on any other food, but this place has all the classic fair foods at pretty much the same prices. Corn dogs, fried Oreos and Twinkies, or caramel apples, they got it. Small place and the churros were quick, about 2 minute wait with a friendly staff. Check them out. read more

Called Endless Summer Sweets for a reason! Everything was so sweet and very pricey-- but the staff were very nice and the seating area was pretty chill for a conversation and eating. We got a deep fried Oreo (2), sundae (9), 3 churros (7). My friend loved the deep fried Oreo and said it was pretty doughy and good! There's also a deep fried Oreo sundae with 4 deep fried Oreos for cheaper so if you're super into them, check that out. I liked the strawberry ice cream as the ice cream bits slapped, but the cream and the drizzle was too much for me. We also removed the peanuts since my friend had a peanut allergy. The churros were good though! They were phat! Probably wouldn't come back as it was way too sweet for our palette but it was def worth a try! read more

If you don't have high blood pressure or diabetes, then come here. Otherwise, consumer beware. They sell great size portions and offer an array of various things. As soon as you walk-in, you can smell fried things and sugar. There's a small seating area inside, but it gets hot. I ordered the churro sundae with strawberry topping. The churro was warm and cinnamon sugar was generous, but it was too thick for my liking. The strawberry topping was on the top and bottom which was nice. The soft serve was average. The BF got the oreo topping with his and it literally was halved oreo cookies placed around the soft serve swirl lol. We all thought the oreo topping would be like other places, the oreo crumbles. My friend got a mini funnel cake with strawberries and whipped cream which smells delicious and tasted just the ones you get at the fair. Definitely a must order if we come here again. They also serve food or "junk" food if you like that. I heard their corn dogs are pretty fire too. Nice place to have different options, but definitely a treat and not something for the every day diet. read more

It's been freezing lately in the Bay Area, and I've been craving all the carnival food from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Luckily, I found @Endless_Summer_Sweets_, which serves the best carnival snacks made with the freshest ingredients. I started with their most popular dessert--the Extreme Fruity Pebbles Funnel Cake--topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a crown of Fruity Pebbles caramel apple. It was over the top but absolutely delicious! Perfect for sharing between two to three people. I also tried the spiral potatoes topped with Hot Cheetos--crispy, flavorful, and addictive. The cheese dog was incredible, with a legit cheese pull, and the nachos were just as tasty. I love that everything is made fresh daily--the only thing frozen is the ice cream! Amazing!!!! I got the fruity pebbles funnel cake and it was delicious!!! Definitely recommend for desserts.

We got an order of their hand dipped hot link corn dog, and it was better than any fair corn dog I've ever tasted! I'm also a huge funnel cake fan, so I had to get one of those, and they give you THE WORKS! Warm made to order funnel cake with house made whipped cream, fresh strawberries, toped with deep fried oreos, all decorated in some powder sugar! They even have a selection of Carmel apples, and the strawberry cheesecake apple might just be my favorite thing I had. I was addicted I could not stop eating it. All this food paired perfectly with their freshly squeezed lemonade that they make in house as well, and you can just tell by how good it is that they make it themselves. For those of you celebrating valentine day this place is the perfect spot to pick your partner up a sweet treat like their chocolate covered strawberries! Even the popcorn was fresh and delicious! read more

This place has alright pastries and desserts, but the customer service here is horrible if you have an incident with your food, whether it be customer service related or food safety related (allergies). I had ordered a strawberry funnel cake and an order of churros. I had completely got a different order which was two banana funnel cakes. I would've been great with the banana funnel cakes, but I am allergic to bananas. I relayed this to the supervisor Carlos, unfortunately, Carlos is no help at all and quite horrible at his customer service! He really doesn't need a job in customer service or management! This establishment will not accommodate you whatsoever!!!! If you have an incident with your order with this business, you might as well contact your bank and dispute the transaction if you have a discrepancy with your order. Was with the ms and she said she's heard about this place. We just so happened to be in Berkeley so we decided to stop by. Nice little shop vibrant with colors. You can order by kiosk or they will take it. So we settled on a churro with soft serve ice cream in a cup. But their soft serve machine was not working, so it was 2 hands scoops of vanilla ice cream with double serving of Oreos. She got a corndog as well. I got an all beef grilled hot dog with caramelized onion, roasted bell pepper, shredded jack cheese and bacon. The churro was nice with the contrast of Oreos and vanilla ice cream. Went here, people wearing Crocs and brand new flawless Air Jordans smelling like high quality green if you know what I mean. Some with kids, some in sweats. Some UC Berkeley students there also. No healthy food here, it's all Carnaval food like funnel cakes, corn dogs, and fried Oreos. And that's ok, sometimes you want sweets. Sometimes you want to have fun. Man working at register was very professional, informative and friendly. You can tell he cares about his job and his customers and wants to make sure everyone gets what they want. People order big here. Very common for customers to get big bags of food with multiple items. Store located on Shattuck avenue and I found parking nearby. On to the juicy details. I got the churro in a cup of soft serve with strawberries. The churro was fried up fresh. It was great. I'm going to have to go ahead and give them five stars and I look forward to my next visit. I better get some new Jordans to fit in with the cool customers who shop here. read more

I love caramel apples - the combination of tart, sweet and salty is so good. I can usually only find caramel apples at tourist locations, particularly amusement parks and seaside towns, so this makes caramel apples and Endless Summer Sweets a particular treat.
