Chicago Burbs Coffee Tour stop 43 out of 75 of my list 105 @yogiscafe59 outside of @downtown_naperville . Coffee Rating 1/2 Order: Hot Americano (bitter more than rich, extremely hot, with odd taste, maybe used tap water?) Food: limited selection and slightly overpriced, so didn't order . - Staff was short & hurried, even though no one was there. - Went there to work but it closed at 1:00 & was pushed out the door at 12:55. - Sparse seating & space. https://www.instagram.com/chicago_burbs_coffee_tour?igsh=dDk4eHp4NWZ3OHlh&utm_source=qr

My first time at Yogi's cafe was an okay, pretty average experience. Like many other local coffee shops I've tried, they only offer two sizes for drinks: 12 or 16 oz. I ordered a 16 oz Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and 1 pumps of vanilla syrup and my total was $10.33. I felt just a little taken aback from the price, but I was hopeful that maybe the taste would make it worth it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The matcha taste was pretty light in my opinion and did not taste very expensive. The oat milk, along with all other dairy substitutes, being $1.25 is the highest I have seen so far for dairy free milk :(. I don't know that I will be back here simply due to the quality and price.

I had an opportunity to finally visit Yogi's Cafe with my wife and unfortunately it was a huge miss for us. The staff was nice but the coffee is extremely overpriced. They do not offer a small size as an option. Medium size for some drinks. Basically you're forced to buy a large (16oz) drink for most of the drinks on the menu. Paid a total of $16+ for two drinks. The ambiance has so much potential but currently seems "vacant" and doesn't really have a nice warm feeling to it. There are many other options in Naperville for good coffee but this place isn't one of them.

Hands-down the absolute best place to get coffee in Naperville. This is a small, woman-owned local coffee shop that I've been visiting since 2019. It's impeccably clean and welcoming. The owner, Yogi, is there every single day and is honestly one of the best people you will ever meet. She will remember your "regular" drink and greet you with a warm smile every time. You can tell that the one thing that brings her true joy is serving people something that will bring them happiness...exactly what every other get-in, get-out coffee shop is lacking. The attention to detail when it comes to ingredients is far, far above anything you'll ever get at one of the chain coffee shops. The coffee is incredible - I've been ruined for life and all other coffee shops taste like a horrible, syrupy, chemical mess to me now. Do yourself a favor and try the monthly specials - they always surprise and delight (and usually come with a little treat to boot!). Some of my personal favorites that are always on the menu include the mocha (the very reason I fell in love with Yogi's - it's the perfect blend of mocha but without the insane sweetness everywhere else has), the dirty chai latte, and - when I really need a treat - the bicerin. To die for. Her pastries are all locally-sourced from other small businesses in and around Naperville. We love the veggie empanada when it's available, and the kids love the assortment of scones and muffins. Supporting this local business is a no-brainer - I'm a customer for life.

Finally stopped by this place, and had to try their Pistachio Rose Latte! Wow! Coffee quality is amazing (I'm from France so very picky). Flavors were delicious! Scone was good but nothing I would come back to. Now, you have to be willing to pay $7.99 for the Latte, so there is that. Great as a once in a while for me. I can justify paying that much for coffee for great quality but not too often! If you are a coffee aficionado, definitely try this place! Also the barista was very sweet, and very efficient!

This coffee shop is the real deal. If you're looking for beautiful crafted coffee drinks and a warm, inviting atmosphere, go to Yogi's! Try the lemon bars. They are SO GOOD! All of the pastries are sourced from local small businesses, and they are perfection. Yogi has carved out an important space in our community, and I'm so grateful!

Service was not friendly and their matcha latte was ok. It costed $17 for that coffee + a lemon bread. Not worth it!

Two weeks before the event, I came in person with a printed cake design, a clear color theme (green, cream, and white), and a macaron accent order to go with it. I was flexible on the design details, just committed to the vision. On the day of pickup, I arrived a little late -- my fault -- but there was no cake waiting, and my order couldn't be found. Hannah behind the counter did her best, and when owner Robert walked in, I calmly explained everything from the start. I won't lie -- I was heartbroken more than angry. This was a big night. What happened next is why I'm writing this review. Robert and his team didn't hesitate. They snapped a photo of the design from my phone, asked every detail, and promised to make it right -- with Robert personally delivering the cake to the venue (thankfully just 5 minutes away). And he did. He showed up with the cake designer in tow and delivered something truly stunning: a handsome, elegant cake that fit the theme perfectly and genuinely wowed my brother and guests. And the flavor? Their Atomic. Banana (pudding), strawberries (jam), and chocolate, vanilla & banana cake. YUM! It was incredibly moist and delicious. What could have been a devastating hiccup for such a milestone night became one of the most memorable parts of the celebration. That's a testament to Robert and his team's character, dedication, and craft. Thank you, Area 51 Cupcakery. We've loved your cupcakes from day one, and this experience only deepened our loyalty. My first time visiting I tried the following cupcakes: chai pumpkin latte (daily special and DANGGGG DELICIOUS), Almond wedding (my least favorite but still good, I think almond cupcakes just aren't for me), cookies and cream (divine, rich, 2nd favorite), and the Boston cream (also 2nd favorite lol). All of the cupcakes were moist, fluffy, and full of flavor. They are made daily and you can feel and taste the love. Area 51 is definitely my favorite cupcake spot of all time. I've gone to Area 51 probably every week since finding em and I can't get enough. They also made cupcakes for my baby's gender reveal. They were extremely accommodating and everything turned out perfect! I highly recommend them for custom cakes, cupcakes, or even just grabbing 1 of their daily made cupcakes. SOOO GOOD!

I sought out this location since I definitely liked the Glenn Ellyn, stand alone location (See my review for that location). I did not realize it until I got there but this location is located in a food hall, a part of the H-Mart Asian grocery chain's delivery concept. The scaled down, food hall version, in line with, and surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of a great but distracting variety of Asian food offerings, distracts and dilutes the impact of the distinctly different "Paris Baguette" concept (One of these things is not like the others). I will say that the food was good and I would say consistent with the stand-alone location; however, the highly eclectic mix of eateries, in an open food hall, obliterates the more authentic visual and environmental feel of a modern Parisian pâtisserie experience that is delivered by the stand alone store. In recently reviewing Paris Baguette's direct competitor and similar concept, basically across the street from this location, I opined that I would choose Paris Baguette if pressed to make a choice between the two; however, not In this particular instance/location. I get wanting to proliferate the name and concept in the market but, in my opinion, the food-hall version dilutes and detracts from the nice experience of the stand-alone store. This is more of a grab and go location but you can definitely sit down and enjoy your drink or a meal at the shared food court seating if it's not too busy.
