While Baratza was delayed in shipping my order, Eric kept me informed and expedited the order with a Baratza rep. He even took some time to explain brewing techniques and recommended a scale that saved me $$, even though they did not stock it themselves. On receiving the order, there was a minor defect in a silicon gasket, and Eric immediately ordered a free replacement with Baratza.
