We ordered the egg rolls, Buffalo Blasts, and buffalo wings, and honestly, all the food was good! Everything was enjoyable, and we had no complaints about what we ordered. The bartender was okay. He seemed a little overwhelmed and busy, but he wasn't rude or unfriendly. He even took the time to recommend a few drinks for us to try, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience! We ate here on 10/21/26 for my son's birthday. He had never been to a Cheesecake Factory before and wanted to try it. We couldn't have been any more impressed. We started with the Egg Roll Sampler, Calamari, and Fried Mac & Cheese Balls. Any one of those could have gone horribly wrong, but no! The egg rolls were all very flavorful, the calamari was perfectly cooked and tender - not rubbery at all, and the mac & cheese balls were wonderfully creamy inside. For our entrees, we had the Seared Tuna Tataki Salad, a Caesar Salad, and the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. Now, admittedly we didn't eat very much of any of them because DID YOU SEE ALL THOSE APPETIZERS and we didn't want to pass up the cheesecake, but they were all so yummy that we had them packed up to take with us. Cheesecake definitely did NOT disappoint! Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple, Hershey's Chocolate Bar, and Tiramisu. All were fantastic, and we had the leftovers wrapped to take home too. Seriously, there aren't many chain restaurants that hit it out of the park, but this one was aces. It's a big, sprawling place, busy busy and pretty pretty inside. I'll give them five stars for circuses-It is a beautiful room. They serve something resembling food there. But I wasn't able to find it on the menu. I should have known better. When you see a wide variety of dishes on the menu, including ethnic ones, (And this is certainly not an ethnic restaurant), The red flags are hoist high, the antennae are up, And suspicion is the order of the day. Of course, that didn't stop me from ordering ethnic shit for dinner. My dumb ass. I saw crab rangoon in the appetizer list. I happen to love crab rangoon. I've had crab rangoon in Chinese shitholes, and still found them edible. Crab Rangoon, as offered by Cheesecake Factory are actually open‑faced (kind of). I really didn't taste any crab in the paltry schmear of cheese contained therein. They were hard to eat, needing one to snap off all of the "wings", then try to dip them in the small amount of sauce provided. The whole thing was a lesson in frustration, as the portion of sauce was about three millimeters deep. To be fair, they really weren't that bad, and they tasted like many things, none of which were crab rangoon. My dinner of bad judgment proceeded with something called Jamaican shrimp. They were billed as being hot and spicy. They weren't. The shrimp themselves were actually fresh, but the gloppy sauce they were served in didn't do them any justice. On the plate there were some fried plantains, not too bad. Some rice and black beans, both timidly seasoned, and some sort of cold pineapple salad, which had a savory tinge to it. I et the shrimp, plantains, and about half of the pineapple. The remainder of the plate went back to the kitchen. Wife swung with the scampi over spaghettini. Again, the shrimp were pretty fresh, The sauce looked pretty but tasted dull. As we ploughed through our entrees, we gazed longingly at our grandson's burger, but that didn't look like a bargain either. I HAD to order a piece of cheesecake because...Cheesecake Factory. There are two pages of cheesecakes in the menu, with every combination of toppings you can think of. The tiramisu cheesecake stood out for me. I should have stood out from ordering it. You might think that tiramisu and cheesecake is a match made in heaven. It's not. Then again, there was no hint of "Tiramisu" flavor in the dish. I got the cheesecake "to go", and it came with a big glob of whipped cream, which held its exact shape all through the ride home, even with jostling of the container. It was the best thing I ate all day. The whipped cream, that is. If it was whipped cream at all. In summation, it was a thoroughly disappointing feed. This restaurant brings back memories and it's not just nostalgia but it's also their pumpernickel bread, really good Asian lettuce wraps and super long menu (a joy to flip through knowing there are so many options). There's something for everyone. Cheesecake Factory in 2006 is the same in 2026 in the most wonderful way. My husband and I came here for an early dinner. We tried dining here when they first opened, but the lines were way too long for us. Now the hype has died down a bit, and you can easily walk-in for a weeknight dinner (party of 2) with no reservation around 5:30pm. Our server was nice, attentive, and immediately brought us a basket of bread at the table (the pumpernickel is the best). We ordered cheeseburger spring rolls to share as an appetizer; we split a salad with mini iceberg, poached pears and blue cheese as well (treenuts on the side). I ordered a cajun jambalaya pasta. My husband ordered an ahi tuna bowl. The food was fresh and well-portioned. My one note is that my pasta didn't really have a sauce, it had a lot of spices kind of like a "dry rub" pasta. It's not something I'd order again but I wanted to try something new. I got a to-go box for the half of my remaining pasta. Neither of us had enough room for dessert/cheesecake, but the flavors in the glass case by the entrance are so enticing. For some reason my Cheesecake Factory experience hasn't always been the best. I don't know if I'm just picking the wrong stuff on the menu. But two of my fellow yelpers Celeste and Alice convinced me to try it out one more time so I did. First off Cheesecake Factory restaurants the place always looks amazing. Our server gave off a very energetic and friendly vibe his name is Will and he tells us if there's a will there's a way. Now on to the food this time I did order the Cajun pasta and I do love me some Cajun style anything so I did love my pasta. I was able to try the Louisiana chicken pasta as well and there was a bit of a kick to it but I did like it too. Will also recommended the Godiva cheesecake because of you were looking for something chocolatey and he was right it was Fluffy and not very heavy and it was really great he did recommend some banana cream cheesecake thing that I would definitely try out the next time I go back. My parents and I went here for dinner recently because my mom had a gift card she wanted to use. The restaurant is big and bustling and the menu is huge (it's actually considered a great place for new chefs to work because everything is made from scratch and they produce such a wide variety of dishes). For the entree, I got something off their "Skinnylicious" menu so I would still have room for dessert! Steak medallions in a Madeira wine sauce with mushrooms and asparagus were delicious and perfectly cooked. The food rated a 5 star rating. The service did not. Let me explain. I went to scope this place out as the restaurant to bring my out of town guest to for lunch in July. It was loud and busy this afternoon. Our server was a little off. She brought us water but never asked us for our drink order. She said she would bring us bread but disappeared for 10 minutes. She brought the bread and apologized and said she "got distracted". She explained that she was going on her break but she would put our order in and explain our order to another server. The next part was a failure. A food runner dropped off my meal but not my husband's meal. I figured his would be out shortly. I started eating. Before i knew it, i had been eating by myself for 15 minutes. I didn't come to this restaurant to eat by myself. I flagged a server down. She had no idea about my husband's dinner. By the time his meal came, i was done with my meal and he spent 15 minutes eating by himself. I am having 2nd thoughts about bringing my friend here in July. My sister and I decided to come here for her birthday. If you have the app, you get to choose a cheesecake for your birthday reward (so download the app if you haven't already). We had tried their calamari at another visit and we definitely had those cravings again so we opted to get that. They brought out their bread and our server was super nice to indulge us with extra butter. I got influenced and ordered the Cajun chicken pasta (I was too shy to ask for the extra gravy boat of sauce) but it was delicious. My sister got the fish and chips and she enjoyed that also. One thing I really enjoyed about this location as compared to others is how much lighter the interior is. I'm used to Cheesecake Factory being so dark and dimly lit inside. This newer location has plenty of natural light, while still sticking to the traditional style of the Cheesecake Factory. The food was great as always. I love the food here and the diverse menu. For my party of two we ordered the sliders, the skinnylicious chicken sandwich, and my mother got the Renee lunch special. That included a turkey sandwich, soup, and salad. Everything was superb and filled us up quickly. The service was your standard friendly service. Our waitress was pleasant and present throughout our meal. I think this newer location will be my go to if I'm ever in the mood for the Cheesecake Factory. It's more convenient for me to come here than go to Oakbrook. However over the last couple years, the food quality has gone down, but the prices have rapidly gone up. I visited the one in Naperville this past Saturday 08/22. I ordered the Sweet-Soy glazed ribs, and always the sweet tamale cakes. They gave me 4 riblets 2x2 inches for $10:00! They were basically bones. The sweet tamale cakes recipe has changed. We really enjoy going to Cheesecake Factory. It's usually a good experience and one can have comfort in the familiarity or the menu and quality of the food & service. Unfortunately the management is terrible at this location. We were in the area of this particular location so we agreed to try it. We had a server, seemed very polite but inebriated. We waited for drink service almost 30minutes. Unusual for the brand but my daughter just finished competing so she was extra hungry and we stuck around. We ordered 2 salads and 2 orders of Pasta with sauce on the side. Nothing complicated. After 47 minutes our 1st drinks were finally refilled. I asked if everything was ok with the food and I was told they were alittle behind. I looked around and the place is about a quarter empty and It's just before 6pm. We got there around 4 thinking we'd beat the dinner rush. Just in my field of view I saw 16 employees. 7 were standing by a door or by their service stations on their phones. Most the empty tables haven't been bussed. I told my family what I saw and over the next few minutes they said "wow they keep coming out of nowhere". We counted 28 waiters or bus service, most standing around. We finally get 1 pasta dish and 1 salad. I just thought maybe it was too much to carry but they didn't come back. I started looking around after 10min and a manger came by the table. I said politely we were there for awhile and were missing a few items. Just then another salad arrived. The manager apologized and said he'd check on the food. He returned and said our order was lost in the system and they'd start it right away. 5 min later, a pasta dish showed up for my daughter. The manager apologized and said it was human error and offered to refill our drinks. The pasta dish arrived, was not the one she ordered. Were there over 2 hours and practically the simplest and quickest dishes to make, salad and pasta took an extraordinarily long time. The whole purpose of ordering those items was because of the potential expediency of their preparation. We ate and continued to watch so many employees standing around doing nothing. I was taught in the restaurant industry there is no time to do nothing unless you're on break. Setting silverware, cleaning menus, helping bus, refilling drinks, definitely not standing around playing on a phone. The management was embarrassingly inefficient with no accountability for their over bloated staff. I'd recommend avoiding this location. read more

This place is newly opened and love the ambiance. It's cozy and quiet. We ordered our standard vegetarian items like nachos ( customised to remove the meat ) , garlic Parmesan truffle fries, fettuccine alfredo, regatoni alla vodka. Probably the worst location so far. Our waitress giving me an unwanted hug was the experience that I don't want to go back to Cheesecake Factory again. I went there one last time to see if it would be different experience because it took way too long to get our drinks and let alone food. This is what happened at my last visit: Sat down during happy hour and no one was coming to our table to take our order. Employees were just standing around talking to each other. 5 minutes later, very nice waitress came to our table to let us know that they're changing shifts and they don't know which employee will be serving which area. I tell her that we're ready to order if she was serving the area that I was sitting at. She said of course and then took our order. We waited 15mins to get our drink. The bread came before the drinks so we were just sitting there dry. Another 10-15mins go by and our salad and flat bread comes. We ran out of drinks and just waited around for another 15mins to get refill. When I asked if we could get more bread the waitress placed both of her hands on my shoulder and got very close to me which felt like a hug and said of course I can get that for you. I don't want to be touched like that in a restaurant nor I hope anyone does when they request a simple bread to the table. This happened when I was already not in a good mood because of the bad experience I was having. My partner said what the f, but I try not to make a scene and just have my main entree and leave the restaurant as soon as possible. Our main entrees however do not come and it's been exactly one hour since we placed our order. We call the waitress and asked her if the food was still coming. She made a weird face and said let me check on that for you. We see her grabbing a paper and going to the back of the house. Then she comes to our table with the check and said "I'm very sorry but I didn't place your order for the entrees and here's your check if you're ready to leave". I asked if the table and seats could be wiped. 5 minutes later, someone came over and sprayed the table and quickly wiped it but missed the ketchup and crumbs on the seats. I then proceeded to ask for a towel to clean the seats myself. One (of 5) of the appetizer plates was filthy and still had food particles in which we requested a replacement plate. The quality of the food was mediocre. We were shocked and left feeling dissatisfied. The price was not worth what we received and we will not be returning. First waitress passed our table off to a different waitress after taking our order. Service was unusually slow. Salad I ordered wasn't consistently good as in the past 3 times. I was craving the salad I had in the past. Drenched in the wrong dressing - and I ordered mine on the side. Even portion size was smaller. My other 2 people seated with me said their food wasn't good either. One had chicken Parmesan and the other a burger. One asked for extra Parmesan which they usually would sprinkle on at the table. The 2nd waitress brought it over and just left it at the table for our own use. We felt it is very unsanitary as it most likely was reused after sitting open at our table uncovered in the shiny silver server. Bathroom line was terrible - couldn't get in at all. 2nd waitress was terrible we only saw her when we flagged her down for the Parmesan and the fruit flies. Manager said "I'll have to call an exterminator " asked if any food needed to be remade. We declined as we waited too long for our original orders. First I want to say that Jordan was a fabulous server, very kind and accommodating & made the dinner special. Everything else I am about to say, has absolutely nothing to do with him. I have been here twice now & on both occasions the amount of time spent here was kind of absurd. I'm not sure if it's because the place is relatively new or what but I've not had the same issues at other locations. On both occasions it took a very long time to get our drinks & appetizers & then our entrees as well. It's a fine line to walk between not wanting to be rushed & feeling like you're jumping out of your seat because you've been waiting so long. I think the first time I went we were there for almost 3 hours simply because the waitress (not Jordan!) took so long between table touches that we had to flag her down every time we needed something. On both occasions modifications were not made even though they were communicated & it felt like the amount of time to have it fixed would not be nearly worth it. The food is of course delicious as it always is at all the locations I've been to, but I found being told that my food request not being possible because they were "too busy" was very odd, never have I heard that before from any restaurant honestly. Overall I would say I will return because in general I love the cheesecake factory, but I think this particular location has a lot to learn before they will be fully running smoothly. read more
