Loved this place! They have a huge menu and everything on it looked good! I tried the chicken biscuit with over medium eggs and bacon. I really liked the chicken & biscuit - the bacon I could have done without but that's a preference. Had a good ole hot cup of joe that hit the spot with their dairy free creamers. My friend got one of the skillets which was super filling and she took about half home to eat later. Waitress was super kind and very chill which I like & gave great suggestions too! Definitely will be coming back to try their pumpkin roll French toast before I leave town! read more

Zoe S. Was fantastic! Especially on a packed full house weekend (which they are always packed AND the nearby aviation show) Our orders were perfect, coffee was free-flowing, butter was filled you name it Zoe nailed it. She had many cool tattoos and blue hair and lip piercings (new to this old lady) Food, service and ambience were eggcellent (see what I did)? Ed had the Eggs Benedict and I had a full big bowl of delicious grits (brought my own vegan butter form home. Ed also had a honey biscuit (honey is not vegan) with a side of honey and honey butter We were there for the aviation show and out in Romeoville. We would definitely return if out that way again! Nice to have something besides fruit for breakfast and have good, hearty vegan made with water grits!! I also enjoyed a "Manmosa" - twice the Prosecco strong Mimosa!!!! read more

Ate it last year, vegan options are Just Egg, and some veggies. It's not bad but your better off going to store buying it for $8 off a shelf and making at home cheaper than $16+ Very pricey for sit down (was me and other person) Glad there is options, but this ain't it. Never going again, once and that's it. Service was fine And ambiance was ok read more

Been coming to BEE BROTHERS for about over seven years since we retired out this way when we first started, the pork chops and eggs had the WOW factor, but the last couple times the pork chops were kinda overcooked, but other than that, the service, the staff the food is on point other than over, cooking the pork chops that's my only complaint Overall, this is a nice friendly happy place great for breakfast and lunch huge selections on the menu always something for everybody's taste buds and I forgot to mention when we need our pork belly bacon fix this is the place to come THANK YOU SPIVEY AND ANDY U GUYS ROCK read more

The food and service was great. We happened to be driving by looking for a place to eat and stumbled on this restaurant. A large variety to choose from. We would definitely return. read more

How does this place have 4.5 stars??? I had the fried chicken with bacon and cheese on a biscuit smothered in gravy and a side of cheese grits that had zero salt. You have to salt the water when you cook grits. The only good item was the gravy. The bacon was soggy and too salty to enjoy. The chicken was dry as a bone and the biscuits were crazy small and hard. The server was nice but seemed too busy to handle the amount of tables she was responsible for. The decor was cute, im not a fan of the AI generated menus because it makes the food look like cartoons and it doesnt look anything like the actual food. Overall this is for senior citizens that have lost their sense of taste. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I have gone here many times as it is nearby my parent's house. It's our go-to any time we don't want to think about where to eat breakfast or lunch. Even if it is busy and there's a wait, the staff is always on top of their game. It's a bustling environment on a weekend morning but the menu options are nearly limitless assuring everyone in your party leaves satisfied. Out of the dozens of times I've visited this restaurant I really do not recall any issues or mistakes. They have large portions, a deep menu and all types of cafe drinks. Really great and well run restaurant. read more

My second time here, four years ago the food was room temperature and today wasn't much better. Server was terrible, didn't come around once with coffee and when she finally reappeared I asked for coffee. It seemed she forgot about it, but finally she did fill it. She dropped stuff on the floor and didn't bother picking it up. Another waitress picked it up the first time and a customer picked it up the second time. Sorry two strikes and you are out. read more

Food was excellent and a lot of it. Plates were full and very colorful. It was the sense of attention to how the food was plated. A little on the expensive side, but worth it. There are cheaper places to eat, but they won't feel as special. read more

We had such a great breakfast last week. We decided to come back. There was so much on the menu that we wanted to try. I was able to get a better feel of The food.. I really like the server. Liz, I feel that I can be a difficult customer But anything asked for she is very cool and collective and doesn't seem to get nervous.. she is a top server.. today we ordered the Southwest Skillet, half sandwich and soup combo.. traditional eggs and sausage fresh biscuits with the honey butter... Strawberry lemonade.... They have a lot of fresh desserts up front in the pie case from baklava to tiramisu and cannolis You can also buy their raw honey..... Just one complaint you need fresh potatoes. Nothing better to compliment your breakfast, food than to use real hash browns. I think that would bring you over the top.. read more

This was our second time coming here within a month. It's a bright and cheerful atmosphere that's definitely a nice place to start your day off. Cute decor of bees and quite a bit of seating. The biscuits were okay and the pumpkin croissant was a bust because it was cold and dry but otherwise everything else we've had so far was delicious. Hence why we returned in a month and will go back again. read more

Best food I have ever had and good price too! The service was amazing. And the environment felt like I was in a beehive eating the best honey in the world. Food came out super quick. You have to try their biscuits and meat lovers skillet. read more

Adorable place and very creative menu. It's really nice to find a brunch spot that thinks outside the box of the traditional menu. Great flavor combos! I loved my pistachio decaf coffee. They had (seemingly!) healthier options too. I can't do the traditional heavy breakfasts everyone wants you to want, so them having offerings that were really all over the board was super helpful for a lighter eater like me. 10/10 would return! read more

Decided to go out for Friday breakfast. At 8:30am there was alot of parking spaces open. There was no wait and sat down right away. Water was brought to the table and coffee. On the menu for their march special was the hot honey chicken and waffles. It also came with a side of hashbrown or house potatoes. The chicken had good flavor, not spicy at all for me, the bacon on stop was good, and the hashbrowns cooked perfectly. The coffee refills kept coming, and everyone was friendly. read more

Very cute place with great food options! Cute decor and good amount of seating. I've been sat with a couple of the waitresses and they always seem annoyed not friendly at all. One of the days I came I thought Carlos was our waiter, he was so friendly always looks like he's in the best mood and was knowledgeable of the menu. Came to find out he's a busboy. Had to change brunch plans and go for somewhere closer to our hotel and we came across Bee Bros. We were seated easily and we were delighted by the bright and airy atmosphere with lots of sunny yellow and of course, bee decor. The menu was overwhelming with so many options. I got a vegetable omelet with fruit and pumpkin pancakes, and my friends the 2x2x2 with a side of hash browns and the eggs Benedict. Our server was lightning fast with our drinks and order- I don't think he ever slowed down! My omelet was good but definitely needed hot sauce. My pancakes were the absolute star- so pumpkin forward without just being "pumpkin spice" --I like to taste the pumpkin itself! The spiced honey butter was a fantastic touch and I could not believe how good they were. My friend said her scrambled eggs were perfect and loved her bacon, cakes, and hash browns. The verdict on the Benedict was ambivalent-- unfortunately one poached egg was way overcooked so we had to ask for another and he did not love the hollandaise. However the meal was very good overall and I would recommend Bee Bros to anyone in the Romeoville area! Fast, tasty, and reasonably priced- all you need for a good breakfast! read more

Food is always very tasty. Service is outstanding. This place never disappointments. Try a cocktail as well those are really good.

This was my first time here .The service was great, but the food was mediocre. I would give the food a five or six out of 10 at the most. I ordered three breakfast entrées with my wife and all of them were just ok. I question many of the five star reviews that I see concerning this place. read more

Jambalaya Skillet is very delicious and seasoned very well. Pork Belly Benedict the pork belly are chopped up with sweet roasted tomatoes. I wanted to try something different, but the tomatoes were too sweet for me. Recommend if you like sweet and savory flavors. read more

I was in the area and was looking for a local place to enjoy brunch on a Saturday. Consulting Yelp, I found this place was nearby to where I was. After getting through some construction in the area, I found this place. Walking in, I had feeling like I was going into someone's home.....cheery signs greeted me in a brightly lit area (lots of windows here). I was seated right away, and soon enough my order was taken. I opted for a skirt steak skillet and instead of toast, I went for a honey biscuit. Soon after, my order came and it was really good. The skillet was nice and hot and the muffin was warmed. The bonus was the honey butter for the muffin which hit the spot. For my drink (since it was really hot outside), I went for an iced coffee. I loved it as they served it in a cup shaped like a Mason Jar. All in all this was a great meal in a place that made you feel at home. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and the food was top-notch. This is definitely a place I will go to again if ever in the area. Also of note, due the Coronavirus, they did have outdoor seating under a tent. As it was the weekend, business was brisk but the service was nice and fast read more

This was my first time here . My friend recommended we go after her and her son went for breakfast. First I'd like to say the food was AMAZING !!! The place itself is super cute and clean. We went on a Sunday at 10:00 and only waited 10min to be seated . Our service was great and he was very friendly. This is the first time I've seen this so thought it was super cool . Can't wait to go back again . Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Very busy inside but we were quickly seated. Waitress arrived just after being seated took drink orders, coffee served hot and they have a server topping off when getting low. I ordered the country skillet with a biscuit. Food was delivered in a timely manner and I must say that the skillet is a very large, eggs cooked to perfection, sausage onions peppers and potatoes were seasoned well and the gravy was very good. First time visiting here and I must say I had a great experience. I've driven by soooooo many times, but friends have also said this place was good. So, it was time that I tried them out myself. What an extensive menu for breakfast and lunch. I stared at the menu for a while, but I typically always default to the skillet for any breakfast. Oh and to put a cherry on the top, they serve alcohol!!! I had a tequila sunrise and it was yummy. Just enough to take the edge off in the AM. My food was great and service was really good too. I'm hoping that I have the (or better) experience when I dine on a weekend. I'll def "bee" back!! read more

Stopped here on a Sunday on our way home from a weekend away. There were people standing outside so I thought there was absolutely no way we'd get in quickly but I walked in and asked just to check. The hostess said around a half hour so we put our name in & waited in the car. After about 10 mins we were called, which was awesome!! The interior is adorable, vibrant and trendy. We both ordered skillets that were pretty tasty. Not the best skillet I've ever had but we enjoyed them. The prices are fair and you get A LOT of food!! BEE SAFE We were headed to Starved Rock and very hungry after leaving Chicago at 6am. We definitely needed some breakfast. You never want to go to a place called Starved Rock on an empty belly. We found this great breakfast place on Yelp. We had a few things we were looking for to BEE safe including outdoor dinning. This place has a huge tent set up in their parking lot with about 30 tables outside. Most of the tables are under the large tent. There's a few picnic tables outside the tent if you're looking for some sun. We arrived when they first opened. The menu was really big. The best part was that lunch and breakfast were available all day. This is helpful when you child isn't a breakfast with eggs kind of person. I saw some Nashville chicken sliders with fries and soup on their online menu but it wasn't on their regular menu. This would be perfect for my savory child. I showed the waitress the photo and she told me it was a special. She then went to ask the kitchen if they could make it and they said yes. Bonus points will BEE handed out to the kitchen staff. My wife and I wanted breakfast. My wife wanted the Ironman skillet she saw on line but we learned that it was not on the menu anymore. She was able to get an egg white omelette with fresh veggies which was similar. It was nice to see they actually used fresh mushrooms. The omelette was big and fluffy. We asked to have our hash browns crispy but they came out regular. Obviously the kitchen doesn't know us when it comes to making crispy hash browns. I'm an Eggs Benny snob. I truly like them made traditional. This place had about ten different combinations. I checked them all out and still went traditional. This place does not skimp on the hollandaise sauce. Damn! The eggs were nice and runny too. I was a little sad that one yolk arrived popped. It was clearly running by the time it hit the table. Chef thought I wouldn't see that with all of the sauce over the top. The side of pancakes were really good. The only problem was the syrup. As soon as we poured it we got a visit by an annoying BEE. I'm not sure if he's hired by the restaurant. It could BEE a theme here. He then decided to buzz the Nashville chicken slider which is not a good move because our child doesn't like BEES. This created a little breakfast anxiety. I'd recommend this place for breakfast. They have a lot of selections to choose from. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating. They deliver a simple breakfast that's tasty and well done. The best part is the outdoor dinning under the tent. We live in a different time right now and it's better to BEE safe then sorry when dinning out! read more

Ahhh YUMMMMM!! We picked up breakfast from here this morning and everything was to die for! We needed a new breakfast place since Eggs Incorporated closed across the street from us. Their website was a bit confusing when placing our order. I got a Bananas Foster Waffle and it's is asking if I wanted to add bananas and a whole bunch of other options? So aren't they included or is this how they add a bunch of extras. No biggie but for someone else it would be confusing?? I highly recommend this breakfast place! read more
