I went here with my dad for a bruch and let me tell you, it was amazing. We orderd this Kale drink and its not some gross drink you would get at some low quality restaurant. It was honestly the best drink I ever had thatvwas healthy. For my food I ordered pancakes and eggs. Now I could not even finish half the pancake it was so big, and the eggs. Dont even get me started. I can not leave this place without getting eggs. 100% 5 stars!

Excellent breakfast plate. I got the traditional with fluffy eggs, chicken apple sausage, whole wheat toast which came with home fried potatoes. I also ordered the grits. It was filling the service via UberEats was sufficient and timely. Customer service was great.

First Watch is always a solid win. The food is consistently great - super fresh, flavorful, and served in portions that actually feel worth it. Everything comes out bright and well-made, whether it's a brunch classic or something a little more on the healthier side. The vibe is relaxed, service is reliable, and it's the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. I'll definitely be back!

Soft opening First watch was paying for your meal! What a generous treat. The service was in point and the food and Kale Tonic was a hit! I will definitely be back.

I was excited to try First Watch after all the rave reviews. And while the atmosphere and service were great, the food was underwhelming. My eggs Benedict was hard boiled it was so overcooked and I found a small hair in it. The rest of our entrees were just ok while the price was $$$$ - with all the amazing breakfast diners around, we probably won't go back to First Watch.

I treated my mother in law to breakfast at this new location and it did not disappoint! We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Jay, was not only friendly, but knowledgeable. She made great suggestions for us and took great care of us. The food was amazing. I had the avocado toast and the million dollar bacon. Soooo good! Highly recommend!

Waited for an hour on 7/13 our order still has not been taken. Waitlist time is inaccurate and it is very unorganized.

First time at first watch was great. It took about 10 min for a server to come to our table, but once they did they were very attentive. the honey caramel crunch latte is amazing. We got the skillet and chickchanga (probably spelled wrong). The food was great and fresh. Will be going again!

We had a yummy breakfast here today. The food was very yummy, definitely recommend the bacado omelet and BLTE sandwich. The vibe is really nice, perfect for a relaxed morning. Service was okay, not super fast but still friendly. We ordered the kale tonic and purple haze. Both was super refreshing and felt so healthy LOL. Overall, it's a great spot to start the day!

Beautiful new addition to Naperville. First Watch nails it every time. There's a reason First Watch continues to expand. The quality of food, the atmosphere, the hospitality of the staff all make for a special experience. I think the coffee is delicious. My favorite dish is the Salmon Benedict and Breakfast Tacos. The side of crisp bacon rounds out the meal. The outdoor patio (with powerful ceiling fans) is so inviting. Our family loves this place! Best, Mark S.

We sat in a corner booth area which was perfect for us because we have a very active 1 year old plus diaper bag, car seat etc.. it was spacious and perfect for our size family. The food was very very tasty! I will include pictures in my review so you can see for yourselves. My daughter said her pancake and eggs were so fluffy and delicious ^-^ and her bacon the perfect crispness. My chilaquiles were the perfect amount of mild spiciness. I am glad I chose the red sauce over the green because they were Delicious!! They come with a side of rice and beans that tasted very authentic also. The avocado was the perfect ripeness and so creamy! My husband's house potatoes and biscuits and gravy were also great. He really liked the gravy and asked for a side of it because he likes extra gravy on his biscuits. We also ordered the Nutella crepes and they tasted pretty good. They had a hint of cinnamon in the crepe mix so keep that in mind, next time I think we will ask to exclude it now that we know. Still they were very good We will for sure be back again!

For the alcoholic drink she took the time to go check to make sure the ingredients used were gluten free for my friend who has celiac. Seems like they have a new menu since the last time I have dined at an Egg Harbor. They also list the calories for those that are calorie counting. I got the smoked salmon Benedict. I Liked the capers and dill. There was plenty of Hollandaise sauce for each bite. They also give you a good amount of the smoked salmon, which was Smokey and fresh. You get lots of potatoes too.

The server confirmed the espresso martini was GF so my friend and I both ordered one. I informed the server I had a gluten allergy and would be ordering from the GF menu. Overall the server was really nice and attentive. Everyone did like their food!

From the moment we checked in, the room had no hot water. We contacted the front desk and were told to let it run. It never got hot. About an hour later, we realized the heat was not working either. We contacted the front desk again and explained that we would be leaving around 6:00 PM for New Year's Eve plans and would not return until after 1:00 AM, giving the hotel over six hours to resolve both issues. Maintenance came by and assured us everything would be fine. It was not. We returned around 1:20 AM, went to sleep, and woke up around 8:00 AM to a freezing room reading 52 degrees. The outside temperature that night was about 12 degrees. There was still no heat and no hot water. We contacted the front desk again and immediately checked out. Despite the room being unlivable and unsafe, management told us they would not issue a refund or credit. No heat. No hot water. No accountability. I am requesting that Hyatt corporate leadership review this stay and contact me directly, as this experience reflects a serious breakdown in service standards, guest safety, and basic hospitality expectations

Parking was free, the staff was welcoming, and the rooms were clean. What stood out to me was how easy it was to move around the area, whether with the complimentary shuttle or just the convenient location. I saw multiple groups using the shuttle, which is a huge plus if you need it. Overall, the hotel is great and I would stay here again.

You can also grab house-made soups, their popular egg salad, bagel chips, and other deli favorites to-go. The best Matza-ball soup I have ever had! I ordered the #37 Stuffed Grilled Cheese from their creative sandwich menu -- made with sharp cheddar, Schmacon, mayo, two crispy latkes, all stuffed inside challah bread. Wow.
