Sat quickly. They were very busy. Really cute place. Outside kind of area where they can open a few garage doors. Love that. Not fully outside. Ordered the edamame and an espresso martini. The martini was great. The edamame was just salted. Meh. My hub got the kurobuta burger. The spicy bacon on it was good... not much flavor otherwise. Fresh burger which is nice. I had the birria tacos. Spicy rice... yes spicy lol the tacos lacked flavor. I'd try it again though. Lots of beer and drink selections.

Busy restaurant with fully occupied tables. Visiting son and his wife. Yard House recently opened in Naperville. A welcome addition. My son had carna asada tacos, his wife had Jambalaya, husband had chicken tenders and I had a magnificent pork chop. It was tender and well cooked. We all enjoyed our food. Service was a little slow because it was busy. Noisy and a little expensive. An enjoyable meal overall.

Oh Yard House!!! The selection of foods is massive, but the quality is sub par. I suspect that this place is most desirable for beer lovers. If so, I completely understand. We joined the waitlist online on a Saturday night around 7:45pm. The wait time was about 30 minutes. Once we arrived, we waited about 20 more minutes. Once my friends and I were seated, we waited another 10-12 minutes for our waiter to show up. Our waiter Lexy, was bomb! This review does not reflect her service. Lexy was phenomenal!!! Lexy was honest about items in the menu that were popular and those that were not so popular. I ordered the pineapple chicken and sweet potato fries. The first set of fries were served cold. Lexy quickly took care of that! My husband ordered the 20oz Ribeye with broccoli. His first set of bróccoli was burnt, so we had to made a request to replace these as well. The pineapple chicken was phenomenal! The Firecracker Shrimp, salivating!! The ribeye was mediocre ‍. I wouldn't order a steak here if you are expecting STK and above. Expect Chilis instead. The ambiance is cute. Modern. It reminds me of a mid to upscale bar. I probably won't visit this location again on a Saturday night, but I will give it another try.

Came here for apps and drinks with friends after a class nearby. They have a GF menu that has quite a lot of options. I informed the server I was celiac/gluten free. I ordered the sunset sangria and we shared Miguel's queso dip with veggies. It was delicious and the server was excellent.

First time here with friends for lunch. Tried the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer and the cumin shrimp tacos which came on flour or corn tortillas or lettuce wraps which I got. Canes with a side of beans and rice. Super tasty, better than I thought. This is in the new Block 59 location in Naperville. So many good restaurants here. Known for its extensive beer menu, did not partake, friendly server and busy for Saturday lunch but still could hold a conversation. I'll be back.

First time here... and I'm incredibly impressed with everything!!!! We were able to enjoy their HAPPY Hour and let me tell you..unbelievable. From the service to the food- we will be regulars and back tomorrow!!! CJ led us in the right direction and knows how to make a great cocktail. Keep it up!!!

New location at Block 59 where we got in for the soft opening which was a really fun vibe. The area is very fun & the restaurant was very well thought out. We expected some minor issues which did happen but to be expected for a first night. All staff was very attentive to everything & the Managers were fantastic. Drinks were delicious and definitely something for everyone on the menu! Our food came out perfectly cooked & hot with my steak seasoned well & done exactly as ordered! Will be a frequent night out spot for me! Bonus, a cute ice skating rink between here & Cheesecake Factory next door. Bands & entertainment will be there in warmer months!

Good afternoon, Yelp. I finally had the chance to visit the Yard House in Naperville, and it was exactly what I expected. The server's vibe was great, and the atmosphere was very calm. The music really set the tone while I waited, less than six minutes, which was impressive. I ordered three appetizers and didn't even make it to the main dish because everything was so filling. Now I definitely have a reason to go back. Until next time, Yelp!

This is a new Yard House in Naperville. I was there today for a soft-opening. The service, food, and drinks were amazing. I used to travel for work to Denver. That was my go-to. Thomas and Kenzie were awesome at the bar. I highly recommend.

Yard House is a welcome addition for those who want options. A large drink and food menu provides you with plenty to choose from. A variety of beers, most however that are relatively local and ones that you've probably heard of before. However this Yard House is smaller in size compared to other locations with less square footage and less beers on tap. The location is convenient but the parking lot isn't exactly right outside the front door. The inside space definitely feels cramped compared to other locations. The service however is great with servers being attentive, talkative and knowledgeable about their beers. A taste of a beer is available and with bartenders who are willing to help you find something you'll like, Yard House is definitely making the customer experience a priority. However it's disappointing that this location is so small in square footage that it feels cramped. Also with less beers than other locations it makes me wonder who decided to change what was working at other locations. Less TVs at this location compared to other locations makes me think that this build was hurried with no research as to what other restaurants in the area offer. Yard House should have stuck to what they have done in other locations with a larger space, more TVs, and more beers. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is what makes this small, lacking enough TVs and too few beers location receive 5 stars.

Came to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon right around lunchtime. Restaurant was not packed but well occupied. We walked in and got a table for 2 right away. The ambience is like a sports bar. Many TV's well placed around the restaurant. Enjoyable atmosphere and not too noisy. We were pleasantly greeted and seated. Our server Silvia, who is a star, explained the dishes we were debating. She was very knowledgeable of their preparation which made it easier for us to choose. We decided on the 10 wings app with lemon pepper, the firecracker shrimp app, 20oz ribeye and the lobster garlic noodles. For drinks we had a Bloody Mary and a Lavender Lemon Drop using tequila instead of vodka. Bloody Mary was very tasty with candied bacon, olives and lime. If they added a celery stick it would've been perfect. Wifey loved the lemon drop. It came with an ice cube you normally see in an old fashioned. Lemon pepper wings were perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Could use more seasoning but were tasty. The firecracker shrimp was delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was on point! No sauce needed. It's not the best cut of meat, like you'd expect from a Ruth Cris, but definitely worth the price. Garlic noodles were very tasty also. They could cut back a tad bit on the oil used in their preparation. All in all, we enjoyed the service and the food. We will most likely return to try other menu items that look interesting.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, visiting about three times a month, and I always order the same thing: the Famous Chicken Gyro (#14, no tomatoes) with a fresh, made-to-order sack of fries. Until now, I have never had a problem. On 12/15 at approximately 5:10 PM, I came in and ordered my usual and dined in. When I bit into the gyro, after getting past the honey mustard, the chicken was hard, crusty, and completely dried out--clearly overcooked from sitting too long on the rotisserie. While disappointing, I didn't make a big deal out of it. I finished my fries, which were still hot and fresh, and calmly showed the cashier the gyro. I spoke quietly and respectfully and explained that the chicken wasn't good. She was polite and said they would remake it. I thanked her several times and explained that I normally don't complain, but I was hungry and on a short lunch break. I asked if I could take the replacement to go since I was running late. As I grabbed my jacket and returned to the counter, I overheard the cashier telling the two cooks something along the lines of, "It's not like that--he's a nice guy and comes here all the time." I took this as her trying to explain that I wasn't trying to get free food, just that the gyro had been poorly prepared. When I returned to work and opened the replacement gyro, I was shocked. There was a broom bristle placed inside the chicken gyro, hidden under a large amount of honey mustard. I have spent a significant amount of money at this business over the years, and I am beyond angry and disappointed. Putting what appears to be a dirty broom bristle--used to clean floors--into a customer's food is unacceptable, unsanitary, and malicious. Because of how this was handled and how I was treated, I will never return. I am filing complaints and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware. This is not about a bad gyro--it's about employee behavior and food safety, and I hope ownership takes this seriously.

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I ordered my usual porterhouse cooked medium and smothered with "the works." I was already fairly full after the appetizers and salad, so I only had a few bites of my entrée at the restaurant. The bites I did have were noticeably tough and gristly, but I didn't think too much of it at the time and decided to take the rest home. The next morning, when I tried to have some for breakfast, I found the steak to be extremely tough--so much so that I could barely cut into it. The pieces I attempted to eat contained a significant amount of gristle and were too tough to chew. It was very disappointing, especially since I have been coming to Texas Roadhouse for many years and have never had an experience like this before. As loyal customers, we've always enjoyed the quality and consistency of our meals, which is why this visit stood out so negatively. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding this matter.
