French toast w/o powdered sugar and chicken sausage.

This is a nicely appointed breakfast and lunch place with good service and food. Menu has all the expected dishes. Pepsi place, but I won't hold it against them. Parking can be tight and it can be crowded on Sundays. I usually get the French Toast.

We went back for brunch on Sunday and loved the food again!!! Our waitress was very sweet and made our brunch enjoyable. There was a little wait for around 10 mins and we were seated promptly. I got the 3 egg scramble with fruit and got a side of pancakes. We got the pancakes upgraded to blueberry bliss pancakes. These are hands down the best pancakes we've had!!! We also tried the west coast crepe. The crepes were a little on the sweeter side. It was nice to try something new. We'll be back again!

We dined here for brunch on a random Sunday. It's busy but we didn't wait too long for a table. The service was quick and my mom and I enjoyed the food. I would recommend and we plan on returning. I wasn't in love with the coffee but the food was tasty!r

Not the best food I've had... but I didn't get their brunch food. I came here probably over 8 years ago, but I don't remember how the food was back then. Anyways, I got the Elote Burger. I decided I was going to troll myself and order something that has flaming hot cheetos on it. The burger looked and tasted like something out of a dining hall. The patty was dry and sad, just like a Sodexho patty. There were maybe 5 or 6 flaming hot cheetos. The bread was pretty good! I will say the fries were also very crispy. So it wasn't all bad. But neither is dining hall food. So... my verdict stands that their burgers are pretty much dorm food. This is corroborated by my girlfriend's Hawaiian chicken sandwich containing extremely dry meat and a sad-looking pineapple. My friend recommended the skillets, but I made the mistake of not getting those this time. Would I come back? Um... not in a rush to do so.

I can't believe this was my first time at this restaurant. I've always passed by this place and finally got the chance to check it out. I didn't realize how big the inside would be. The place was busy but their service was quick. I got lightly grilled salmon Benedict with hash browns. I just wish I got lox salmon instead. Overall I really enjoyed my meal and my friends really liked their food too. I definitely recommend this place.

For drinks, I tried the lychee mojito -- it was strong but had really good flavor and was enjoyable. For an appetizer, we got the pretzels. We've always had great service and there's plenty of seating though it does get busy at dinner time. The burgers here are good! Tasty, and a variety of interesting options, not the most memorably delicious burger ever but it's a really good solid burger option at a nice spot downtown. My favorite though is the Big Dipper burger which comes with an au jus- this is super tasty! My FAVE item is the burger cigar appetizer. This is a stand out for me! Now warning.. it is greasy. But in the best way!! The sauce is savory and a little sweet with a crispy wonton outside and gooey pimento cheese and burger filling-- definitely give it a try! For kiddos- there's high chairs and decent sized kids portions! Our little guy goes for the basic grilled cheese but there's also burger and chicken options.

My wife spotted this place across the street - Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay. How could we go wrong? Well, we couldn't. The interior was smartly outfitted - the lighting, the ceilings, the walls, were all classy and nicely done. Service was outstanding - water and soft drink glasses were refilled regularly, and the table checked for food quality on multiple occasions. I was intrigued by their Prime Rib Sandwich, which is served with onion crisps. I went for the $4 upgrade to Truffle Fries. The sandwich was LARGE, very tasty, and just plain wonderful to eat. The Truffle Fries added a bit of spice to the meal. My wife had their Fish & Chips. When I saw the sandwich on the side just coming out of the kitchen, I was wondering how she'd eat it, since the piece of fish was BIG. Like How Do I eat this BIG. She used her knife and fork and got the job done. Great food, great service, nice location right on Jefferson Avenue. What a great place! We'll have to come back for Dinner!

Ambience was fine, not overly impressive, we could hear the expediter and the kitchen. Service seemed average, waitress was friendly but not overly attentive, especially with how few tables they had at the time. Had a mocktail that was so nondescript as to be completely unmemorable. Coffee was good, just hard to get enough refills. Potato-leek soup with chili oil drops resembled thin baby food, and was so tasteless, we had to request salt and pepper. They didn't even have salt and pepper shakers; it came in small tumblers. The Beef Wellington from the prix fixe menu was smaller than expected for the price. The beef was fine but was more like a filet than a beef tenderloin. The mushroom coating was far too earthy and tasted a little bit like dirt. The pastry was kind of raw on the inside. The sides that came with the Beef Wellington were a schmeer of mashed potatoes - which were okay - and a tiny pile of steamed carrots and leeks. The chocolate tart was good, but not incredible. Did not live up to the hype or the "Ramsey Reputation;" will probably not return. Overall experience - kind of "meh."
