I showed up alone, sat at the bar, and was greeted quickly. I had a menu and water in front of me within 2 minutes. I'll take that. Of course with a name like this, I shouldn't be surprised at how quickly I received some jam and jelly in front of me. I ordered an American omelet with rye toast. Been retired for eight years and this is one of the first restaurants we tried when we moved out to this area top-notch place. The owners are super friendly very personable. He has other restaurants. A group of 4 of us stopped in for Sunday brunch and from start to finish everything was 5 stars. The place was packed which I expected but we were seated within minutes of walking in. Service throughout was fast especially for how busy it was. Our server checked in the perfect amount of times, she kept up with the hustle and bustle of Sunday Funday brunch. For food I went with a lunch option - Tex mex salad. Soooo good! I added chicken to it and really enjoyed everything about this salad. It was flavorful and filling. This was an amazing place to eat at especially because it was my relatives birthday. I got Nutella crepes, they didn't have that much chocolate on it, but it was warm and yummy. I love the service because they acknowledged my relatives birthday, and they gave her a free whipped cream waffle and even sang happy birthday to her. I love how the place looks too. Always a good place for a homey comfort food. I appreciate that they use fresh ingredients and the flavors are original meaning that not a lot of seasonings used. So good! Hollandaise sauce was well made and tasty. Muffin was crispy on the outside and soft inside. Everything was just perfect with each other. I like the way that they didn't season hash brown so you can add ketchup or pepper on your own. Some place just put too much salt. We also ordered Greek skillet. Gyro was too salty in my opinion but the rest was good. We were greeted the moment we entered the restaurant. Server was helpful and friendly.
