Stopped by on a Sunday morning for a quick meal and coffee. Wanted to try this place out since I've been seeing people post about it on yelp and social media! Name another place that has decent coffee lattes and drinks for under $4!! Everything here is a great deal and tasty also! I got the chicken pesto panini and it was pretty good! They seem to use the same chicken for the sandwich as the Hainan chicken. I also got a cinnamon honey latte. It was good but a little too sweet for my liking so just remember to ask for sugar adjusted if you don't like things too sweet, that was my fault I forgot to specify. My husband ordered a smoked salmon breakfast sandwich and he enjoyed that as well! They even gave us a complimentary pastry on the house because we spent over $10! First time staying in the Monrovia/Arcadia area and wow.. what a hidden gem! Always try local coffee spots on trips and this one might just be the best I have had in a while. The matcha was perfectly sweet and earthy, and the Vietnamese coffee was nice and strong. My girlfirned's tiramisu latte was just... sublime. Perfectly mixture of flavors, their coffee has a nice strong flavor while also being smooth and delicious. Also got the breakfast sandwich, can't go wrong especially for these prices, and a croissant to top it all off. All these items came out to just about $20!! That's just a steal, all these drinks and food for about the cost of 2 matcha's and one of these new spots popping up everywhere. The most amazing service, food is extremely reasonably priced as well as the drinks. I really enjoy the chai latte as it is not too sweet, and it has a lot of flavor. I also really enjoy the chicken pesto Panini and I think that three dollars for a sandwich is way beyond reasonable. I can no longer go back to Starbucks after having this place. Newly eatery that just opened in the borders of Monrovia/Arcadia. I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich & the Vietnamese iced coffee. The owners said that the Hainan chicken will take about 30 minutes to be ready. I didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes for a dish, next time. The food was quick, tasty & affordable. I don't know how they do it, but their prices are excellent and the portions are sizable. I got a matcha latte, tiramisu latte, smoked salmon sandwich, and a egg & cheese croissant sandwich. Honestly, if I'm going to vouch for a cafe in LA, this is most definitely the one. I truly think this is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. They have the best prices compared to any other cafe I've been to and it doesn't compare. I had their tiramisu latte for $4 and not only was the drink delicious, but they also give a cup that would be at least double the price somewhere else. During a different time, I decided to try their Hainan chicken rice that was only for $10 and it was great! I'm so glad this new coffee spot opened up in my area! It's run by (from what I can tell) a group of young Asian American owners, and they're off to a great start. I love supporting our fellow young Asian American community, so this place already has a special spot in my heart. I've tried both the tiramisu latte and the vanilla latte. The tiramisu latte is tasty but a little too sweet for my liking, while the vanilla latte is perfect -- just the right balance. They have plenty of other drink options, but when I find something I like, I tend to stick with that. I've driven past this place so many times and it's been great seeing business pick up. A cozy little shop with a lot to offer! The chicken pesto sandwich was freshly made with rich pesto balanced with warm cheese, chicken, and tomato. Soo good. My sister got the salmon sandwich and really enjoyed it. It's crazy that we also ordered two drinks (the tiramisu latte is amazing) and it was only $20! And on top of that 2 free pastries for spending over $10. It's so rare to find kindness, quality, and generosity all in the same place in this economy. Friendly service too! My wife and I just went, she got a latte, I got a Vietnamese iced coffee and we split a breakfast sandwich. Everything was really good! The staff was kind and the prices are beyond reasonable. This little hole in the wall was such a good find. Tucked into the part of Arcadia past the 210 freeway, the shop was filled with people by the time we got our order. Our drinks came out within 5 minutes after ordering, the guy who took our order was also making it. Tiramisu latte tasted very much like I was biting into a tiramisu with the cream top being mascarpone and the heavy dusting of cocoa powder. Perfection! Though we would've preferred the Dalgona whipped coffee to be slightly stronger. Just give it a really good mix before you take a sip! We really can't complain when the coffee is $4!! Also got a homemade blueberry muffin, can't beat the price of $1.75 . We'd go here again to try other drinks and other pastries, maybe their sandwiches as well. The parking isn't hard to find either, it was a Sunday and the lot in the back had a couple spots open. There's also parking on the street nearby. Amazing find overall! read more

I am sorry to say the Hainan Chicken rice is not something I will recommend at all, even with that amazing price. Especially if you are specifically looking for that, it is really far from what it is. However, the blueberry muffin will be something out of this world. By far the best muffin out there! Cute little place right across from the Dollar Tree. The prices can't be beat! And the food was good too. The whipped coffee was my favorite. Will have to go back for that. Interior- There is no interior. Whole place is size of my master bathroom. Outside had one table set up. Food- Blueberry muffin was semi-sweet and was loaded with plump fruit. Excellent. Amazing cafe with shockingly great prices and DELICIOUS drinks. I noticed this place opened up near me, and when I saw the prices I could not believe my eyes. $4 for coffees and other wonderful drinks!! The matcha is so good and I love the tiramisu latte too. I have tried many other cafes and this has got to be my favorite. I always leave a tip when I visit because for prices like these, they deserve tips. The pastries and sandwiches are also so so delicious. My favorite are the muffins and spinach danish. This is my first ever review and i'm not a yelp person so you know that says a lot.
