We stopped by on our way through to Texas, and enjoyed the most delightful brunch! The restaurant was clean, staff was super sweet, and the food was absolutely delicious! The portions were very generous, and they even gave us a small cinnamon pancake and coupon as we were leaving to when they learned we were first time customers. We saw some "regulars" there who knew the staff, so I am guessing we would be part of that group as well if we lived near! 10/10 read more

Really enjoyed this little breakfast spot in Naperville. Didn't even know if was here and I always try an eggs Benedict at any place to give it a test. They passed! My son had the corned beef one and I had the classic and they were both really good. The hash browns could have used a touch more seasoning, but everything was really good. Super friendly staff. It is a small venue so timing is key, but it's worth the visit! read more

I had this restaurant saved on Yelp and happened to be in the area, so I gave them a try. The restaurant itself is tiny, maybe about 10 tables. My husband was eyeing their cinnamon roll, so we split one. I had the cinnamon swirl French toast combo. It came with a good amount of food. Pricing is reasonable for their combos. read more

Cinnamon Pancake House - Cinnamon roll - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

What's best after a fun night celebrating a wedding? Having a nice breakfast, of course! I ordered there 2x2x2 with waffles, bacon, and eggs. I also ordered their cinnamon roll. Just be warned, the rolls are gigantic! It's a smaller place. You're greeted and asked to sit wherever there's an open seat. The staff was friendly. read more

Cute breakfast spot in Naperville. They have lots of seating and it gets busy. Coffee selection is amazing and unique. I also love that they have a bakery/donuts. I was so full from breakfast that I didn't get one, but next time I will make sure to grab some! read more

Cinnamon Pancake House - Loaded Steak chilaquiles - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

What a sweet little place! Cinnamon Pancake House is tucked inside of a strip mall and we stopped in on a Monday morning. It was a dinner style breakfast and our server was so nice! We got steaming mugs of coffee in those heavy white ceramic mugs and each ordered a dish, plus shared a gigantic cinnamon roll. When a place is called "Cinnamon Pancake House" you gotta get something with cinnamon in it! We really enjoyed our food and it came out fast and fresh: a) 2 Eggs with corned beef hash, comes with hash browns and choice of toast/pancake b) From their seasonal specials: a sausage biscuit sandwich on top of tater tots, covered with gravy c) Cinnamon Roll We loved the food, the cozy diner feel, complete with the server feeling like sunshine who can make your morning. This place is one of our new favorite breakfast spots in the area! read more

Nicole, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable. The space is cozy, clean and bright with both along both walls and 3 sets of tables (can seat 4 people) down the middle. We ordered the veggie panini with sweet potato fries, the ranchero omelette and upgraded to the cinnamon pancake, coffee and tea. Our food arrived quickly, freshly cooked and well seasoned! read more

Pleasantly surprised! This was a small cafe in a strip mall, almost hidden. I got an upgraded combo so with subbing egg whites and the cinnamon pancakes it was about $20 after tax. I loved that you could build your own combo with specialty pancakes. Egg whites were good, standard. The ham was a nice thick piece! Very tasty. Great portion of hash browns and crispy like I requested! Last but not least, the pancakes were THICK and fluffy. Light cinnamon topping and since I got it to go they put my cream cheese on the side which I appreciated. Very tasty! Hit the spot. Would def come back. read more

It's probably been well over a year since I've been here. Different waitress this time, but she was very chatty. Very polite made me and my buddy laugh, service was great as she was there all the time for coffee refills or just checking on us. Maybe swapping a story too, even though she had a decent amount of tables. She still found the time to chat everybody up. I wish I knew her name but she was fantastic. I'm pretty boring. I had the same thing that I had last time which was the red velvet French toast. Still looking like a cake roll with a side of bacon but hey, when you know what you like... You know what you like!! Buddy had an omelette with hashbrowns which he was very happy with. I hear that they have Hawaiian Kona coffee, which explains why they're coffee is very good. Its never super crowded here, but yet it's always somewhat busy but I always go on weekdays only. I never go on Saturday or Sunday . My thoughts are : it would be too crowded to go at that time. I go on a weekday when unemployed people or retired people are there & seems to work out good for me. Its worth a stop as the place is still fantastic! Do recommend! read more

We were so surprised with this place! It doesn't look like much from the outside, and from the inside too, but the food is sooo good! The portions were huge and everything tasted amazing. They kept our coffee cups full at all times, which was highly appreciated! For the food, we got to the house scrambler - came with hashbrowns and side of pancakes - I upgraded them to cinnabun pancakes - the pancakes were soo fluffy and not too sweet , and the cinnamon flavor was very good. We also got the chicken pesto omelette, which was amazing. The whipped butter they have on the tables is sooo good, tasted amazing with toast. Overall pretty good food, will be back read more

Met a friend for lunch here today and it did not disappoint. We split one of the cinnamon rolls. It was very fluffy and the frosting was amazing! We both got the breakfast tacos and since we are vegetarian, we subbed black beans instead of meat. They were phenomenal! They were a little on the spicy side so I had to order lemonade. Kaitlyn was our server. She was very friendly and took great care of us. I will say the other server was a bit loud and aggressive with her tables. But we tried to ignore it. The inside was a lot smaller than I anticipated, but I would definitely eat here again on a weekday. I'm sure they are crowded on the weekends. Overall, the food and service was great and I hope to be back soon. read more

Server very nice, small space but cozy! Our booth had some stains on the walls which looked icky but as long as the food is good- it's all good! I got the meat lover skillet which was so tasty with French toast and hubby got the cinnabun pancakes with side of bacon. I could taste the "batter" from the pancakes so it wasn't my favorite but would go back for sure. read more

Big fan of this place, especially if you have kids. The staff is super nice, good menu for adults and kids. But the best part are the pancakes...they're fluffy and perfect. The spinach and feta scrambler was also really yummy. read more

This restaurant has been on my to try list for awhile. When we went inside, I didn't realize quite how tiny it was. It was very small for a restaurant with probably 12 tables in the entire place if you are being generous, but they packed really nice decor making it seem very modernized. One of the things I loved about this restaurant was the full coloring sheets! Instead of having activities in a kids menu, they just give you full coloring sheets and a whole bucket of crayons. This was great for my daughter and she was highly entertained throughout our whole breakfast. I had never seen that before and thought it was a great idea. They offer you some pretty delicious food options too. They menu isn't huge, but they will have something you want. I ordered the cinnamon French toast combo. This would be eggs, a meat, and the cinnamon French toast. It was very good. The French toast was sweet and warm with the cinnamon and fruit. I was happy I was able to try some signature, sweet breakfast while also having my eggs to supplement. Their coffee was pretty good too. My daughter got their mickey mouse pancakes. I love that this was offered on the kid's menu for a decent price. My husband got the country fried steak skillet and thought it was very good. He raved about it when we were there. Our service was, also, great. She served our food quickly and was very nice. Overall, I thought our time here was good and I'd definitely be back. read more

Delicious. Absolutely delicious. It's small inside, so if you have a larger party there may be a wait. I had the southern style eggs Benedict. This is the 3rd local place I've had this same option and this one is hands down the best! The sausage was perfectly cooked and the gravy was also super tasty. They came with a super generous portion of hash browns. Sooo many hash browns! My dad ordered the cinnamon pancakes, and they're ginormous! My eyes popped out of my head when I saw how big they were. They filled an entire dinner plate and each of the 3 massive pancakes were about 1/2-3/4 inch thick topped with icing. Of course, I had to steal a bite and they were amazing. The service is friendly and accommodating. Definitely come check this place out! read more

Great spot for breakfast or lunch. Tasty and fresh food. Will come back again. Seating is pretty limited so you might have to wait.

Best breakfast in the area - hands down! The menu is a little a little traditional, a little unexpected, and all delicious! Highly recommend! EDIT: later the same morning of the above review, I went to this establishment with my son (early Sunday morning) and they had FOX News playing on the one and only big screen tv viewable by the whole little restaurant...ugh! Why do restaurants have to "show their hand" politically? Made me not want to return to this restaurant and give my money to Trump supporters. read more

I had to lower to 3 stars. I've been back twice and somewhat dissatisfied. Right now my food is cold and it's a Wednesday morning at 10am. There's only 4 tables with people in them. I got coffee with no offer of a refill. I ordered the French toast combo. The eggs are cold, the French toast and even the bacon is cold. Also my husband ordered the cinnamon roll and it just looks like a big piece of bread. Not very good. read more

Delicious food, huge portions and great service from Kaitlyn. Would highly recommend going here for brunch.

I like breakfast places. I'd say this one was average at best on every point ... below average in places. Unsure where the high ratings are coming from. My Greek skillet was - how shall I say - a bit small and spare as such things go, and not too great. My wife's chilaquiles were distinctly "meh." Pancakes were your typical fluffy sweet pancake house thing. OJ tasted very much like a machine - ugh. Most of the food tastes a little processed. I think some of the photos from other reviews actually tell the story pretty well. Waitresses were nice. read more

Disappointed!!! This is a very small restaurant my girlfriend and I were enjoying a breakfast. We had been sitting at the table for an hour and 20 minutes when we were asked to leave because they needed a table for a bigger party. I have never eaten in a restaurant that asked a customer to leave because they needed a table. This was so completely rude. I left a $30 tip on a $20 bill because we kept the table. It was a small two top towards the kitchen in the back. read more

Excellent food and Inspiring story behind the creation of the restaurant - great menu selections to choose from!

I love mom & pop independent style restaurants. We ordered for take out and the food was ready in about 15 minutes. The place is small and was bustling at 11am on a Sunday. You can tell the people who come to the restaurant are regulars which is refreshing. For the price point the food was quite good and the pancakes although huge are very fluffy. The skillet was also very good and came with a side of pancakes. Food is about two meals worth. Be mindful the restaurant no longer takes AMEX and Discover cards! read more

Saw the good reviews so we went out of our way to get a late breakfast on our day off. Pulling in it looked empty in the lot but inside was 3/4 full. One server on shift. I ordered a farmers skillet with scrambled eggs and rye toast. Hubs ordered eggs, bacon, pancakes with hashbrowns. The server was good for being the only one. He had a nice personality. However, my skillet was only luke warm when it came out. Flavor was average. Hubby's was average as well. Other tables food looked pretty good. Not sure if we will go back. read more

I came here a couple of weekends ago (after church service) for a nice breakfast with my husband and a few people from church, and I must say I was very impressed! There were 6 of us....most restaurants have a host/hostess that will seat you to a table, here, you're allowed to seat yourself wherever a table is open. So that's kind of nice, but for someone like me, that gives me anxiety...Lol. Luckily, my husband and I were the last to arrive so our table was already set when we got there...Lol. Overall, the place is very small so our table was right next to the front door. The food was very delicious! For starters, a couple of people ordered the creamy chicken and rice soup....I was offered a taste and it was very good, had great flavor, and the consistency of the soup was creamy and smooth, not lumpy at all. I had the cinnamon and pecan waffles....for my drink I ordered a lemonade. I think that my lemonade could've been a little sweeter, but it was still nice to drink....I'd order it again if I came here. Our waitress was very nice and engaging....she even brought us pumpkin bread for our table to share! Overall, I'd come back here....the food is delicious and the service is attentive and professional, and the prices are affordable....you can't beat that! read more

Cute, charming location that could be easy to miss. I got the country Benedict and ate the entire plate! The serving portions are perfect. I feel like most brunch spots will serve you a gigantic platter of food, and those leftovers never taste as good the next day. It's a small space, but we did get seated right away (we came right after the brunch rush). Friendly staff. My fiancé and I shared an order of the cinnamon roll pancakes. The flavor was good, but it was a touch dry, even with the icing. Would def come back to try out more of the menu! read more
