Everything from their roasts and drinks to the decor was fantastic. My wife had an iced vanilla latte, and I ordered a flat white. The flat white was beautifully balanced with smooth chocolate and light nutty notes, without being overly dark or roasted. I also picked up a 10 oz bag of their Brazil Yellow Bourbon Natural to brew at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even brought our drinks right to our table. Highly recommend!

When this happens, you want the person taking the order to express an interest in helping me make a decision, based off of what they've tried, feedback they've seen from past orders, and stuff like that. I mean, what else did I expect from a drink with avalanche in its name? I went to another coffee shop in the area to confirm this, and the difference between this and a real caramel machiatto is night and day, I don't know what kind of person actually likes this drink or why it exists on the menu.
