The staff is awesome and the women I spoke to informed me that they've been there about 5 years and that all the pastures are made in house. I politely informed the barista Gladys that I've never paid for the cream to add for my coffee. She asked a higher up and it was confirmed from that moment on Gladis had an attitude. She left my coffee under the drip and delayed getting the cream. I asked for my coffee and the mngr handed it to me while asking Gladis hadn't she taken my order, then I got a dirty look from ms.
