The broth selection was organized on large signs for several levels of spice and several non-spicy options. I was impressed with the amount of unique food selections like frog legs! And a few other things I haven't seen before. The bowls seem slightly deeper so you will tend to fill it a bit more. They have a rewards system similar to Big Way where you put your phone number.
