I am frustrated that I was robbed once and you want to rob customers by you charging $95 to make a trip to the location on top of the exorbitant prices to have a lock replaced, without even being able to give an estimate. I would think a professional would have a clue to what these things cost. So for me, Yes Locksmith is NO!! NO!! NO!! I am not taking out my anger on you as I was robbed over the weekend. I didn't want the locks installed for free. I wanted a quote which you were unable to give even a ball park figure. So go on and respond to this and then again and again. I discovered YES Locksmith on a Yelp search and was impressed with all their five-star reviews. I called and immediately reached Ramon, who asked me to text him a photo of the door I wanted a replacement lock for. I texted it to him that night, and he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate and was available for the time I wanted a couple days later (today). He showed up a minute early and got straight to work, moving steadily and efficiently. When he was finished, he pointed out a groove he had created to ensure that the lock would be smooth, not sticking. Of course, that's how it is supposed to work, but a more careless person might have thought good enough was good enough. Ramon obviously wanted it to work optimally. The day before, I had asked whether he could make eight sets of the new key and how much that would cost. He said eight copies was no problem and that he throws all copies of the keys in for free.
