Chicken Grilled Chicken & Avocado Sandwich
Jasmyne V.

We just missed the happy hour tonight but I will be back for all those deals. Tonight's choice was a strawberry lemonade and the grilled chicken avocado sandwich and an upgrade to truffle fries. *thumbs up*

Came here for a marketing event, didn't get a chance to take pictures of the food because I was enjoying the event and getting to know other establishments. Yardhouse Riverside has a huge patio area for events and bigger crowds. The staff is always on point! Server Roy knows the menu and what good drinks to suggest. The happy hour menu is the best with the chicken nachos, sliders, and boneless wings to name a few. Happy hour is from 3-6 so don't miss out!

We came here during the time where certain appetizers are 1/2 off and what a great deal! Me and my friend were able to get a couple of apps to share. I decided to get a Moscow mule and it was so good! My friend got a watermelon margarita and she enjoyed her drink too! Our waitress was kind and attentive! We decided to get the poke nachos, mushroom pizza and wings! I also got wings and fries to go! They do charge full price if you take any food to go and that is understandable! It was also busy inside and I bet because this is such a great deal! There are many tables and booths! This place is great for large groups!

We went there with the whole fam, got a table for 12 and we're seated within 20 minutes. The waiter was nice and helpful, but there was some confusion when placing the orders. After finding a solution we all ordered what we wanted and waited. When our food got here, the accidently brought double orders, and it was a little mess for a bit trying to figure it out. But again we figured it out after a few minutes. It seems that this time a big party of 12 was tough to handle for the waiters. But the reason I give it a 4 stars is because they forgot the order of one of the family members. We all got our food, we all ate and he was still waiting for his order. The manager noticed it and said the order had gotten lost that it would be out shortly. Maybe an hour after we all ordered he got his food. The manager did say it was on the house due to the inconvenience. If it wasn't for the manager stepping in and placing the order on the house I would have given it a 3 star. So good in you management, fixed the issue. I would recommend this location, for smaller parties, as my first experience with a mid size party was a bit, tidious.

Hummus

Visited Yard House with my family for Mother's Day. I ordered the Shiitake garlic noodles and Hummus. The noodles had a lot of garlic and mushrooms and were perfect for my tastes. The pita bread for the hummus was delicious, but the hummus itself was too salty for this dish. The salsa matcha was a nice touch on top. Zak provided excellent and attentive service throughout our visit. One main issue was the cleanliness of our table. When we got seated, there were someone else's crumbs on the table, all of our cloth napkins looked like they had lint and crumbs all over them, and the wall had a bunch of stains, and dried water spots running down. It just felt really grimy so next time, we would pick a different establishment to celebrate mom.

Comfortable place for lunch. We were seated right away and had a great lunch. I ordered the Thai pork chop which came with much beautiful vegetables, there was a sweet spicy sauce to complement the plate. The pork chop was cooked a bit too well done for my taste, but it had very nice presentation with golden outer which allured me to forget about the dryness from inside. My daughter ordered her favorite pepperoni pizza. It was sufficient for two people- so we took left overs from both orders.

This spot has been around for years. It's always busy but we usually don't have to wait long to get seated. The service is usually pretty good, but this time it wasn't. The server seemed distracted so maybe he was just having a bad day. We ordered a coke, a beer, a mixed drink, and the spinachdip appetizerto start. The server never offered to refill the coke, and the beer took forever to get, then ended up being the wrong one. The mixed drink was good. They're all usually tasty with a nice variety to choose from. The spinach dip took forever to come out as well, but it'spretty good. The food is ok overall. Nothing really spectacular to speak of. I think our favorite thing about this place is that they play old school music videos on the dining room TVs. They have an outside patio, too, but it's pretty small and usually empty. But they're open late, so in a pinch, it'll do!

My review..My opinion..IJS.. Had to go back one more time!! My husband loves the garlic noodles.. My pork chop and mashed potatoes was good. Seasoning was on point. Mash needed some kind of sauce.. I've learned to order items that have to be cooked right then. The pizza was fresh & cheesy, the spinach dip was delicious!! Just a girl that loves real food!!!! My review..My opinion.. IJS

Great experience at the yard house today. The server was very friendly and attentive despite being busy. The food came out fast and fresh. Highly recommend this location.

Came in for lunch and, surprisingly, it wasn't too busy. I have to say this was the best Yard House experience I've ever had, and we're big Yard House fans. From the West Coast to New York City, we've tried many locations, but this one had the best food by far. The chicken nachos ended up being the highlight of the meal. I had the poke stack (which I thought had been taken off the menu but so happy to see back), and it was AMAZING. It could use some wontons or tortilla chips on the side, but the flavor was spot-on. My husband's chicken sandwich was great as well. The fries were less memorable, but everything else truly exceeded expectations. Our waitress was kind and overall it was a great experience and I will be back!

Me and my friend decided to stop by Yardhouse on Thursday for a good ol' Happy Hour. I think Yardhouse actually has a legitimate and pretty diverse happy hour where cocktails and wines are discounted AND a good set of appetizers are half off. In this economy...I need it. I ended up ordering one of their mocktails (Hibiscus Mule) and I wanted to add alcohol to it and they were very accommodating. For food I ordered the Poke Nachos which I get all the time because it's soooo good and the portion is perfect. Mini hack: get all the sauces on the side so you can add as much or as little as you want. I also ordered the boneless chicken wings because again...half off. You can get two flavors and I opted for Black Pepper Whiskey and Korean Chili Garlic. There's plenty of space at the bar to catch the game or if you're like me, catch up with your girlfriend and spill all the tea. It's a typical spacious American restaurant with great happy hour prices.

Always a good time at Yard House. We love coming here during happy hour and even though it's crowded the staff is friendly and will do their best to get you seated right away. Today we ordered the calamari (too much breading), poke nacho (very delicious and spicy), and lettuce wrap (contains chicken and tofu totally yum). Overall good time. Took forever to get our drinks and napkins but it finally came. Indoor ambiance is lively and has lots of tv monitors for viewing.

I can't recall having a wack experience at any Yard House whether it's Riverside, LB, Burbank or LA. Ken was our waitress and did a fine job with the orders. She was attentive and ensured our glasses were full. This was my first time having a burger, so I ordered the Whiskey & Aged White Cheddar. It came with "proprietary U.S.D.A. prime blend, whiskey glaze, aged white cheddar, crimini mushrooms, horseradish aioli. with house fries." I was craving mushrooms, so this was an excellent choice.

Lettuce wraps with Chicken. So good!!

The Yard House take Reservations pending on your party I believe it's 6 or more just call them and ask Thelma sort you out.

Hello do you still have bottomless mimosas on weekends?

Hey Shiela. We are not offering brunch or bottomless mimosas on the weekends at this time.

Yes. They do have an out door patio that gets service.

Can you accommodate 50 people for a dinner party in January?

Yes. Need to call in advance.

Is there a good amount of outdoor seating? Does it fill up quickly?

There's a good amount of outdoor seating, probably like a small restaurant. For how full the inside typically gets, I guess people don't bother to ask about the outside seating (or maybe just too preoccupied with other things). It is kind of in the…

I've eaten here a few times, but it has been a while since my last visit. I visited on a weekday…read morefor lunch. I was seated immediately and the server was at our table within a minute. This place is the same as other locations, clean, open, airy and just the right amount of noise that you don't feel out of place talking. The deviled eggs were delicious, I was about to order another one, but I wanted to make sure I had room for my meal. For my main entree, I had the Thai noodles. Overall, it is pretty good. My only qualm is that the chicken in it was pretty dry, and there was so much of it. Someone else had the Tex mex salad and they weren't a fan. Overall, I had a great experience, the service couldn't be better, the food was pretty good and I would be back. One weird thing that happened was that a couple people in our party got covered in a white lint on their dark clothing. We figured it was from the cloth napkins, but it wasn't a big deal.

We bring him here every year, and the staff is always extremely nice and treats him like an absolute king on his special day. If you're dining with your dog, you'll be seated on the patio, which makes it such a fun experience for both you and your pup! We've also dined here many times without our dog, and the service is always great and the food is consistently delicious. The grilled cheese is my personal favorite, and their margaritas are so good, too! Best rolls & best BBQ sauce!…read more Even though I don't eat meat, I love to come to Wood Ranch in Corona for their drinks, appetizers, and rolls. The berry smash drink is one of my top all time favorite drinks ever! If you're a fan of berries and sweet drinks, this is definitely one to try. There are not a lot of vegetarian options here, but that's obviously to be expected with a BBQ place, but I'm still able to make do with some of their appetizers. I love the buffalo cauliflower, spinach dip, and Caesar salad. When I did eat meat a couple of years ago, I tried their pork sliders, and they were melt in your mouth delicious. My friends and I love to come here for their drinks and rolls with a side of BBQ sauce to dip the rolls in. Their BBQ sauce is so amazing! The staff here is always very friendly and the restaurant is always very clean. They have a delicious butter cake that is served with ice cream on the dessert menu that I would definitely recommend as well.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT WOOD RANCH BBQ…read more On Sunday, October 18th, a friend and I stopped at Wood Ranch BBQ for a late lunch. Initially, the service was wonderful. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the experience took a very different turn once our food arrived. I ordered a rack of ribs with a baked potato, and my friend ordered a tri-tip salad with a baked potato. Shortly after eating, I began feeling nauseated and became so ill that I could only eat approximately a quarter of my meal. Within about 15 minutes of leaving the restaurant, my friend actually vomited in her car. Initially, we chalked it up to an unfortunate experience and moved on. However, after speaking with another friend, I decided it was important to notify the restaurant, not because I wanted anything in return, but because I felt they should be made aware of what happened so they could investigate and potentially prevent other patrons from having the same experience. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who assured me the manager would return my call on Wednesday. Almost a week later, I finally received a call. The manager began by apologizing for the delay in getting back to me. Unfortunately, that was about the extent of the apology. He proceeded to explain how they prepare their food fresh every day and essentially dismissed the possibility that our illness could have been related to our meal. He even acknowledged that he could understand why I might think we got sick from eating there, but insisted that couldn't have been the case. What was most disappointing was his complete lack of empathy. At no point did he say, "I'm sorry you had that experience," nor did he make any attempt to acknowledge our concerns or offer any accommodation. I explained to him that I wasn't calling to ask for a refund, a free meal, or anything else. I was simply trying to bring something to their attention because I genuinely didn't want other patrons getting sick. For perspective, I was so pleased with our waitress that I left her a generous tip despite feeling ill and barely eating my meal. She did her job exceptionally well, and I certainly didn't want her service to go unrecognized. However, the management response was an entirely different story. There are three things that left a lasting impression: 1. It took nearly a week for management to return my call. 2. There was no genuine apology or expression of concern for what we experienced. 3. There was an immediate effort to dismiss responsibility rather than simply acknowledge the concern and take it seriously. I understand that food-related illnesses can be difficult to pinpoint, and I'm not suggesting that the restaurant deliberately served us bad food. However, when two people become ill shortly after eating at the same establishment, I would think that warrants at least some concern and investigation. Customer service doesn't end when the food is delivered. How management responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern says just as much about a business as the service itself. Unfortunately, Wood Ranch BBQ has lost a customer. What could have been a simple conversation handled with a little empathy and professionalism turned into a very disappointing experience. Sometimes, all a customer wants is to be heard. Apparently, that was too much to ask.
