Caramel Frappe add one shot expresso
Ann M.

Stopped by and ordered a caramel frappe through their kiosk. The drink was just okay. It was more watery than icy, and the flavor tasted more like regular coffee. I was hoping for a thicker, blended texture with a stronger caramel flavor. The mini muffins for $1.50 were cheap, too! You can definitely tell the prices are budget-friendly. There isn't much seating available, but I can see why this place is always busy. The low prices are probably a big draw for customers. Overall, it's an affordable spot if you're looking for something inexpensive, but don't expect anything too fancy. You get what you pay for! Can't wait to try their other fruit drinks!

The word is out this place is doing steady business! I'm so glad because no one else sells $4 drink!!! Tried the tiramisu latte it was so good. Ordered to go tuna melt, beef burrito and my go to chicken panini pesto sandwich. I would order the chicken panini again and again it's super delicious. My husband agreed. It's only $5.99 So sorry only a photo of the tuna i ate in the car and my drink.

This small coffee shop is open daily 7am-4pm Went on a Friday right when they open and was surprised it was pretty busy but not a long wait at all surprisingly Upon arrival, you just place your order using the self-service kiosk, which makes ordering super easy and convenient! Inside is small so not really a good study spot Service was very friendly and welcoming. Pricing is so unbelievably reasonable! Lattes are only $3.75 & muffins are only $1.50! Got a Tiramisu Latte and it was creamy and delicious! The cream top wasn't too heavy with cream and wasn't too thick in consistency. It wasn't too sweet and stuffed with too much ice. The coffee wasn't too strong or bitter, which made it very enjoyable. The Chicken Pesto Panini ($5.99) was so fresh! It wasn't too overly greasy and it was perfectly toasted. Inside had very fresh ingredients. The chicken was plentiful and not too dry or bland. Loved how delicious and packed with flavor it was! Definitely recommend and will be returning!

#38 in my SOCAL COFFEE SHOP SERIES This place is now on the maps because of a popular TikTok video, and for good reason! The drinks and food here are delicious, the pricing is extremely affordable, and the service is great! This is definitely a place that will be bringing regulars back time and time again. You definitely cannot beat their prices. I got a cookie butter latte for $4. It was a pretty solid latte, especially for the price point. Most of their drinks range from $2.50-$4 so I will be coming back to try more! They also have delicious muffins for $1.50 with flavors such as ube and matcha. Their ham and cheese croissant was only $2.50 too! The man that was helping me out was also extremely friendly. Luckily I went during a down time (1pm) and was the only one there. You can park on the street in front of the shop or the side street. It's a pretty small place, perfect for a to-go coffee.

Came back after a year, and was quite pleasantly surprised and happy! Prices still remained VERY competitive, and drink quality was quite good for the price. I think I just caught them at a bad time before when they just opened. I got their Tiramisu latte now a few times, half sweet and extra shot of espresso, and I really love it! I love getting their Ham and Cheese croissant with it (freshly toasted) all under $7 with the drink, a great deal for a solid breakfast. I tried their Ube muffin as well which was very flavorful. It also came free with a greater than ten dollar spend. Not everything is perfect. I'm not the biggest fan of the meat burrito (although still a solid value, and filling) or their Vietnamese coffee, but overall you can't beat their overall quality at this price point. The owner is also very hardworking. You can see his care into finishing each drink and food item nicely and personally hands it to you. Will be back. Happy to support a mom and pop business.

I heard that they serve affordable food and coffees and I didn't wait a second to get there. I ordered tuna melt which was a little on the oily side but for $4.99 it's really good. Cold brew had instant coffee flavor but again for $2.50?!?! You can't complain... I really appreciate the owner for serving food this affordable. Do not forget to tip!!!

Inside - Look at the pastries!

"Whhhhaaaaaatttt?" was the word I said out loud (and in my head) when I saw Yi's Cafe's prices. Takes me back to the early 2010s when prices were reasonable, and going out to eat wouldn't burn a hole in your wallet. Beautiful cafe drinks for under $4 and sandwiches under $6. Again, "wwhhhhaaaattt?" It is unheard of and unseen in this day and age. Boy I miss the living in the 2010s as a kid but I'll just come back to Yi's Cafe to be nostalgic then and enjoy their amazing prices and value. My fiancé and I felt like a simpleton that day so we went the basic route ordering a Cold Brew and their Hot Vanilla Latte, with a ham & cheese croissant to share. Came out to less than $15 for 2 drinks and a pastry. Again, unheard of in this day and age. And I should add - just as delicious, and it tastes even better with their prices. They have fresh baked muffins on display, and it was very tempting to look at, too. I can't wait to come back and try more pastries, and their cool drinks (e.g. Tiramisu latte, Dalgona Whipped Coffee, Lychee Rainbow Soda, etc)! There was only one man making all the orders. He is very efficient and friendly, too! He welcomed every customer in and had a very warm hello and goodbye - I appreciated that! A lot of the customers we saw go in and out seem like regulars too and knew the man by name. Loyal customers here! There are a couple of chairs inside and outside to sit. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty on Foothill Blvd or Wigwam Ave (the next mini street to the right). Needless to say, Yi's Cafe will be my fiancé and I's go-to spot for coffee and pastries now! We love to support a great local business that is honest with their prices, that's what everyone is saying here, and we gotta spread the word!

Iced Cookie Butter Coffee, Tiramisu Latte

There are not enough words in a Yelp review to say all I want to say about this place, but I'll give it a shot. Yi's Cafe is a spot on the corner of a street that is a bit unassuming, with just two tables and a bit of seating outside. But don't let that fool you, this is one of the best cafe experiences Arcadia, and even SoCal, have to offer! Even though it was my first time, it felt like I'd known Eric for years. His friendliness, down-to-earth style of handling things, and open communication about wait times were highlights of the amazing customer service here. We waited approx. 20 minutes for our food and drinks, and were offered two free pastries along with it. We got a banana chip muffin and a matcha muffin, both phenomenal quick bites that satisfied our cravings and hunger for a bit while we waited for our food. We ended up spending about $23 for two entrees, two drinks, and two muffins. The bang for your buck here is unbeatable. I've never seen anything like it. The two entrees we picked were Yi's Beef Burrito and the Chicken Pesto Panini. Both were delicious and hearty, feeling more like a nostalgic meal from back home than lunch out. The drinks are quite literally $4. $4 for a coffee nowadays is like winning the lottery on your first try. No better feeling. Both were amazing, with bold coffee flavors and strong notes of tiramisu and cookie butter. No notes at all. Overall, I think this place does exactly what it needs to. It's a small, corner shop-style cafe with an owner that cares about his customers, remembering "usual" orders and having conversations with them while making their drinks. He's patient, hardworking, and deserves all of the success he gets! I hope Yi's Cafe is around to stay, because I will definitely be back! 10/10.

Inexpensive, no-frills spot to get your caffeine fix and a meal for about $10 or less in 2026!! Wooh! I ordered the chicken panini for $5.99. I tempered my expectations and expected a mediocre sandwich due to the price of $5.99 but was pleasantly surprised to receive a hot, generously-filled sandwich all within 5 minutes! I ate outside at one of their two tables and noticed a handful of people come in to order their drinks. Will try one next time!

July 2026 Food/Pricing - Very reasonably priced drinks and food! The chicken pesto panini is our go to and only $5.99! Service/Ambiance - Small place but does have a few chairs inside. More chairs outside as well. The staff is always super nice! Parking - Street parking.

I think I've found my favorite local cafe! Yi's Cafe has amazing coffee and foods for an incredible price. I can't believe they are selling latte's for under $4, when most other places are charging almost double. I ordered the hainan chicken burrito and it was so flavorful and a very decent portion. It includes rice, scallions, cucumber, and Hainan chicken. The staff are super friendly as well, as they offered a free muffin when I came in. Plenty of parking in front of the store. I'm definitely going to become a regular here!

The service is quick and the prices are amazing! Had a chicken panini, a tuna melt, and ham cheese croissant and they were good! The tiramisu coffee was also so taste!

Service is good - staff were all friendly, willing to answer any questions you may have about their menu, and efficient. 1. Gula Aren Latte (5/5) Their signature latte drink that combines espresso, milk, brown sugar and cream top. The cream top was super smooth and cloud-like. The latte part was also smooth, creamy, and well-balanced. The flavor was very caramel-ly and creme brulee-like. I especially like that you can adjust the sweetness level on this drink. Even getting 25% sweetness did not result in compromise of the flavor. 2. Yuzu Espresso Tonic (4/5) This drink is a combination of yuzu, tonic water and espresso. They use real yuzu puree (not just syrup flavor) for the citrus sweetness, you get the fizz from the tonic water, and the roasted flavor from the espresso pour over. It's garnished with a slice of lemon/orange. It's a bit of an acquired taste, but it certainly is a refreshing drink. Will definitely be back.

It's nice to have a place where we can order our favorites and know we're going to enjoy them each time. What keeps us coming back is the consistency. Neither drink has felt like a hit-or-miss order, and that makes a difference when you're spending money on something you're looking forward to. The pricing is similar to other coffee shops in the area, so I wouldn't necessarily call it a bargain, but I'm happy to pay a little more for a drink that meets my expectations. I'd rather spend money on something I know I'll enjoy than take a chance and leave disappointed. Overall, Tekosu is an easy choice for us. Unfortunately, the black tea tapiochi was a bit of a letdown. I was hoping for a more pronounced tea flavor, but I couldn't detect any tea notes at all. It was a little too sweet for my liking. My daughter ordered the Popcorn Milk Tea with brown sugar tapiochi. I took a sip and could taste a subtle hint of popcorn, which was definitely interesting and unique. However, I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. That said, this is probably more of a personal preference, as I generally gravitate toward simpler, less sweet drinks rather than overly complex flavor combinations. Staff was extremely friendly and patient with me while I took my time to decide what k want to order. They had samples for us to try which was very much appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed the Calamansi Oolong Tea and appreciated the creativity behind their menu. I just wish the tapiochi had a more distinct tea flavor and wasn't quite so sweet. I'd definitely consider coming back for the calamansi oolong.

My momma, my sisters, and I have always said the further you get away from San Diego, the worse the Mexican food gets! LOL! And I'm sorry, but it's usually true! Now, they definitely cook a little differently than my family does, so I'm assuming they're from a different region of Mexico than where our family comes from. BUT DAMN DUDE!!! These chilaquiles were SO FREAKING GOOD!!! The flavors, the sauces, everything! I sat there thinking, where the heck has this place been hiding?! And I'm not even exaggerating when I say I would drive all the way back here JUST to eat these chilaquiles again! Whoever is back there cooking, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!! BRAVO!!!
