Service was not friendly and their matcha latte was ok. It costed $17 for that coffee + a lemon bread. Not worth it!

I did like my drink- I had the salted caramel latte which is a seasonal offering, but the price was a bit steep. For a small drink, I paid around $12... that's the most I've paid for a drink ever.... The cookies on top of the drink were so delicious but I'm not sure I'd come back if the prices are that high. read more

I used to really like going to this cafe during COVID, but the pricing on the items now is extremely high and disingenuous. On the board behind the cashier, the medium chai latte is around $6, but the charge for the actual drink came out to $9.35 due to the oat milk being $1.35 extra and there was a "price hike in chai" as $1.35 extra on the recipe that is not listed in the cafe. On top of that, the pastries do not have prices listed but the almond croissant came out at $9.10. These prices are really high, but at least list them accurately so the customer is not surprised afterwards. read more

My first time at Yogi's cafe was an okay, pretty average experience. Like many other local coffee shops I've tried, they only offer two sizes for drinks: 12 or 16 oz. I ordered a 16 oz Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and 1 pumps of vanilla syrup and my total was $10.33. I felt just a little taken aback from the price, but I was hopeful that maybe the taste would make it worth it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The matcha taste was pretty light in my opinion and did not taste very expensive. The oat milk, along with all other dairy substitutes, being $1.25 is the highest I have seen so far for dairy free milk :(. I don't know that I will be back here simply due to the quality and price. read more

I had a cold matcha and my friend had a hot chai latte. The Matcha and Chai were some of the best quality I have had in Naperville, 100% worth the price. The customer service is friendly and the ambiance is pretty quiet and very aesthetic. It's a very family friendly environment and the pastries looked really good. Went in to try this place that I've always seen around. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted nicely. However, the cashier/barista starts the conversation by asking if I knew kung fu/karate. I had an opportunity to finally visit Yogi's Cafe with my wife and unfortunately it was a huge miss for us. The staff was nice but the coffee is extremely overpriced. They do not offer a small size as an option. Medium size for some drinks. Basically you're forced to buy a large (16oz) drink for most of the drinks on the menu. Paid a total of $16+ for two drinks. The ambiance has so much potential but currently seems "vacant" and doesn't really have a nice warm feeling to it. There are many other options in Naperville for good coffee but this place isn't one of them. read more

Finally stopped by this place, and had to try their Pistachio Rose Latte! Wow! Coffee quality is amazing (I'm from France so very picky). Flavors were delicious! Scone was good but nothing I would come back to. Now, you have to be willing to pay $7.99 for the Latte, so there is that. Great as a once in a while for me. I can justify paying that much for coffee for great quality but not too often! If you are a coffee aficionado, definitely try this place! Hands-down the absolute best place to get coffee in Naperville. This is a small, woman-owned local coffee shop that I've been visiting since 2019. It's impeccably clean and welcoming. The owner, Yogi, is there every single day and is honestly one of the best people you will ever meet. She will remember your "regular" drink and greet you with a warm smile every time. You can tell that the one thing that brings her true joy is serving people something that will bring them happiness...exactly what every other get-in, get-out coffee shop is lacking. The attention to detail when it comes to ingredients is far, far above anything you'll ever get at one of the chain coffee shops. The coffee is incredible - I've been ruined for life and all other coffee shops taste like a horrible, syrupy, chemical mess to me now. Do yourself a favor and try the monthly specials - they always surprise and delight (and usually come with a little treat to boot!). Some of my personal favorites that are always on the menu include the mocha (the very reason I fell in love with Yogi's - it's the perfect blend of mocha but without the insane sweetness everywhere else has), the dirty chai latte, and - when I really need a treat - the bicerin. To die for. Her pastries are all locally-sourced from other small businesses in and around Naperville. My Mom is obsessed with coffee art. She asked me to find a place that has a barista that does the designs on the coffee and also offers some sort of food. I saw the photos and reviews for Yogis, and it looked nice. We walked in, and there were 2 employees working. Technically, one was working, and one stood talking to a customer the entire time we were there. Since it was our first time we had questions which were answered basically. We ordered 2 lattes and one French toast treat of sorts. Wellllll I know things are expensive nowadays but $30 is a pure ripoff for what we got. At least if it was good...which it wasn't. My Mom only drank half her coffee. PLUS, we had to ask for the coffee art because the first one didn't have it. My coffee had so many rose petals I had to spit them out. We've thought about trying Yogi's for a while, but usually this place is closed when we're in the area and want a cup. Well, today we made it in just before closing. The menu selection is decent, with some unique items you won't find at Starbucks. As I was browsing the menu, the prices did seem higher than other shops, but it could be because some drinks were only offered in medium or large sizes. The interior was very cozy. We ordered a mocha latte for my better half and I got my classic, a cappuccino. The mocha latte was awesome; I enjoyed the whipped cream and chocolate foam on top. The cappuccino was pretty good, better than most places. A little pricey, but good coffee and comfy place to enjoy a cup. read more

I stopped by here for the first time on my way to work. Walking in, the ambiance seems quite family oriented and intimate, and it looked like the owner was there in the morning connecting with regular customers. I ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate cruffin (combo of a muffin and croissant). The hot chocolate had flavor, but unfortunately was filled too much (which is a good problem to have), so the lid wouldn't go on top. The cruffin was decently flavored, but it was given to me cold. It probably would have been better if it was heated up, especially as I got to the bottom because all of the chocolate was collected, not melted. Sadly, those things tipped my experience (as well as the higher prices), but there's definitely more in the cup than other coffee shops. read more

The coffee is the best I have had in a VERY (since I was in Oregon 2 years ago!) long time! The coffee is local and it's always great to support a local business owner.
