A favorite spot in Aurora. Would love to spend hours in this cozy basement. Coffee is strong and food is consistently excellent here.
Ordered the bacon egg cheese on whole wheat. With Oj to drink. Service nice but slow. But that fits the vibe of the place. Don't think that the menu that's painted on the front window is accurate. I wanted to order what was written that's why I came into the place. I was told oh that's an old menu. No attempt was made while I was there to correct it. Maybe it works people come in looking for the items. ( See photograph.) and end up ordering something else. My meal was fine vibe was special and unique. Could invest in a little more comfortable padding on the chairs. It's a one and done for me because of the specialty menu. Not being accurate.
This place is great. Its right on the river across from the river boat. There is seating downstairs and outside on the patio in addition to the main floor. We had breakfast and coffee, of course. Both the food and service were outstanding. I had the Norteño Rolex. It's like a Mexican omelette, only wrapped in this delicious thin and flaky wrap. You could pick it up and eat it, but since it was piping hot, I opted to eat with a fork. It was very filling. My husband had the Mzungu (waffles and eggs). Also delicious! The coffee was really good. I had the pour over and my husband had the French press. I prefered the pour over taste, although you get about twice as much with the french press. I'm looking forward to returning next summer to sit on the patio. I ride my bike by there often and I never had noticed it before.
Located in downtown Aurora, a charming, cozy and rustic coffee shop with outdoor seating (two levels). We got here around 3 on a Friday afternoon and it was quite. In addition to specialty coffee drinks, they have a good selection of sandwiches (Cheesesteak to Chilaquiles) Smoothies, Milkshakes, fresh squeezed Juices and a few breakfast items including Ugandan Omelets. We ordered a couple of coffees. A Latte and had to try the Crème Brû-Latte. Not the biggest fan of the dessert but Endiro's coffee version was excellent! Service was attentive and friendly. We saw some merchandise as well some necklaces from Uganda. Will definitely be back to try their food and the rest of the Endiro Signatures.
Perfect little coffee shop to come study! I tried the chai latte, sticky bun latte and the bacon egg and cheese. All the food and drinks I had were so tasty and the staff was super friendly and inviting. Definitely worth checking out!
This is MY coffee shop. We come here once a week to get a cup of coffee, play cards, the occasional breakfast or muffin. But sitting in here, a sip a drink, and makes you feel like the rest of the world stops. This cozy 2 level coffee shop is just the calm you need in your week. Love this place.
This is such a cute little spot and I definitely plan to go back! Me and a friend stopped in for a quick bite and coffee while we chatted and caught up. We both kept commenting how we loved the decoration and ambiance of the little shop. Both of our coffees were so good and the food was also great. Staff was kind and provided great service as well. I definitely plan on going back in the future!
Came back and the food is still bomb. The outside tables aren't there anymore because of upcoming construction. The basement portion of this coffee shop is amazing and quiet. I got so much work done. Can't wait to go back.
It is very rare that I change a 5 star review but the last 3 times I've been here the food has been very bad. They recently changed their menu and took off several good items. Each time we've eaten here they are out of items for purchase. I could understand if it was later in the day but we have been the first customers in each time. The portions have gotten smaller and service to get the food was way too long. The food we ordered each time either had something missing or was cold. Such a disappointment! The coffee drinks were the best part of the meal. Will not return!
Had dropped by on October 4th around 4PM. After taking a seat to dine in, I was never attended nor even approached by any staff, despite checking in that they were open for regular business hours for the day. After having waited for nearly an hour, I ultimately decided on leaving. I recently discovered this cafe at the start of August of 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed coming through whenever passing through town. However, this instance left an overall sour taste and left me hesitant on returning back. The food has always been good along with the coffee. However, the service has fluctuated and never been consistent every time I've dropped in.
The food is sooo yummy and fresh. Glad that we selected this place for breakfast on Mother's Day's. The service is so fast and love the cozy ambiance.

Visited Endiro earlier this month at the location inside Waubonsee Community College. I enjoyed the nice, hot, and subtle flavored vanilla latte I ordered, with a toasted bagel and a side cream cheese. The location is a nice quiet place to work, study, or read. I haven't tried it yet, but the pizza slices looked delicious and cheesy. I saw someone eating a slice at 9 am, so must have been really good! Until next time. read more
I was up in Aurora with a friend this morning and she recommended we try Endiro and I was happy we did. Great spot on the corner right next to the water/bridge. You can sit inside or outside on the deck or even take your drink and walk along the water. Open seating and a server was quick to arrive. I wanted to try the cold brew but it wasn't available yet so I went with an iced Americano that was very smooth and didn't have a bite. I tried the Ugandan Rolex which basically felt like an omelette rolled into a tortilla. I enjoyed the tomato and onion along with the salsa verde. I want to come back when the cold brew is available. Overall, if you're in the area I highly recommend stopping in! read more

I've never been more disappointed in my avocado toast. It wasn't cut. There was the smallest piece of tomato and just overall presentation was not what i was expecting. The sauce on its pretty good but I've gotten this avocado toast a few times in the past and this one just seemed thrown together with no effort. It's not cheap either! read more

Everything we ordered was delicious. I loved the bread they used for sandwiches. The bread is soft yet crunchy. We ordered the bang bang chicken , cheesesteak, Tim tam drink and speciality drink. The bank bang chicken was by far my favorite. It has a nice crispy coat of bread crumbs paired with some cilantro, bang bang sauce and some strips of carrots. I would highly recommend trying . read more
Boy, it took three times to get something here and it was almost worth the time and effort. Endiro is a pretty nice looking coffee shop in Aurora in a charming old building good for gathering. It has some great tasting coffee, and food as well. Has a few issues with communication and running out of countless items. The prices aren't bad for most stuff. Checked it out for the third time recently at lunch. It was the first time I actually got any coffee or food though. The first time no one ever took my order so I left without trying anything and considered never coming again, but I would. On the second visit they were out of avocados. This virtually eliminated every vegan option so I couldn't eat then. It looked like third time was the charm. Kind of. I had the Aeropress. It's $3.95 a cup. This is a process that forces hot water through precisely measured coffee, however that works. It was good. This would have been even better with sugar. I asked for it. Then I never got it, fuck me. I had the Avocado And Black Bean Torta to eat. It's $7.95 for a kind of Mexican sandwich. This has avocados and mole spiced black beans topped with green leaf lettuce, red onions, and tomatoes. It comes with a side. The one I got was the Hot Cassava Wedges. Basically these were like fries. They were good. Would have been even better with ketchup. Again I asked. Then once again I never got, fuck me twice. Great tasting coffee and food. If the service would improve it would be incredible. They need better training for the waitstaff. read more

It's the local breakfast spot. Which offers unique coffee, breakfast, and lunch items. Located downtown Aurora. Plenty of free parking. I've been here several times and the food has been delicious and consistent. I loved the Ugandan Rolodex and African coffee. Not to mention the bang bang chicken sandwich is also very good too. They have there own habanero hot sauce with espresso it was awesome! To me it wasn't spicy. It's two floors and great spot to enjoy a fresh brewed coffee and fresh juice. read more
Excellent Ethiopian Coffee along with many other delights! I got a Espresso Macchiato, rich cup of coffee! But the setting right along the Fox River in Aurora, Illinois, especially on a June day just spoke to me. We were glad we stopped by Endiro Coffee last weekend! It is in a prime location right off the river and easy parking right off the street. The inside space is a bit tight when you walk in on the main floor. We were also confused on how to order but then were directed to the sign that said their menus were available online via the QR code. We mentioned we wanted to sit outside and a few minutes later an associate came up to us telling us we can just order at our table out there. Ok cool, outside we go. The tables up top were taken so we ventured downstairs to their other seating. Unfortunately no one came to grab our order after waiting awhile so ended up coming back up to the top level and taking a table that opened up there. Someone came and greeted us with minutes up there and we finally got to order- woo hoo for food! We both got the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. The bread was fantastic. It was fluffy and cooked perfectly as well as the eggs and sausage. It was nothing fancy but exactly what we were looking for. Our server accidentally over charged us but I caught it before we left. It seemed like a genuine mistake. Their mission is incredible and I really liked the chill lounge space downstairs. It opens up right to the lower level patio space and is unique. Overall, the pricing was affordable and we'd come back to try other breakfast items but probably just grab to-go! read more

This was an Aurora gem and easily walk-able for a brunch spot near the Holiday Inn. It seemed like everyone in my group enjoyed their coffee/drinks/breakfast/lunch items. What initially caught my eye on the menu was the Ugandan Rolex. I was like, whoa, what the heck is that? Then I looked at the menu again and saw a description of the rolex defining it as an omelette rolled in chapati, a type of flatbread - hence "roll-egg". Cool, I'll try that. The rolex was essentially a breakfast burrito with a different version of tortilla, but that is not to say that it was not delicious. My therapist Charles P. Thompson once said that breakfast burritos come in all shapes, sizes, and types of bread, and I certainly enjoy them in any form. I asked for some hot sauce expecting a standard tabasco or tapatillo and was surprised when they brought out some habanero sauce that I hadn't heard of. I do not remember what it was called and I forgot to take a picture but I definitely enjoyed the hot sauce. I also enjoyed the mango jungle smoothie which I opted for instead of coffee. It would be a unique set of circumstances for me to ever visit Aurora again, but I would stop here again in that event. read more

It was our 1 year old's birthday, so we decided to celebrate by taking our little family out to dinner. Since the tot doesn't have much to say, we chose Endiro for him since it had been awhile since we were there last. They have a nice variety of options for everyone. The menu is a good size, plenty of options but not so many it is overwhelming. In the past my go to is the Bang Bang Chicken, but unfortunately they were out of that. (#COVIDproblems) I ordered the Pearl Club with a side of samosas. It did not disappoint. The bacon was the perfect amount of crispy, and the mango salad jazzed up the sandwich. I can't say enough about the samosas. They were delicious!! The pastry was perfectly golden and crispy, and the filling was seasoned nicely and a bit spicy, as expected. My 7 year old ordered a grilled cheese, which he really liked as evidenced by the clean plate afterward. We also shared a chocolate lovers milkshake for dessert. And by shared I mean I had about 2-3 sips, and he had the rest! It was amazing, so I can't blame him! My husband had the patty melt with a side of fruit. He didn't rave about it, but no complaints either. He doesn't typically get excited about too much. For dessert he ordered the Sticky Bun Latte. I have had this before, and it tastes exactly as described! If you like coffee and cinnamon buns, this is your drink. Finally, the birthday boy celebrated his first 12 months Earthside with a Nanonutter sandwich, which is peanut butter, Nutella, and banana slices on wheat bread. He was having an experience, to say the least. He also appreciated a few sips of a chocolate lovers shake. All in all, a great experience. A low key dinner out in an eclectic coffee shop. Service was great, and our server, Dan was very warm and personable. read more

Endiro Coffehouse is the best! Today I had their African Tea - some black tea with sweet cream and spices. It was lovely. I really enjoy the art shows they have at the cafe, and the atmosphere is warm & inviting to EVERYONE. They have outdoor seating along the river, too, which I'm looking forward to taking advantage of this spring. I highly recommend Endiro if you're out and about in Aurora!! read more

Hi Gabriela. If you mean a playground, no. We're a cafe. But, lots of families come. Most people of all ages seem pretty happy.

They have a small amount of seating on the lower level patio and a couple tables and chairs at street level
