We ordered their Caprese on Focaccia with a. Side of Sweet potato fries, a custome vegetarian skillet, loaded potato pancakes minus the meat, nutella crepe and s'mores pancakes. If I could give Syrup 10 stars I would!! They were super accommodating of our large group. We were greeted by the hostess and seated within 10mins. The restaurant is super modern and very clean. The decor was very welcoming and says "you're going to have one fantastic brunch experience here!" Our waitress was quick to greet the table and immediately took drink orders. Syrup has a HUGE drink menu to satisfy any sweet, savory, or coffee craving! I had black coffee which was fantastic, and some folks ordered the frappes which were large and delicious! Our group ordered a range of dishes from skillets to omelets, crepes, pancakes, and sliders. Be warned that their portions are HUMONGOUS!!! And WOW is there just as much flavor in everything. Second time at Syrup with the family! Gosh the portions are so big, I love it! Definitely enough to take some home or even share. I tried the veggie scramble with the egg whites and lots of veggies. It had a red salsa on top that made the entire dish very wet and soupy. It was good but I think I'd order the salsa on the side next time. Would absolutely do so again' I joined my mother for breakfast and while I know the lavender tequila mimosa is a seasonal treat, they should leave it permanently on the menu. However, it gives you the option to order an entree and sides without just ordering everything separately. So, it comes with your choice of entree ( Pancakes, Waffles, or French Toast), eggs, potatoes, and a meat of choice. I ordered the pancakes with pecans and the sausage links as my meat, with scrambled eggs. The portions are EXTREMELY large. You won't have to worry about having a fulfilling breakfast. I definitely could not eat it all, but for the most part the food was really good. My only complaint was my potatoes were a little dry. It's such a cute spot. In 44 years of my life and having traveled the world pretty extensively this is my most favorite breakfast place I have EVER been! Hardest part was mixing all of the flavors I needed to keep eating and trying. I got the Ruben (which are never created equally) and it was firing on all cylinders. I had to have some of my son's banana pancakes and they had an Icing syrup to add to it... amazing! My niece had Smores pancakes and it was out of control.
