We came here for Father's Day breakfast and had a nice experience overall. The coffee was good, and I thought it was a cute touch that they decorated the pancakes with a little "Happy Father's Day" message in powdered sugar. The service was the highlight of our visit. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.The food came out very quickly. I substituted my pancakes for crepes, which came with an extra charge. The food was decent but nothing particularly memorable. The kids meal was a large portion. It was a simple breakfast that got the job done. I wouldn't say it stood out compared to other breakfast spots. The restaurant is on the smaller side, so I could see there being a wait on busy days or for larger groups. We went early and had no issues getting seated. Overall, good service, good coffee, and a pleasant atmosphere. While the food was average for us, we'd still consider stopping by again. read more

Service is good & fast tho we visited on a Monday before lunch so no rush. Our server was nice & friendly. Ambiance is like a good old country house, but that also is the smell of the whole resto. It's inside an old building & it's clean. The scent tho reminded me of old times in Northern MI. Out of the three meals we ordered. The chicken & waffle was a letdown due to the gravy. A delicious breakfast and brunch spot in Boulder Hill, Montgomery. It is pretty similar to all of the other breakfast/brunch spots in the area, nothing really stands out. However, the food is always incredible tasting. they have a subtle Mexican fusion past the normal American breakfast. They are always busy, never have to wait too long, but the dining room is always filled. Service is all right, we continued to have to ask for things like butter, syrup, refills and a togo box however our previous time here it was an older waitress, and she was phenomenal. read more

The food was amazing as usual but the service was slow and waiting for our waitress took forever to get us just coffee. then even longer to take our order. we have had her twice. both times she was very slow. then as we sat at our table for about 30 minutes waiting on our food we watched a bus boy older man clean the outside tables. he had a sanitizer spray bottle but chose to use the half drunk water on the table and in his dirty dish bin to poor on the table and clean it that way. I went to the manager and told him. he apologized said they don't do things that way but he never made the man go back outside and clean the table properly how disgusting!!! do better!!! read more

Consistently good food and friendly service. This neighborhood cafe is also accommodating with diet restrictions/ modifications which is much appreciated. my husband and i go here at least once a month and it always knocks it out of the park. the staff is always SO nice and the service is quick even if it's busy! don't even get me started on the food, genuinely one of the best diner breakfasts you can get and i've tried multiple things on the menu and they're all consistently delicious. dining room is always clean and the tables always have fresh flowers. i would and do recommend this diner to everyone!! read more

We tried this restaurant as it was new to the area. I think there was a restaurant there before, but he hadn't tried that one. When we arrived, there was a good deal of parking available. I think the buildings are kind of older and when you walk in, it has that old building smell. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly (I think we got there right when they opened). Our waitress was fantastic. She was so nice and friendly, really engaging with my daughter making her laugh on multiple occasions. I ordered the meat lovers skillet. It was good! The eggs were cooked nicely and there was a decent amount of meat in the skillet. My daughter got a pancake. It was thick and fluffy. It was pretty big, so my daughter only ate part of it. The coffee was standard good. It wasn't anything fancy, but decent for what you would expect at a diner. Overall, I think this is a great addition to the area and am excited for another breakfast place. read more
