We always have a great time at Yard House, especially with their super fun half yard-sized beers. Their menu has just about everything on it from burgers to poke salad, and it all tastes great. The wings are decent, but our favorite app is the brussel sprouts. It can get a little loud being a sports bar, but other than that I don't think it's possible to have a bad time here

A fantastic restaurant downtown with a lively atmosphere and fantastic service! The food is always great and the drinks expertly crafted. The chicken tenders, sliders, and Cobb salad are my go to's here along with Old Fashioned's.

There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but with homecoming going on and the Mariners game playing on the TVs, it was completely understandable. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Nile, who was friendly, funny, and really knew the menu well enough to help answer any questions we had. We shared a few laughs with her throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy and surprisingly romantic, especially considering how many TVs were around. We were seated in a great spot, quiet enough to talk comfortably but close enough for me to catch glimpses of the game. We started with the firecracker shrimp, which came with a rice cake on the bottom, something I'd never tried before but really enjoyed. My wife went with the Shiitake garlic noodles, and I ordered the Nashville hot chicken. Both were delicious, though I would've liked mine a little spicier. It would have been nice if they offered different heat levels. Overall, we had a great time. The food was solid, the vibe was perfect, and Nile's great service really stood out. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Stopped by Yardhouse on 4th Ave in Seattle for my birthday, and it was such a great pick. We tried a couple local beers, which were really good. For food, my partner had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with house fries, and I went for the Nashville hot chicken and sweet potato pancakes - they both were absolutely delicious. The pancakes had a hint of cinnamon, the Nashville hot chicken was juicy, and the honey hot sauce with pickles and ranch was great. The best part was when our bar server noticed it was my birthday when she checked for our IDs and surprised me with an Oreo brookie with vanilla icecream at the end of our meal. It came with a candle and happy birthday written on the plate. That definitely was a sweet touch and really made my day. This was my third time at Yardhouse, and it's consistently been a fun spot with great food and drinks. We didn't have a reservation and were able to sit at the bar quickly, which was super convenient. If you're celebrating something or just want a casual spot with friends or family, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Came here on an annual weekend trip for week 3 of the Seahawks game. Love how Seattle has so many great places to eat and drink. Both franchised, local mom and pop shops etc. my group stayed at a hotel nearby, and yelped some spots for lunch, not realizing that as many times as I've stayed downtown; never noticed the Yard House on 4th street. Great location and close to our hotel as well as Pike's place market. Upon entrance we were greeted and seated right away. Huge round signature bar like all the other Yard Houses I've been to. Great vibes and prompt service. We did a couple rounds of beers with our food. Everyone ordered something different and all of us were satisfied with the quality. I ordered their BBQ bacon cheeseburger with fries and it didn't disappoint. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here in the future!

Its been years since I worked dt & visited the Yard House! Coming in during a football Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, the mood was festive & spirited, to say the least. However just like I remember - busy vibe, make a reservation (or if you walk in, you may need to wait awhile but it goes quickly!) We sat in the bar area and even though we were in an intimate setting, watching the game while catching up was an ease. We came just for drinks, which were the sangria and the old 43 - both drinks, we couldn't complain. Our server was attentive and checked on us often despite the busy vibe of the place, which was surprising yet well received:)

The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, drawing inspiration from American cuisine with fusion elements. This is my second time visiting The Yard House 1501 4th Ave, Seattle,Wa 98101. I find this location to be lively and welcoming. It has a nice vibe with friendly staff. To start off with apps, we ordered the Poke Nachos, didn't know that was a thing, I have to say that they were amazing. Comes with marinated raw ahi, crispy wontons, avocado, serranos, white truffle sauce, sweet soy ginger sauce, sriracha aïoli, cilantro, green onions, nori, and sesame seeds. The small plates brought to the table had what appeared to be pieces of avocado on them, I asked the gentleman who brought out the food if he could replace them. He chose to try sort through them it find a clean one. All three had stuff on them. I had to inform him that they are all dirty and to please replace them. I ordered the Cobb Salad, our server asked if I'd like a protein, of my two options of chicken, I chose the Blackened chicken. I recommend that you don't, the piece I was served was of ample size, yay. The down side was that it was inedible, one bit of and I knew I couldn't eat it. It tasted burnt, was dry and clearly was prepared in advance. I informed Jesse how bad it was and he made all the efforts to rectify the issue, he removed it from the bill. The rest of the meal and service was fine, I found that the section we were seated to be very dark, loud and slightly cramped. The folks leaving their booth were right upon me, I was bumped, grazed as they were passing to exit. If the place was packed I could understand. Overall, I had a good time at Yard House, its location is prime for a sit down meal or drink. Perfect for folks doing the tourist attractions. It's a couple of minutes walk to Pike Place Market.

Very loud and extremely packed. The atmosphere was one of controlled chaos. Food was okay, service was perfunctory and brusque bordering on rude. They have an impressive beer collection and decent appetizers. Pretty average dining experience.

First time visit. Heading to an event at Paramount Theater. Waiter was fun and engaging and gave us some excellent recommendations for appetizers. I highly recommend the Chicken Nachos! I had. House Hazy IPA which was excellent. Another table member had a Peach Cider which was sweet, bubbly and very good. I love the bar with at least 30+taps(?) so plenty of choices to go around. I highly recommend Yard House. Great food, drinks and awesome ambience (it is louder than average for sure)!

Came here with a friend for cocktails and nachos. They have a good bar menu with plenty of drinks to choose from. I love the nachos because they are pretty big with a good variation of toppings. You could easily feed 2-4 people without the need for other food. The service however, is lacking. Pretty slow and inattentive. After finishing our food and drinks we paid on the kiosk at the table and left. Ambiance is kind of like a big sports bar. Dark, lots of TV's. Good place to watch sports. I would come back...but just don't expect great service.

First time here. The menu has a good variety. We had a party of 13 so we called ahead to reserve a table, glad we did. The beer menu is great and the service was good. My only issues was I asked for no beans with the tacos I ordered and I got beans. Sports bar atmosphere, can get loud but wasn't too bad

Yard house was a fun experience and the food was pretty good. They had a lot of vegetarian and vegan options which was nice and they flavored the dishes well. The location is great and the environment was lively but the food was a bit pricey for the portion sizes. The service was friendly and overall the experience was good but would be a lot better if the portion sizes were a tad bigger for the price.

Ask the Community - Yard House

Do they have the game audio on for Seahawks games?

Yes, but the crowd makes it unintelligible

Is this 21+ only?

No. They have a kids menu on their website

Is dog allowed here?

Doubtful, as I've never seen one in here. This is a higher end place that gets VERY crowded after work. You can call and ask... Even if they did allow though, it would be unwise to take them here unless you like risking your dog's well being.

One member of the group is vegetarian, hence a reason why we ended up going to a vegetarian restaurant for our first meal during our trip. Blossom Vegetarian is located on the southwest corner of 3rd and Burnett. We came in three cars, and the lot immediately in front of the restaurant can only hold about a dozen cars. The adjacent lot has more spots, but all three of us were able to find spots easily when we arrived. That's likely because we had arrived a few minutes prior to opening, so the door was locked when I tried to open it. Right at 11 AM, an employee came out with a signicade to place in front of the front door. Shortly afterwards, we entered and sat at a table for 8, which I found kind of odd because they had tables of 4 and 8, but not 6. Our table had a sign advertising a limited time special, which was Hanoi Beef Fried Rice at the time*. However, we were interested in the lunch specials, which were available weekdays from 11 AM to 2 PM. Knowing that our schedule wouldn't have allowed for a lunch special any other time during our trip, we went for lunch specials, which mainly consists of rice combos. Rice combos at Blossom Cafe come with rice, either jasmine or brown, the latter of which would incur a $1 upcharge. The combo also includes an option for a juice or coffee, and if you choose either, you get $1 off. With plenty of rice combos to choose from, two of them chose the same lunch combo while the rest of us went with different lunch combos, but shared family-style with one another. I chose the Blossom Rice Combo, which consists of shredded "pork", tofu pie, "beef" skewer, and vegetables alongside a lime vinaigrette dressing. I'm not too certain of the other combos, but I do know that the Cashew Chicken was another combo, and that's because one of my groupmates heard it was their most popular dish. Since I prefer brown rice over white (jasmine) rice, I opted for the $1 upcharge for the brown rice. Between the coffee and the juice, I went with a coffee since I was needing some after a long morning of traveling. They have four choices of Vietnamese Coffee: Cheese Cafe, Cafe Latte, Dalgona Cafe, and Cafe Sua. I went with the Cafe Latte, which consists of both condensed and whole milk. The coffee drinks can come either hot or iced. For whatever reason, everybody else ordered the iced drinks, but I went with hot knowing I'd have to brave the pretty chilly weather outside. It took about 13 minutes for the kitchen to prepare our orders, and then we feasted! The coffee was ready about a minute before the main dishes arrived. Everything tasted good, but I wouldn't say great, though that's probably because I'm not vegetarian. However, rest assured that all their meats aren't real meat, and this is indicated by the use of quotation marks encompassing the meat names. You can definitely tell these meats are truly vegetarian, though it took a few bites for me to discern the vegetarianism of the "beef" skewer. The brown rice tasted kind of odd. I don't quite know how to describe it, but it was way different than the brown rice I'm used to e.g. Flame Broiler. The rice tasted pretty meh by itself, but exhibited a much more elevated flavor profile after adding the lime vinaigrette, which I'm thinking was actually a fish sauce. But that Cafe Latte was smoooooooooooth. Just what I needed after not getting enough z's the previous evening. Since I ordered mine hot, my coffee came in a mug while the others who ordered iced coffee got theirs in a wine glass. These coffees supplemented the glasses of water we were given when we placed our orders. Service, unfortunately, was quite slow, so exercise patience! We were the first customers to eat there, and there were a few others who came in after we did. We stayed there for over an hour even though I think we could have gotten in and out in much less time. They didn't really check on us even though there were very few other customers inside as well; I guess we were supposed to proactively go up to the counter to let them know when we were ready to order as well as pay. 2026 calendars were available for purchase at a cost of $20, cash only. I don't know how many people would constitute a "large" party, but we were considered one, which resulted in an 18% gratuity fee that was already added to our individual bills. One of our groupmates, who was fluent in Vietnamese, needed to let the server know prior to paying. So overall, Blossom Vegetarian is a decent spot for vegetarians; I just wouldn't recommend for a quick lunch break since service is nowhere near as quick. * My visit was back in November. I waited until January to post this review as I took a brief hiatus from posting reviews upon traveling to the Pacific Northwest.

From that first dish, we knew that this fresh, foraged menu was going to be something different. The rest of the night was one knockout showcase of seasonal farm to table masterpieces to the next. The entire presentation was delivered by attentive wait staff putting on what felt more like a well-rehearsed play with each act starting with a wickedly creative, hand-crafted drink pairing (non alcoholic for us, but you can get wine, cider, or a cocktail) before each course. The whole vibe isn't pretentious or bourgeois; it's grateful. Everyone there including the chefs know there isn't anything like this in the city, much less the state. It was one of the more pleasant restaurant guest audiences I've ever been around too. It felt like all the nice people in the city decided to meet, so this 5-star review is for our fellow diners too. The only thing missing was a moment for the chefs to take a bow at the end, but instead they sneaked out the door, off to wherever superfoodie heroes go after a night of saving palates. #salute.

My sister and I dropped by spontaneously for weekend brunch (à Saturday korning around 9:30). There was a bit of a cluster of people waiting for tables, but they were larger groups and we were seated after about 10 minutes. We ordered cocktails while pursuing the menu. My sister enjoys their mimosas and I was curious about the "My name is Earl... Grey". Good choice - dangerously so. Smooth, flavorful, well balanced. Only a light perfume of Earl Grey. We shared our entrees: the harissa carrot hummus tartine and the roasted potato and scallion waffle. (Side note: we indicated our intention to the server, who thoughtfully brought extra plates so we could do that). The tartine was delicious. Just the right amount of spread on a thick slice of sourdough. It wasn't spicy at all; the sweetness of the carrots tempered the heat. A light sprinkle of romanesco and little cubes of feta finished it off. The waffle was a surprise. Crispy, savory, a whisper of sweetness, topped with a dollop of scallion butter. Unique and very flavorful. The homemade biscuit was large and easily shareable. The cappuccinos had a good, rich aroma. A double shot is the standard serving and had sufficient flavor and kick. There were so many interesting things in the menu, making it difficult to decide. I'll just have to come back.
